"Thank you." Louis smiled, his feet coming to a stop once he reached is building. He turned to face Harry.

"It's okay." Harry smiled back.

The both of them stayed silent, suddenly feeling awkward for what could be the first time through out the whole two days. "Uh- I should.." Louis trailed off, pointing up to the door.

"Right." Harry chuckled. Leaning forward, he wrapped his arms around Louis, surprising him.

Slowly, Louis hugged back. His arms wrapping around Harry's neck as Harry's rested on his waist. His face tucked into the crease between Harry's shoulder and neck. He inhaled his scent. The same warm smell as the t-shirt he was currently wearing.

Louis began to pull away, to be surprised by Harry pressing a soft kiss to his now rosy pink cheeks. "I'll see you Monday?" Harry smirked at Louis' flushed face.

"Yeah. Yeah." Louis giggled, looking down to his now dangling hands where he held his handbag and a bag of his clothes.

"Okay. I'll call you." Louis nodded and took a few steps backwards, beginning the gap between them. Harry smiled once more, showing off his dimpled cheeks, before walking off down to his car. A permanent grin on his face as his head hung low.

Louis stood in the doorway of the building as Harry drove off, his hand coming up to wave the boy off. Once the car was out of sight, he huffed. Turning on his heal to press the correct buzzer for his and Megan's flat.

"Who is it?" Megan asked through the speaker.

"It's me." Louis replied before the the door was opened and Louis was let in. He trudged his way up the stairs and to his and Megan shared front door. Once he reached the top, the door was already open for him.

He walked in to the flat, slightly scared by how quiet the place sounded. "Megan?" He called.

He could hear her shout back, "I'm just in my room, give me a minute."

Louis closed the front door, slipping off his shoes and made his way to his bedroom. Pushing open his door, he groaned. Clothes were scattered all across the floor and he now regrets making such a mess when getting ready for the date. He walked over to his clothes basket, placing his clothes from the day before inside. Chucking his handbag on his bed, Louis sat down on the mattress. He pulled out his phone, placing it on his bed-side table, plugged into its charger.

"Lou?" He heard Megan call for him.

"I'm in here." He called back, not bothering to move from his bed. He could hear his door open and then Megan taking a seat beside him. He turned.

"So?" She smiled smugly.

"Would you stop looking at me like that. I've already told you nothing like that happened." She raised an eyebrow. "Urggh." Louis groaned, falling back so that he was laying on the bed.

"You're telling me you spent the night at the boys- who you've had a crush on for years- and nothing happened. Not even a small kiss?" Megan crossed her legs, sitting in a crisscross position.

"Exactly." Louis smiled back.

"Okay. I want to know exactly what happened then." Megan placed her elbows on her knees, placing her head in her hands, ready to listen.

Louis began talking about the date. About the small touches Harry gave him durning the show. He then went on to talk about the cafe, how much Megan herself would love it. Then, came the sleepover. He spoke about how nice and loving Harry's mother had seemed and how big Harry's house actually was. "Jeez, Meg. Harry and Gemma had their own floor, plus, the room I stayed in was beautiful. I just couldn't get over it."

Megan smiled.

"I just- he's amazing. He doesn't flaunt it- his wealth. And I love that. He's just normal, y'know?" He turned onto his side, resting his head in a hand.

"Yeah, Lou. I get it. He's the best person in the world, right?" Louis knew she was only messing, so he decided to play along, nodding his head eagerly. Megan let out a loud laugh. "Well, if he treats you like that on the first date, I could only imagine what he'd treat you like once you're married..." She trailed off, standing from the bed.

Louis sighed, laying back on his bed. "Oh, I know." He giggled.

Megan smiled fondly at her friend. "Right." Louis sat up slowly. "I'm heading to the shop, want anything?" Louis shook his head as he watched the girl walk to his bedroom door. "Alright, I'll see you after."

"See ya'." Megan waved, before shutting the door and leaving the flat. Louis stood from his bed and began to pick up clothes that he had scattered across the floor.

After twenty minutes or so, Louis had finished picking up the last of his clothes. He huffed as he placed the last hanger back in his closet. Standing back, he smiled. His room was the tidiest it had probably ever been and he had done it all himself. He was proud.

However, his moment of proudness was interrupted when his phone began to ring. His usual ringtone- the one that every iPhone was set to have- broke the quietness of his room and caused Louis to rush over to the device.

Without checking the caller ID, Louis pressed the green button and placed it to his ear. "Hello?"

"Hey Lou." Harry.

Louis took a seat on his bed. "Hey." He giggled at realisation that they had just passed their greetings. "What's up?"

Hardy chuckled from the other end. "Just wanted to talk s'all. You said you'd call and never did.. So I took it upon myself to do so."

"Fuck." Louis cussed. He frowned answering, "I'm sorry. I totally forgot. I was talking to Megan and then when she left, I got caught up tiding my room. I just didn't-"

"Lou, relax. It fine." He heard another chuckle. "We are speaking now. No harm done."

Louis grinned, looking down and began playing with the wire which was hanging from his phone. "Right." He breathed.

"My mum likes you." Harry said after a small pause between the two.

"She does?" Louis scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.

