Phil was in the small Vegas hotel's kitchen setting up his and Dan's plates. As soon as the pancakes were properly stacked, he jumped on to Dan's bed.

"Dan! DAN WAKE UP!!!"

Dan jumped up, ready to run.

"Jesus CHRIST, Phil, I thought it was an emergency," he croaked. He rolled over and put his pillow over his face.

"But Daaan, it's your BIRTHDAY," Phil said, attempting to pry the covers off of Dan's head. Dan laughed and shoved Phil off the bed.

"Alright, alright, Phil. Just-let me get dressed, 'kay?" Phil raced out of the room back to the kitchen. Soon after, Dan stumbled out of the room, fully dressed, but rubbing his eyes and yawning loudly. Phil strode up to him and snapped a party hat onto his head, practically dragging him to his breakfast. Laid out on the cramped counter was pancakes, bacon, toast, cereal, and cake. Dan's eyes widened.

"W-wow Phil, thanks!"

Phil grinned as Dan sat down to eat his (rather large) breakfast. He had a whole day planned out for them.

"Just you wait, Dan," he thought to himsef, "today is going to be the best day of your twenty-fifth year!"
