Y/N POV

It's been about 7 months since we got here. My wounds have healed completely, except now I have three scars.

I'm working with the people outside of the wall, planting seeds, getting warmth for winter, just necessities. Gally, on the other hand, became a soldier. He kills those who turned into cranks, and confront those who come here from the other parts of the country, to see if they're immune or not.

Today is just a normal day, except that I could hear the guns shoot from the wall again. I'm helping mothers wash their families clothes, as I spot two of the soldier trucks pull up. I stand up and see Gally open the doors to one of the vans, then the other one. Out from one of the vans jumps a man onto hit and begin hitting him. Newt and Thomas hold him back and helps him stand up. Wait...? Newt and Thomas? Gally stands up and I walk up behind him.

-Are you ok? I ask, as I touch his shoulder.

-Yeah, I'm ok, he says and looks at the boys we once called family.

-Y/N? Newt looks at me in shock. Gally then takes off his helmet, revealing his face. He's changed since the maze. Let's just say that puberty hit him like a truck. Thomas punches Gally in the face.

-Thomas! I gasp as Newt grabs a hold of him and holds him back.

-Yeah. Guess I deserve that, Gally says as he rubs his jaw.

-What're you guys doing here? I ask. No response, just careful glances.

-Question is, what are you two doing here? Aren't you supposed to be dead? Thomas asks with anger and looks at me. Gally stands baldly in front of me to protect me.

- Well... We lived shanks... He says. Newt looks at me like a lost puppy. I tell them what happened and how the people here took us in.

It's been three days... And today was the day that all of this would end. We're all sneaking into Wicked and getting as far away from the disease as possible.

Right now I'm outside the Wicked head quarters with Gally as three people jump out of a window from like, the 20th floor. As they come closer to the ground I can see that it's.... Thomas, Newt and... Minho?

-Goddamned shanks... I sigh as I run to the pool they landed in. I drag them out.

-Y-Y/N? Gally? Minho asks, after he's coughed up all of the water in his lungs.

-'Sup? I say.

-Hey, Gally says.

We start to make our way to the end of the city, but Newt collapses.

-Hey guys, wait! I say. I run back to Newt, as well as Thomas and we both run with his arms around our shoulders.

-No...Stop...Stop.... He says and we tale cover behind a brick wall. He takes deep shaky breaths and he looks as pale as the moon.

-Newt, What is happening? I ask in concern.

- You didn't tell HER? Thomas asks his friend. But he doesn't need to. I see what's happening... Newt sends me an apologetic look. I stand up and turn away. Gally holds me tight and a powerful sob exits my throat.

-Why didn't he tell me? I whisper.

-I don't know... But you're his sister and your going to make this! Gally whispers back and kisses my cheek. I look at him. The fires upon the streets lights his face amazingly. I put my hand on his jaw.

-I love you... I say. Gally smiles. I smile back.

-I live you too, he says and we share a small, sad, but passionate kiss. I turn back around and I see Newt trying to hand Thomas his necklace.

-Take it, He says.

-No, no, Newt, we're going to be ok, Thomas says.

-Take it! Newt shouts. Thomas looks at me, and I nod, Gally putting his hand on my shoulder. Thomas then cautiously takes it and puts it in his pocket.

-Now come on, no time to loose, I say as Thomas and I heave Newt back on his feet and his arms around our shoulders.

-Minho, Run a head and tell Brenda to have the cure ready! Thomas instructs as we fight for our lives as we try to make it to the wall.

When we're almost there, Newt begins to fight against us, telling us he wants to die and other stupid crap.

-You're NOT dying today Newt! Not if I can help it! I say as Newt tries to let go of me.

-No, Y/N! Leave me! You have your life ahead of you! A husband and beautiful children are waiting! Just leave me here, it's going to be ok! Newt says. Tears form in my eyes and I shake my head.

-No... Those kids will have an uncle and that husband is going to have to live with an overprotective brother-in-law! I say as Newt tries to fight his way out of my grasp.

Suddenly, he just falls. Thomas lets go, but my firm grip holds steady and I fall down with Newt. Newts eyes turn black.

