《5 times- jikook/kookmin ✅》The Second Attempt

2- The second attempt, GCF in Hawaii (the same as the last one but 10x gayer)

Jungkook and Jimin were going to Hawaii.

Yes. Barely a week after finishing their concert, they were packing their bags and flying off to the other side of the world. They were on break anyway, what could stop them?

And Jungkook was going to attempt the GCF trick. Again.

It was the GCF version 2. But with less scenery and more Jimin. This time, Hawaii was the background object and Jimin was the destination. Jungkook was tempted the video "GCF in Jimin" but then he realized the connotations of that and erased the idea from his brain. Yes, GCF in Jimin would've been more realistic to how he spent most of the holiday, but did ARMY need to know that?

If the fans didn't get the message this time, they needed to get their brain checked.

The boys hopped into the first class section of the plane after a warm farewell from Junghyun and Jihyun, and spent the flight being obnoxiously romantic and affectionate. When they neared the island they were staying at, Jungkook looked out the window and gasped.

He had been to a lot of places, but this was one of the most beautiful.

The sky was bright blue and cloudless, and even from miles above, Jungkook could see just how turquoise and clear the water was. He could even see the darker blues of the reefs, hidden beneath the flat water. It was the perfect place to shoot a GCF. He wouldn't even need a filter for it, the whole place itself looked like a filter.

The plane began to pick up turbulence as it prepared to land. Jungkook squeezed Jimin's hand (Jimin had always been afraid of flying, although he tried to hide it on camera)(Jungkook thought it was adorable.)

With one final bump in the air, the plane landed smoothly on the ground and began rolling down the runway towards the airport. Before they knew it, the plane had stopped for good and the flight attendant had appeared, prompting them to get off. Jungkook thanked her in perfect English, and they walked into the airport building.

Jungkook had out his smaller camera, and he was filming Jimin walking through the airport's halls. He filmed him while he collected their bags, filmed him while he walked through security, filmed him as he got into the car they had hired, and filmed him driving.

Jimin posed for the camera and overall acted as cute as possible, smiling up at Jungkook and giggling at his jokes. He blew kisses at him when he thought the camera wasn't recording (it was).

Jungkook knew he was in too deep when he started counting the moles on Jimin's neck.

He finally looked away from his boyfriend long enough to enjoy the scenery, and he captured a few shots out of the window. As they zoomed down the highway, they saw lush green forests, beaches with sand so fine and powdery it looked like snow, and even got a good view of the island's volcano.

The car pulled up at their resort but Jungkook didn't drop the camera. Instead he hopped out of the car and started filming Jimin again as they walked into the lobby.

Jungkook captured Jimin blowing kisses at the camera, captured a clip of him holding Jimin's tiny sweater paws, captured a zoomed in version of Jimin's face, close enough that you could see every tiny detail, from the slight sheen of gloss on his lips to the tiny little freckles that dotted his cheeks. When he was satisfied with the footage, he put the camera back into it's bag, just in time for them to arrive at the front desk.

A young, busty blonde woman was sitting at a laptop sorting through papers. She looked up, noticing the two boys, smiling a customer service smile. But the moment she saw Jungkook's face, she straightened, pushing her chest out slightly and putting on a slight smirk

"Hi. How can I help you?" she said in a flirtatious tone, ignoring Jimin and blatantly checking Jungkook out. Jimin stiffened, the friendly smile immediately wiped off his face. He scowled at her, wrapping an arm around Jungkook's waist and pulling him into his side.

"Yes. We'd just like to check into room 32? The couples penthouse?" he said, his tone dripping with fake saccharine sweetness. He had been practicing his English and it had clearly paid off.

The woman paled, her mascara covered eyes widening

"Oh my gosh! I'm so so sorry! I didn't mean to jump to conclusions. Really! Sorry." Her face had turned bright red and she sounded incredibly flustered, her voice squeaking, completely unlike the smooth tone she had put on a few seconds before.

she sagged and looked down at her feet, all seductive undertones gone. Jimin, always the people pleaser, felt a little sorry for her. She barely looked a day over 18.

He sighed deeply, putting on a tight smile. "Don't worry about it. You couldn't have known. Maybe be a little more careful in the future though."

The girl nodded profusely, unable to meet either of the boys' eyes. "I'm sorry. Just show me the forms and I'll hand you your keys."

Jimin handed over their forms and signed a document to check them in. The slightly flustered girl handed them their keycards and they walked off to their room, with Jimin snuggled into Jungkook's side, marking him as his own. Jungkook looked down at his feet as he walked, embarrassed about what had happened before.

"I'm sorry Minie. You know I only have eyes for you, right?" he mumbled quietly.

Jimin laughed softly. "Don't worry about it Kook. It wasn't your fault. Maybe I should just be a little more clingy so people know not to try and steal you away."

