------------

Louis woke up on the Friday, at exactly 6:05AM. For him, that was an hour earlier than usual. When it finally clicked in his brain as to why he was up this early, Louis' eyes widened and he shot up from his bed. He sat in his bed for a while, just thinking and trying to calm himself down. His heart was racing at the speed of light and he thoughts were all over the place.

Today was the day he would see his sister again, after two whole years. It was a very big day!

So after a couple of minutes of just sitting, Louis finally stood from his bed and began getting ready. He walked to his wardrobe and pulled out a soft pink jumper, along with a black flowery skirt. He pulled on a white shirt first, then covering the shirt with his jumper. Once he was dressed, Louis made his way to the bathroom, where he proceeded to get ready For today, he decided to go for a simple gold eyeshadow on his eyelids and a light pink lipstick on his lips.

He stepped out of the bathroom and walked down the hall towards the kitchen. He sighed as he clicked on the kettle and pulled a mug out of the cupboard. That was when he heard his phone ringing, back in his bedroom. He groaned, annoyed at himself for leaving it behind. He rushed towards his bedroom, diving forward to pick up his phone from the bedside table.

He was just in time, picking up the phone whilst it was still ringing.

"Hello?" He was in such a rush to pick up his phone, he had forgotten to read the display screen.

"Hey Lou." He heard Harry's deep voice on the other end of the line and sighed. "You okay? You sounded a little out of breath when you picked up." He could hear a slight chuckle.

"Yeah. I'm fine. I just left my phone in my bedroom s'all. I had to rush to pick it up in time," he heard Harry hum on the other end. "So what's wrong?" Louis walked down to the kitchen, holding his phone to his ear.

"I just wanted to ask if there is any way Luke can pick you up today?" Louis pulled a confused face.

"Yeah, I'm sure he will, why? Are you not coming in? Are you sick?" Louis began to worry. "Is everything okay?"

"Lou, baby, I'm fine. I just have to go to the dentist this morning. Mum couldn't get a hold of any other appointments for today, that's all. I'll be in after first period, promise." Louis let out a sigh of relief and walked into the kitchen just in time for the kettle to let out a loud screeching sound.

"Okay. Good." Harry chuckled.

"Right I'll let you go then. Oh and Lou?"

"Hmm?"

"You're feeling okay, yeah?"

"What d'you mean?" Louis asked, popping a tea bag into his mug along with a splash of milk.

"I mean, you're still up for tonight? Meeting with Jade?" Louis tipped the kettle, watching as the boiling water ran from the jug.

"I mean," Louis set the kettle down and picked up his mug, taking it into the living area. "I'm nervous and I feel like I'm going to puke every time I think about it, but I think that's normal in this situation, right?" He took a seat on his sofa and clutched the phone between his shoulder and ear as he reached for the remote.

Harry let out another light chuckled on the other end which made Louis smile. "Yeah, I guess it is. Right, if you need me before I get to school, call me okay?"

"Okay Haz," Louis smiled down the phone.

After they said their goodbyes, Louis texted Luke, asking if he could pick him up on his way to college, to which Luke agreed- saying that he better be ready by the time he got there. (Which Louis replied: I'm already ready you dick). Luke arrived at 8:45AM, the time in which he always used to pick Louis up.

"Hey babe!" Louis heard Luke's voice and guessed that Megan had let him in.

"Louis!" Megan called. "My boyfriend is here to pick your lazy ass up!" Louis couldn't help but chuckle at her choice of words.

"Yeah yeah, I'm coming!" He paused before speaking again. "And I don't have a lazy ass! for your information, it's just a big one!" He could hear Luke's laugh follow his words.

After first period, Louis had music and just as promised, Harry walked into the lesson just behind him. The three of them (Luke had joined in) worked together. The challenge was to come up with a melody to a song which they would produce the lyrics to in the next lesson. This lesson was a two hour block, so they got nearly the whole song done, however, they still needed a little to finish it.

"I'll finish in tonight and then we can all work on it on Monday."

It was now lunch and was the first time the three of them were together since that lesson. "Is that okay?" Luke asked and Harry nodded.Luke looked toward Louis with a smile on his face. "Lou?"

Louis looked up from his plate, his eyes wide, "Sorry?" Luke frowned and Harry turned to look at the boy sat beside him.

"Are you okay?" Luke asked, worry lacing through his voice.

Louis nodded. "I'm fine. Just... nervous for tonight."

He looked back down again and Luke shot the boy a small smile, Harry reaching beneath the table to place his hand on Louis' thigh- soothingly.

"It'll all be fine," Luke promised his best friend, looking toward Harry for reassurance. To which Harry nodded slowly.

The college day came to a close. After their last lesson, Luke gave Louis a soothing hug, wishing him luck for his meeting which was now, not too long away. Louis had thanked him before walking off to Harry's car, where the said boy was standing.

"Okay?" He asked, his voice as slow and deep as always.

"Yeah," Louis agreed. Harry opened the car door for Louis, taking his bag and placing it on the backseat, before getting in himself.

"Harry?" He head the boy beside him whisper.

"Yeah, babe?" He answered, starting up the car. When he didn't get an answer a couple of second after, Harry turned to Louis. "What's up Lou?"

Louis hesitated. "No- don't worry. It's fine."

"Are you sure?" Harry asked, putting the car into gear.

"Mhm." Louis hummed, smiling before looking out of the window. And Harry knew that boy really did have something to say.

-

"I feel sick," Louis announce as he paced up and down his bedroom.

"That's probably normal," Harry tilted his head, watching the boy.

"It's been a long time," he sighed, still pacing.

"I know. I know," Harry spoke calmly.

"I feel like she's going to hate me," Louis fiddled with his fingers.

"She won't. I can tell you that," Louis turned to him, not stopping.