-No, no, no, Newt! Newt, come back! This isn't over! I say as he tries to suffocate me. I push him off and I stand up. A trail of black ooze runs from his mouth.

-Newt, I am not going to fight you... I say softly.

-Y/N, get out of there! Gally shouts. The building around us are in flames. Newt stagers up to me with a knife and tries to stab me. I grab the hand with the knife and turn it away from us both.

-I'm sorry for this Newt, I say. Newt glares at me... Except it isn't Newt anymore.

-Please Y/N... Just kill me, he says. It's his voice... But it's not him talking. I swiftly take the knife from his hands and knock the handle into his neck, making him pass out. I breathe heavily. I turn around and see Thomas and the other stare at me. Suddenly, Brenda and Minho shows up, and Brenda is holding the antidote.

Thomas picks up Newt and carries him towards the others. Brenda slaps her mouth shut.

-Is he...? She asks. I shake my head.

-No... I say. Brenda lets out a deep breath.

-Thomas! I hear on the speakers. It's Theresa.

-Thomas, I know a way you can save Newt! It's your blood! It doesn't just scare the virus away, it kills it! Please... I know you may not trust me, but I know what I'm talking about... Please... For Newt... she says. Thomas hands Newt to Gally and looks towards the WCKD building.

-You're not seriously thinking about going back there, are you? Minho asks. Thomas nods.

-Yeah... I am, he says and looks at me. I nod pleadingly. Thomas nods back and runs all the way back. Meanwhile, we load Newt into the ship, and there is a lot of children sitting there, watching us in horror. The door closes and I sigh and sit down next to Newt.

-Can I have that? I ask Brenda. I look at her and she nods, giving me the antidote. I carefully hold out Newts arm.

-Could you hold it, you know... just in case? I ask. Gally nods and hold the arm down for me. I take a deep breath and carefully insert the thin needle into his arm, making the liquid enter his bloodstream. When it's done, I prop Newt up against a wall and I sit down by the other wall, watching his unconscious body breathe slowly. I sigh and leans my head backwards. Gally sits next to me and grabs my hand.

-You're Amazing... He says, Kissing my temple.

-You're amazing, I say squeezing his hand, since I have no strength left in my body.

I quickly fall asleep...

Two days later:

I wake up, the sun hitting my skin. I slowly sit up on the bed. I look around in the place. It's a hut... Almost like the ones in....

-The glade? I whisper. I stand up and quickly feel that I'm barefoot. I walk slowly to the opening of the hut and carefully push away the cloth hanging by the doorframe. I walk out and see a lot of people working. I see Gally and quickly walk up to him. I hug him as tightly as I possibly can.

-Woah! Hey sleeping beauty! He says and kisses my hand. He turns around and the light from the sun makes him look angelic. I look at him.

-Are we back in the glade? I ask fearfully.

-What? No! Gally laughs. Minho and Brenda walks towards me.

-Does this look like the glade to you? He asks and I take a look around. A beach... Waves hitting the shore... People happily working in some kind of garden...

-No... I answer. Gally brings my gaze back into his.

-We're home... real home, where we are meant to be, Gally says. I look at his gentle smile. I smile back and Kiss him, for everyone to see. I hear cheers and whistles. When we pull apart, I remember the last thing I did.

-And Newt? Where is Newt? I ask.

-He is resting... Theresa helped Thomas make a cure and they're going to continue that here. But the cure they made is curing him right as we speak. I sigh and smile, tears falling.

-This... Is Amazing... I say and look around one more time.

-You're amazing, I say and look at Gally. Suddenly he looks over my shoulder. I furrow my eyebrows and turn around.

-Thomas! Newt! I say and run toward them both.

That night was filled with laughter and tears.

Gally was holding my hand the whole time. During the fire, Newt read the message in his necklace out loud, and right after that, Gally proposed.

Right now I'm awake, with the love of my life by my side, watching the sunrise. Gally thumb are tracing circles on my hand.

-This is amazing... I say, one again.

-You're amazing, Gally says and kisses my hand with the ring on.

-I thought we were going to die back there, I say, looking at him. He smiles softly at me and says:
