《Seven Facts Of A Hunter》Chapter 7

You sit up, your throat hurting from the now removed tube. The doctor had you moved out of the ICU and into a recovery room. They asked the boys not to make you talk to much and to keep the lights and noise to a minimum. They agreed, but after about 5 minutes the silence was already killing Dean, so he decided to tell you about your time in the hospital.
"You had already blacked out before we got you here, and after getting stitches on your stab wound and getting a tube in your throat, the doctors told us you were in a coma. You were only out for about 5 days, but it scared Sammy and I to death to have to tell Bobby what happened."
You scoff "So you didn't tell him?" You ask before coughing violently.
Sam and Dean both rush to your side, trying to protect them from hurting yourself further "He's a scary guy! He would shoot us if we told him ourselves!" He exclaimes after you finish the fit.
You chuckle and look at them sadly "I guess I have to explain myself now, huh?" Sam stops you from continuing.
"It's not something you need to worry about right now. You just need to get better." He smiles as Dean nods.
"Alright, so when can I get outta here?" You ask sarcastically.
"Hopefully soon." A voice from the door calls.
A man about Deans height stands at the door, his head cleanly shaved and a plaid sweatervest rested neatly on his person. He smiles and walks over to you, smiling and the two before looking back at you.
"My name is Mike, I'm a psychologist. Mind if I ask you a few questions."
You grumble, frowning "I was just about to sleep."

"I could come back at another time if you'd like." He gestures to the door.
You wave him over to you "Nah, might as well get it over with." You sigh, looking at Sam.
"Alright, I promise I'll try to keep this short." He pulls over a chair next to you then looks at the boys "May I have a moment with her alone-"
Sam grips your hand "I'm not leaving her." You squeeze back.
"Alright, then I ask that you remain quiet, as I want to hear her side of the story." Dean and Sam nod.
"Make it quick, I really wanna sleep." Sam chuckles.
"Of course. So where did this accident take place? How did you get there?"
You sigh "Well I was kidnapped by a man who I have never met, and taken to some building where I was beaten and later knocked unconcious. These two found me and killed the attacker, in self defense of course, and brought me here." You burst into another fit, this time Mike helping you as well.
"You said he is dead?" He looks over at Dean.
"I believe so, I hope so. That asshole deserves more than he got if he just died." You growl.
"Alright (Y/N), that's about it for now. You get some sleep, and if I think of anything else I'll be sure to ask." You nod as he leaves.
"Don't count on it, baldy." You mumble after he has left.
Dean holds your other hand and Sam squeezes "You get some rest, we'll be here when you wake up."
"Same goes for you." You look over at him.
"Yea, yea, alright." Sam smiles.
You smile as your eyes begin to close. You see yourself standing in the center of pure darkness, and realize your dreaming. You look around and slowly see a scene coming into focus. It strangely doesn't follow the pattern of your reoccurring nightmare, this time you are in Bobby's house. You glance around the kitchen and realize where, or better when, you are. Chuckling, you walk into the main library like room and set a hand in Bobby's shoulder.

"If you don't sleep soon, your eyes are gonna get stuck open like that." He laughs and yawns simultaneously.
"I know, I know. I just can't get over this case. Typical jin don't act like this, not once have I ever heard of one that works with blood-suckers."
You shrug it off "Well ya never know, there is a first for everything. Like you getting an hour straight of sleep this week."
He chuckles "After they get here, I can't have them thinking I'm some old sleepy drunk."
"Well besides the sleep part..." you add jokingly.
He glares slightly "Boo hoo, I'll sleep when I'm dead."
You laugh as you hear a knocking on the door. "I'll get it." You answer, walking towared the door.

Sucky ending I know, but if I didn't cut it off here, it would have gone on wayyyyyyyy longer. And yes the picture has absolutly to do with the story, but I thought I would post it anyway.

Orc Lord
A young woman just starting out in life is killed tragically in a car accident. However, she soon regains consciousness as a baby in a fantasy world. But... she's an Orc?! It would be good if she could just enjoy her new life quietly, but she seems destined for war and carnage. How will she fare as a monster in a fantasy world? ________________ This story will have a total of three arcs: Arc 1, The Birth of Babylon: 571 pages (complete) Arc 2, The Baphomet War: 420 pages (complete) Arc 3, The Mad Queen of Carnage: (in progress) ________________ Ultimately, I'm writing this for enjoyment. If you enjoy it too, fantastic! Gore: Extremely infrequent, but moderately intense. Profanity: There are a few swear words here and there, as well as some more creative insults. Traumatizing Content: While I'm at it, there are some questionable morals displayed (mostly after chapter 77). So far we can check off slavery, brainwashing, war, and genocide. This story starts off very Light Novel-ish because I was reading a lot of them at the time. The writing style gradually matures as it goes. Sorry, but I don't have the stamina to go back and fix everything, even if I know it gets pretty roughshod at times. New readers, please keep in mind, I make use of "unreliable narrators" at times. My story accepts donations, but it is free to read and I've only uploaded it here. Lastly, Orc Lord is a member of the WriTEr's Pledge, which means I have sworn to see it through to a satisfying ending. One of my long breaks triggered a dishonor, but I'll redeem it someday when it's actually finished. I'm the ultimate necromancer author. ;P

“If anything can go wrong, it’ll go wrong”—Alex found the truth of this quote the hard way when his Thursday evening was ruined by a blinding golden light. Thrown to war against his wishes, in a world that was not his own, he didn’t even survive the first day. But, death was not his sweet retreat. It was just the beginning. Reborn as an Imp in the hellscape of a dungeon, Alex’s life just got more complicated. In a place where you are food to other monsters and a lump of EXP to humans… survival was nothing but luxury. But Alex will survive. He will squeeze every last bit of potential from his [System] and work his way up the ladder of the food chain until he is strong enough to step out of his prison. The first step to such a lofty goal is to conquer the menace of goblins. Unlimited Evolution narrates the struggles of a young man from earth who gets the short end of the stick even in a different world. After a betrayal that resulted in his death, he wakes as a monster in a dungeon where even his fellow monsters saw him as nothing but food. The story will be a little slow-paced in the beginning and the battles will be calculated, brutal, and short. The litRPG element will be there and the system plays an important role in world-building. I'll try to explore each and every character I introduce as much as I can. Hopefully, I do a good job in that aspect. **I hope you enjoy this book of mine.**
