"P-Papa?" Liam gulped. "We uh...we need to talk. Me, you and Lou..."
Louis perked up at the mention of his name and moved over, sitting beside Colton. He laid his petite head on his father's shoulder and sighed, getting comfortable. "What's up?"
"My anxiety," Liam muttered, then bit his lip. "Okay, please don't kill me..."
"Oh boy," Colton groaned. "Don't tell me you're in a gang or something stupid."
Liam swallowed, closing his eyes. Relax, he's letting you marry her. Relax.
"Sophia's pregnant."
Louis' eyes widened and he shot up. "Really?"
Liam nodded.
"Oh my god..." Louis whispered, his hands covering his mouth. "I'm gonna be an uncle...I'm gonna be an uncle!" He squealed and bounced in his seat. "Oh my god, I'm gonna spoil him or her and if you have a boy I can teach him footie -- well I can do that with a girl too, but if you have a girl I can do her nails and take her shopping and--"
"Boo," Colton put his hand on Louis' head. "Calm down."
Louis blinked and let out a long breath as Liam gulped, his brown eyes full of fear as he looked at his father.
"She's pregnant, huh..."
The oldest twin nodded, biting his lip. Louis squirmed in his seat, still squealing and Colton had to cover his mouth so the lad wouldn't scream the news to the neighborhood.
"When did you find out?"
"C-Christmas Eve," Liam whispered. Colton pursed his lips, leaning back and crossed his arms. "She's thinking of aborting or adoption though..."
"Why?" His father and brother asked.
"We're only Sophomores -- actually, I am, she's a Junior. Plus she's moving and I won't be able to see her much."

"But aren't you engaged?" Louis' eyebrows furrow.
"Well, yeah..." Liam bit his lip. "Papa...is it bad that I proposed at seventeen?"
"Nah. Your dad actually suggested adopting when I was sixteen. He was...nineteen or twenty then. We adopted you two when I was eighteen and we got married when you were three."
"How old are you?"
"Louis, that's off topic," Liam spoke. Louis pouted, mumnling, "It was just a simple question," amd Colton sighed.
"How far along is she?"
"Almost two months...she's not showing alot though."
Louis bit his lip.
"I'm not gonna be one of those shit parents who would kick their kids out for expecting," Colton sighed. "But I am...a little disappointed. You're young, you're looking into colleges already. Are you sure you want to raise a family now?"
Liam swallowed, shrugging.
"Go to your girl," Colton nudged his knee with his foot. "Talk to her about this and if you think you're ready, I better be the first one to hold my grandchild in seven months."
Liam chuckled, raising up and kissed his cheek. "Love you, Pops."
"Love you more, kiddo."
Liam grabbed his keys and walked out, getting in his car. Louis looked over at his father, pursing his lips.
"How old are you?"
Colton chuckled, shaking his head. "Thirty five, Lou."

Louis snuggled up to Harry, groaning. "Baaabe."
"Yeah?" Harry continued to look at the screen as he played Call of Duty.
"I want cuddles."
"You're cuddling me right now."
"Yeah, but that's not what I want."
"What do you want?"
"Cuddles!"
"Let me finish this level and we will."
Louis groaned, releasing his boyfriend and laid with his back facing him, his front facing the wall. "Whatever, I'll just cuddle with my son," he felt Harry's new pet cat -- Charlie -- purr against his tummy and rubbed his furry back.

