《Seven Facts Of A Hunter》Chapter 19

Now that the issues between your relationship with Sam, and Dean's feelings were settled, you and Sam were going steady. Not much changed except that you now shared a room and were a bit more cuddly, which according to Dean was "gross" and "go get a room" worthy. But in all honesty all you did was sit on his lap during research and sit a little closer on the couch. The occasional kiss was shared, but you had yet to say I love you to each other, at least at a point that wasn't heat of the moment.
At this point, you were helping Sam make lunch in the bunker. You had been Dean approved for 2 weeks now and were almost drama free. A few small hunts here and there, no big deal. Dean was somewhere else, as you had to kick him out for eating the ingredients. Sam's back was to you as he set stuff on the table and you were at the stove, mixing the last few things together.
"Hey Sam, can you hand me some spices? This is a little bland." You comment, pulling out a sause covered noodle with your fork and eating it.
"Heads up." He calls as he throws it and you turn, catching it and turning back to the food.
You open the lid and dizzle some in, mixing it throughly as large, muscular arms wrap themselves around your shoulders and a head rests on your right shoulder "Better?" He asks.
"You tell me." You roll a noodle on to the fork and hold the fork over your shoulder.
He stands, releasing you, and takes the fork, eating the noodle. You hear a satisfied sigh from him as you turn to see him smile and nod.
He hands you the fork "Much better. Go get Dean, I'll finish setting up." You nod and set the fork in the sink.

Before leaving, you kiss Sam on the cheek, or at least you try to. Sam turned to say something when your lips locked, surprising both of you, but neither of you pulling away. You feel Sam lean in a bit more, so you retaliate by forcing your face into his. Eventualy you had to pull away, the game of push and pull causing you both to laugh. Sam looked into your eyes before kissing you again, this time less roughly. You are about to start a heated make out session when a voice sounds from behind you, causing you both to quickly pull away.
"Am I interupting something?" He has a sly look on his face, like he planned on ruining your moment.
"No, I was actually about to come get you. Lunch is ready." You step aside to reveal the table covered in plates.
"Oh great, I was wondering why you wanted me gone so bad, now I know why." He comments as he goes to sit down.
"Do you want to eat? Because I could just as easily kick you out again and you'll be stuck eating diner food." You threaten.
"Then you and Sammy could 'lady and the tramp' the noodles." He teased, holding up one of the long noodles with his fork and slurping it loudly.
"Then you don't get any of (Y/N)'s homemade apple pie." Sam adds, knowing of his brothers obsession.
Dean nearly chokes on his food, then looks at you in amazement and gratitude "You made pie?"
You smile and nod, noticing his weakness and putting in the back of your mind for a later day "You can have a peice of you stop being a jerk."
Dean held up his hands in surrender "You are an angel." He says before digging into the noodles.

You and Sam look at each other and smirk before sitting and getting some for yourself.
The day was calm, you kept busy, but not so busy you couldn't relax a bit. Sam and Dean went to do something, so you played around with the TV when the sound of wings rang out from behind you. Knowing who it was, you turned to greet him.
"Hi Cas-" you stopped in shock as you turned to see Castiel the angel covered in blood.

The Dog with a Chair
As of now, this story is dropped. It was an excellent learning experience, but the quality suffered too much from me trying new things for me to continue in good concience. Thanks to anyone that read it. I'm leaving this story up as a record of my first ever attempt at publishing something I've wrote. To any new writers out there, remember that even if the stuff you write is trash, you can still learn a lot from writing it. - November 17th 2020 Guy gets involved in advocacy for civil engineering projects, then gets pulled into an interdimensional war. Third person with a focus on one main character (Stanley) with the occasional point of view from another character important to story progression. Writing style tends to shift early on as I figure out how to write (this is my first book). Still learning, hoping to improve. Current style choice is to have a focus on character dialogue/actions with interspersed internal monologue in italics. No current end is set for the story, with the primary goal of this project being to learn to express myself in a written format. Storyline is kept as consistent as practical while covering things I find interesting. Governmental systems are mentioned, but not explained in extreme detail. Sci fi elements are used to reinforce and guide plot progression as I'm able. Personal goals belonging to each character are in the process of being developed, with the hope that they will support or oppose each other in interesting ways later on. Hope you enjoy :)