"But how do you know that?!"

"You're the same boy that she knew two years ago. She loved you then, so she'll love you now!" Louis then thought about how his mum could have corrupted her mind into thinking how wrong he really was.

"Y'know what?" He finally stopped walking, staring at the wall in front of him, he finished, "I'm not going."

Harry knew the boy was just over thinking. He didn't really mean what he was saying. "Don't be silly Lou!"

Louis turned to the bed. "I'm being serious Harry. Don't think I'm not. I can't do this. She's going to judge me the minute she sees me. I'm not ready for that yet."

Harry reached his right hand forward, capturing Louis' left and bringing him towards him.

"You're worrying too much." Harry smoothe Louis' fringe, dragging the hair out of his eyes.

"Im not. Im just thinking. Thinking how wrong this could go. I've been waiting for this moment since the second I left! I've been building it up, thinking about all the possibilities. All of good have suddenly disappeared. It's been two years Haz, so much could have changed."

A tear or two had slipped from his eyes but Harry had been quick to wipe them away. "I can't see her again and not get her back. I've missed her so much and I feel if I see her again... And she tells me she doesn't love me- that mum was right all along, I won't be able to cope Harry. I won't!"

Harry pulled him onto his lap, rubbing soothingly at his back. "Don't cry baby," He hushed. "Everything will be fine. Shh."

Louis tucked his face into Harry's neck, trying to stop himself from crying. Trying to calm himself down.

"Here, how about this." Harry pulled Louis forward, placing his hands on his shoulders- allowing them to look at each other, face to face.

"How about I come with you? I can wait outside in the car if you'd like? And then, if anything happens- even though I know you'll be absolutely fine- I'll be there and you can come right out to me." Harry looked at Louis with wide, questioning eyes.

And Louis grinned through his tears. "How's that sound?"

"Amazing." Louis chuckled, leaning forward and kissing Harry softly.

Harry smiled, reaching up to cup at Louis face with his hands- Louis' tangling in his hair at the back of his neck. Both pairs of eyes were closed, embracing in each other- the two feeling warm and tingly all over. They could taste the saltiness of Louis' tears but paid no attention- just enjoying the moment, enjoying each other.

-

"I'll be right here." Harry promised.

Louis still wouldn't budge from the passenger seat, his hands shaking wildly as his left gripped onto the door handle, making no movement to open it, more to keep it closed. His eyes stared at the café in front of him.

"I still can't Harry, I'm too scared." All his excitement from earlier that day had gone completely now.

"Louis, you can't quit now! We are right here! She's in there, already texted me saying so. You can do this." Harry have words of encouragement.

Louis turned to him, sad eyes and all. "Please." He whispered.

"Please what Lou?" He asked back, softly.

"Come with me? Hold my hand? Please?" He looked so vulnerable it hurt.

Harry nodded quickly, he would do anything for this boy. Anything. Harry undid his seatbelt, stepping out of the car and walking round to the passengers side.

"Yeah, okay. Are you sure you don't want to do this alone?" He asked after he had opened Louis' door.

"I can't do it alone Harry. I can't." Louis said truthfully.

"That's fine. I've got you." Harry whispered, holding Louis' hand as he helped him out of the large car, slamming the door shut and locking the vehicle behind them.

"Here we go, okay?" Harry wrapped his arm around Louis' waist as he pushed open the glass door. He felt Louis nods against him, the boy seeming a lot smaller now.

Instantly the two were enclosed by the smell of hot coffee and freshly baked cookies. While Harry's eyes looked down to the boy he held close, Louis' shifted around the room quickly.

He scanned each and every table- each and every person- until he spotted the one he was looking for.

The girl in the back of the café was looking right back at the pair, obviously heard the bell that had signally the arrival of a new customer. He mouth hung open a little as a look of disbelief covered her face.

Her red tinted hair was pulled back in a scruffy- yet neat- ponytail and her face was covered in a small amount of make-up. She had her hands resting around a steaming cup, which Louis could guess was tea.

Harry followed Louis' gaze, landing in the same girl. Jade.

Almost instantly after Louis had found her, the girl jumped from her seat, rushing her way around the tables. It wasn't until they both met in the middle of the room, that Louis realised he had ran towards her too.

Jade had let out a small whimper when the two collided, her arms wrapping around her younger brothers neck, one hand reaching all the way around to cover her mouth out of surprise. Louis let out a sob as he tucked his head into her neck, wrapping his arms tightly around the body of his older sister. He cried softly, causing the girl's grip to become tighter. "Lou." She whispered, her voice breaking half way through his shortened name.

"Jade." He cried back, pulling back a little- just to make sure. And he smiled, his lips quivering and mascara running down his cheeks.

Jade chuckled wetly, reaching forward and rubbing away the streaming marks. It wasn't until then that the two realised that nearly the whole room was staring at them. It was also then that Louis realised Harry was stood behind them, two cups of boiling liquid in his hands. Harry smiled warmly at him, which Louis returned instantly.

"Uh- let's sit shall we?" Jade asked, grabbing Louis' hand, pulling her brother to the booth she was just sat at.

The siblings sat opposite each other, Harry sliding in beside Louis, pushing across his hot chocolate.

"Thank you." Louis looked over to Harry before looking back at Jade who held a raised eyebrow.

"Oh!" Louis squeaked.

"Is this who I think it is?" Jade asked.

"Harry. This is Harry." Louis giggled. "Harry, this is Jade. My sister." Harry could not get over the smile on this boys face. It was something he wished to see a million more times.

"Ah, the boyfriend." Jade grinned, reaching her hand forward for Harry to shake. "It's nice to meet you." Harry took a hole of her hand across the table.

Louis blushed, "he's not my-"

"It's nice to meet you too, the sister," Harry grinned.