Harry paused the game, looking over and laid behind him. "Lou."
Louis ignored him, still playing with the feline. Harry sighed, slipping his hand under Louis' shirt and placed it on his waist.
"I will lick you if you don't answer me."
Louis shrugged.
Harry leaned down and licked across his jaw, watching Louis' nose scrunch. He smirked, doing it again and started tickling him.
"H-Hazza! Ow!" Louis squealed but giggled, trying to muffle the sound.
"Ha!" Harry smirked, nuzzling his face in his neck. He felt Louis' light pulse against his nose and he kissed the tender skin. Louis grinned, feeling his boyfriend wrap his arms around his tummy and Charlie curled in a ball above Harry's arms.
Louis started softly singing, and Harry's heart fluttered as his soft voice filled their little bubble.
Rhiannon rings like a bell through the night and wouldn't you love to love her?
Takes to the sky like a bird in flight and who will be her lover?
All your life you've never seen
woman, taken by the wind.
Would you stay if she promised you heaven?
Will you ever win?
She is like a cat in the dark,
and then she is the darkness.
She rules her life like a fine skylark, and when the sky is starless.
All your life you've never seen
woman taken by the wind.
Would you stay if she promised you heaven?
will you ever win?
Will you ever win?
Rhiannon,
Rhiannon,
Rhiannon,
Rhiannon.
She rings like a bell through the night, and wouldn't you love to love her?
She rules her life like a bird in flight, and who will be her lover?
All your life you've never seen
woman taken by the wind.
Would you stay if she promised you heaven?
will you ever win?
Will you ever win?
Rhiannon,
Rhiannon,
Rhiannon.
Oooooh,
Taken by,
Taken by the sky.
Taken by,
Taken by the sky.
Taken by,
Taken by the sky.
Dreams unwind,
Love's a state of mind.
Dreams unwind,
Love's a state of mind.
Harry grinned against his skin. "I love your voice."
Louis blushed, twirling Charlie's tail. "You do? I honestly sound like a dying cat..."
"Nuh uh. You sound like an angel," Harry murmured, snuggling him tighter. "My angel."

8 142The Lay of the Black Doors
Nikha von Kranssov awakens one sunny morning to find that things have gone all wrong: Her maid has been murdered, her father is missing, and her house, Eldergrave Manor, is far larger and less familiar than it should be. She decides to grab her trusty rifle and set out into a home made strange and sinister, determined to find her father and confront whoever is responsible. The Lay of the Black Doors is a horror/adventure story that takes place in a secondary world. It is mainly inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, China Miéville’s Bas-Lag books, M.T. Anderson’s The Game of Sunken Places, and Shea and Wilson’s The Illuminatus! Trilogy. Be warned that the story involves frightening situations and occasional dark themes, as well as some violence and gore. Weekly updates. No longer on hiatus! The cover image is not mine. It is "The Drawbridge," a 1761 engraving by Giovanni Battista Piranesi.

There is a common line of questioning that falls upon students within their first moments at Kingsly. “Why?”. The student asks, “Why am I here?”. This is a futile line of questioning. There are those who remember, and those who do not. I’ll spare you the technical explanation — that’s what we have teachers for. The jist is as follows: those who remember are... how do I put this... more likely. They occupy more time. and the space that time has allowed them — the pertinent amount — is experienced no matter what. Allow me to offer you a bit of personal information: I am not one who remembers. There is no time relevant to me, no space that I occupy. I exist by carving myself here, and continue to exist in the same fashion. You would do well to follow suit. Why am I here? Because I force myself to be. Because the universe, the universes, for all its kicking and screaming, cannot escort me out.
8 237House of Honour: The Heir

Along the way, Kaewyn will meet a plethora of characters. Among them are arrogant scholars, rival nobles as well as new and old friends. 8 190Tale about fire
This tale starts like many others, with a slave boy that escaped and now seeks the power to never suffer in the hands of another again, with an unbalanced and cruel world where the strong rule and the weak serve, filled with natural dangers and opportunities to the ones that call themselves practitioners, the ones who seek the power of the Four. It follows as the disgusted by the world boy, resolved to change it by fire and destruction if needed find his way into the practitioners’ world in a search for true strength. Little the boy knew that his fate, or chains if you would, bounded him to so much more than just that. - I apologize in advance for any grammatical mistakes, part of why I’m writing this tale is to get better in the language. It’s also my first story so constructive criticism is appreciated.