His grip around Jungkook tightened and he nuzzled into his shoulder as the walked through the resort's palm filled gardens. They passed the pool area and gaped. It was huge, a 50 metre lap pool with at least 15 mini spas and smaller circular pools attached to or surrounding it. Jungkook grabbed out his camera and took a few shots of Jimin walking past the pool.

He zoomed in on Jimin's awe filled face, cooing at him, before zooming out and panning around their surroundings.

"Wowww. It's amazing!" Jimin gasped. "He much did this cost Kookie?"

Jungkook smiled secretively, pressing a finger to his lips.

"A lot, but you're worth it."

Jimin giggled, hiding his blushing face behind his tiny fists.

Jungkook captured the whole thing on camera.

-

"No way."

"But Jiminieeeee."

"I said no. I refuse to do this."

"But it's a once in a life time opportunity!"

"I'm not going on the flying fox!"

"It'll be fun! Pleaaaaase Jimin. It'll make me happy.."

Jungkook had a go-pro on his head and a giant backpack on his back. He had taken Jimin to an extreme sports centre that offered cliff diving, paragliding, sky gliding, and of course, a giant zipline, as a surprise. He was pouting and whining obnoxiously at Jimin, but Jimin didn't look like he was going to be swayed any time soon.

"I'm too scared Kookie. Look at how high it is! What if the cord snaps and we plunge into the ocean?!"

The zipline was attached to a tree on a cliff that over hung the ocean, and it spanned all the way to another tree on a cliff that was horizontal to it. The cord went across the 600 metre gap between the two cliffs, and going on it was essentially like gliding right over the ocean.

Jimin had a fear of heights. They were going to be more than 100 metres in the air..

But Jungkook had a firm belief that you would never know if you never tried, so he was desperately trying to get Jimin to go on a 2 person harness with him. They were standing on the cliff, surrounded by people already putting on harnesses and helmets.

"Seriously Jimin. Imagine the view!"

"I'm imagining starving, bloodthirsty bull sharks swarming below us, ready to bite off my legs if I so much as move a muscle"

"Bull sharks don't even live in Hawaii, Jimin."

"Still!"

Jungkook sighed and placed a free hand on Jimin's shoulder. "I've already paid, but if you're really too scared, we don't have to do it. But just so you know, I'd hold you the whole time, so that even if the cord did break, which it never would by the way, you couldn't fall. You'd be fine, I'd be there the whole time."

Jimin's screwed up his face, squeezing his eyes shut adorably (god Jungkook was glad he had his go-pro on). He grimaced, and finally came to a decision.

"Fine. I'll do it, but only because I love you."

Jungkook jumped up, pumping a fist and grinning. "YES!! Thank you so much Jiminie. This means a lot to me."

Jimin smiled. "You're adorable. Now we better get our helmets on before we miss out. Which I wouldn't mind, fyi."

Jungkook laughed and they grabbed their helmets. He attached his go-pro to the helmet and they stepped into the queue. He could sense Jimin shivering with nerves, so he grabbed his hand and squeezed it comfortingly.

Suddenly, he heard his name being whispered from behind him.

"Adrian, look. Over there. Holy shit."

"What do you want Hugo.. wait.. Oh my god."

"Is that..?"

"I think it is. Should we go up to them? Holy shit they're holding hands."

"I'm literally hyperventilating. What should we do? Oh my god."

"Bro it's actually them. Let's go up to them!"

"I don't know... They look preoccupied."

Jimin was currently nuzzling his face in Jungkook's neck.

"What the fuck. What. The. Fuck. Hugo what the fuck."

Jungkook laughed internally. They were clearly fans. They must've been shippers as well.

He turned around to get a look at them. Two short boys who looked about 14 years old stared back at him, looking like they were about to faint. Just to see what would happen, Jungkook looked at Jimin, then back at them, and winked, wrapping an arm around Jimin's waist.

'Adrian' squealed, jumping into the other boy's arms. 'Hugo' teetered around until he tripped and fell into a pile of mud, smearing it all over both of them.

Jungkook chuckled and turned around, and noticed that they were now at the front of the queue. It was their turn to go on the zipline.

He could hear Jimin beginning to hyperventilate, so he ran a hand through his hair and whispered comforting words to him. He could feel the fans' eyes burning into the back of his head, and he could've sworn he heard a phone camera go off, but he ignored it, focusing on Jimin instead.

An employee did a final safety run through and check their harnesses. She showed them to a ladder that led up to a large platform that was attached to the tree where the zipline cord began. They climbed up with her and she clicked their harnesses in, tightening them and making sure that they were as safe as possible.

"Ok guys. So, when you're ready, I'll give you a little push, and you'll zip off down the line to the other side. Make sure your backpacks are secure so they don't fall off. And you're ready to go."

Jungkook smiled at her, and looked back at his boyfriend who was hyperventilating a little and had his eyes squeezed shut.

"It's alright Min, I've got you. If it wasn't perfectly safe, I wouldn't've taken you here."

Jimin gulped tightly, barely opening his eyes.

"Tell me when we're going." he squeaked out. Jungkook nodded, patting his head.

"Ok. we're ready"

The employee nodded, grabbing onto their harnesses. The boys wrapped their legs around the rope, hoisting themselves up off the ground.

"Three. Two. One!"

Jimin squeaked. wrapping his arms around Jungkook's shoulders and closing his eyes.

"Are we going soon? Is she pushing us now?" he squealed.

Jungkook laughed. "Jimin-ssi. Open your eyes."

Jimin slowly opened them, just a crack, and then realised. They had already left and were whizzing down the zipline. He finally opened his eyes fully, and looked at Jungkook, who was smiling fondly at him.

"Not as bad as you thought, right?"

And it wasn't. It was actually quite peaceful. Of course there was still the adrenaline and speed, but other then that, it was nice and quiet, and they were completely alone, a rare occurance. The view wasn't a of pack of murderous sharks, but rather a crystal clear ocean, framed by emerald green forested cliffs. Jimin finally let his tight hold on the harness go, and enjoyed the feeling of the breeze whipping past him and tousling his hair.

Jimin's face broke out into a smile and he laughed loudly, spreading his arms out. Jungkook did the same.

They shouted to their hearts content. Because nobody could hear them other than the birds.

"JK!!" Jimin screamed, grinning wildly. "LOVE YOU JK"

Jungkook laughed, and looked at Jimin.

"love you too."

Jungkook captured the whole thing on his go-pro.

The couple spent the rest of their holiday blissfully. They woke up at noon to a brunch buffet of bacon, eggs, toast, vegetables, and every drink imaginable everyday, and spent hours exploring every corner of the island. They swam in the pool every afternoon. They went to beach bonfires and drank cocktails every night.

And Jungkook filmed it all**. Captured Jimin the way he saw him. The way he wanted the world to see him. In a way that treasured all of his so called "imperfections" that Jungkook adored so much.

** Well, technically he didn't film it all. He didn't think their managers would really appreciate him uploading a sex tape to the Bighit official YouTube channel. Although there were probably a few ARMY's who would.

Either way, their holiday was perfect. Even better than Tokyo, and that was a hard mark to hit. They posted selca after selca. They hinting at them being on holiday together so much that it was just common knowledge for their fans that the holiday had happened, before the GCF had even been uploaded.

Jungkook even found the inspiration to write songs lyrics that were heavily inspired by Jimin.

Overall it was perfect, and neither of them would change anything.

But, like all good things, it had to come to an end. The boys had their final midday buffet and packed their bags again, this time with the addition of a handful of souvenirs. They handed their keycard back to the front desk worker who still couldn't look them in they eyes, and hopped on the plane back to Korea. Back to business.

-

When it came time to actually edit the GCF, Jungkook decided to change it up a bit.

Instead of picking out a song and making the video more of an mv style video, he decided to make it more vlog like. Sort of like a collection of every little clip he had taken that meant a lot to him. Like a collection of memories. That way his fans could actually hear everything they said. Every little argument, every night-time ramble, every word of comfort.

He knew the ARMYs would eat it up. They loved seeing little bits of their personal lives.

With one final edit to the last scene, Jungkook was finally finished. He saved the GCF, and exported the file into YouTube. Finally, with a deep breath, he titled the video GCF in Hawaii, found the perfect thumbnail (a picture of Jimin standing on a beach with his back to the camera), and uploaded it to the BANGTANTV channel.

(yes jk watches jikook analysis videos made by me. what about it.)

He posted the link on Twitter and Instagram, tagging Jimin in both posts, and within seconds, thousands of views started flooding in. Within only the first second, there were hundreds of comments screaming about Jimin. About Jungkook. About his editing skills. But mostly about Jikook.

After about 20 minutes, #jikook was trending worldwide on pretty much every platform.

Jungkook smirked as he scrolled through the comments

DID JIMIN JUST BLOW A KISS AT HIM 0:48

JIKOOKERS IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE

I'm actually crying rn. There are tears pouring down my face.

Did anyone else notice that they stayed in a bedroom with only one bed?

Jungkook. You're a brave man.

After a few more minutes Jimin posted a selca of him making a kissy face, with a link to the GCF as the caption. The post was flooded with comments.

It looked like Jungkook's work was done.

-

But it wasn't. It really wasn't.

Jungkook really thought people had gotten the message.

But they didn't. Of course they didn't.

He didn't know how people could be this oblivious. This stupid. Could they not see what was right in front of their eyes?

After the shock had died down, the reaction to the GCF had been all but exactly the same as before. The taekookers, yoonminers, and general public brushed it off as if it had never happened, and the jikookers (intellectuals) made sure to analyse it to death and cling onto it for dear life.

This wasn't supposed to happen. This was ridiculous. Jimin literally screamed "I love you JK" at the top of his lungs. How could this not be proof.

They would have to try again. And again. They would get the message through. Eventually.