"Mhmm." Harry hummed. "S'the first thing she said to me when she got back from work. Said she liked your dress too." Louis giggled and made note to thank Megan again for helping him choose what to wear. "Dad agreed, also. Looks like you were a good choice." Harry chuckled.

"Hmm, it does. Doesn't it?" Louis played along.

"Yeah." Harry whispered, his mouth forming a smile as he looked down at his lap. "Lou?" He asked, pausing for an answer.

"Yeah?" He got back.

"I really had fun yesterday." He waited, crossing his legs from where he was sat on his bed.

"So did I." Louis agreed.

"How about we do it again sometime..?" Harry fiddled with the bottom of his black jeans as he bit his bottom lip.

"Is this you asking me on another date, Styles?" He couldn't help himself from letting out a loud laugh at the teasing in Louis' voice.

"Looks like it, doesn't it?"

"It sure does." Louis replied back.

"So what d'you say? Another date?" Harry grinned cheekily despite the fact that Louis couldn't see him.

"Let me think about that for a second."

Harry whined. "Loouu." He led back on his bed, the phone still clutched to his ear in his right hand and his left hand placed on his chest.

It was Louis' turn to let out a loud laugh, ending with a very cute giggle. "I'm kidding." Louis had to admit, he sort of enjoyed teasing Harry. "Id love to go on another date with you."

"You would?"

Louis scoffed. "Did you really think I'd say no?" He heard Harry let out a laugh.

"No.. but I just had to make sure that you actually wanted to go out. Y'know.. It better to ask and then get a solid answer rather than turning up at your door unannounced and getting rejected."

Louis laughed. "That's very true." He sighed. Louis closed his eyes, enjoying the slight sound of Harry breathing through the speaker of his phone.

"Louis?" Louis did nothing but hum to answer. "That song that you sang... You're music project.. Did you write it?"

Louis' breath hitched as his eyes opened. Did Harry know it was about him? "Uhh, yeah.. Well, Luke sorta helped. But I mean, the idea and most of it was me. Luke helped towards the end so it wasn't all me. But I- yeah, I did." He heard nothing. "Why?"

"You're really good." Harry chuckled. "Like, that song was amazing Lou."

Louis sighed. "It something I enjoy doing. I guess. I mean- it's something I always put my heart and soul into. The only thing I feel I'm good at."

There was quiet again and Louis kept his eyes trained to the ceiling. His spear hand, that wasn't holding his phone, was playing with the edge of Harry shirt.

"Write me a song."

Louis stayed quiet before asking. "Huh?"

"Write me a song Lou."

Louis smiled. "Sure thing Haz." Little did Harry know that Louis really had a note book full of songs for him.

The phone call lasted for a whole two and a half hours. Most was questions being swapped and answered. But there was also places where neither said anything and they just sat and enjoyed the others- sort of- company.

But it came to an end when Megan returned home. Louis heard noises coming from the living room. Chuckles and lots of "shh"ing. He said goodbye to Harry, hanging up the phone. He placed the device on his bedside table before walking over to his bedroom door.

Louis pressed his ear to the door, listening closely.

"He'll find out y'know." A deep voice spoke. Right away Louis knew who it belonged to.

"But I don't know how he'll feel about it Luke. He's your best friend and my brother." Louis furred his eyebrows. Find out about what?

Not wanting to wait much longer, Louis pulled his door open and walked down the hall leading to the front room. As soon as he was in the doorway, he placed his hands on his hips before asking, "what do I not know? And why are you afraid of me finding out?"

Both Luke and Megan looked up to Louis, their eyes wide and mouth agape. "Uh, Lou. Hey." Luke smiled awkwardly, standing from the sofa. Megan looked to Luke in disbelief.

"I told you he'd hear us." She sighed, standing up also.

Louis stepped forward. "Hey, I'm still hear you know. I'd prefer it if you'd just answer my question. What's going on?" He looked between his two friends.

The room was silent and thick with awkward tension between Luke and Megan. "Wait." Luke broke out. "Isn't that- is that Harry's shirt?"

Louis looked down at the band shirt he was wearing. "Um, no?"

Luke smirked. "I swear I've seen him wear that to college. Plus, last time I checked, you've never listened to The Killers, never mind owned any of their shirts." Louis panicked.

"You don't know what I listened to and- you know what, you just changed the subject. I did not come out of my room to get interrogated by my best friend who- I now have worked out- is seeing my sister." He paused looking to Megan with an eyebrow raised.

Megan looked down, Luke copying her actions.

Louis crossed his arms over his chest. "Guys. Why didn't you just say? I mean, it doesn't really have anything to do with me, does it?"

Luke looked up and over to Megan. "Actually that's true." Megan elbowed the boy. "Ow, what was that for?"

"Shut it Hemmings." She looked over to Louis. "I'm sorry Lou." She walked towards the shorter of the boys, wrapping her arms around him.

"S'okay." Louis sighed, wrapping his arms around her neck. "Just don't keep anything from me again. Please. That's what's special about us Meg. We share everything. Remember? That includes who you are dating. Even if it's... that." He removed an arm, pointing over to where Luke was standing.

Luke gasped. "What is it? Pick on Luke day or something? Thanks guys."

"I'm not a guy." Megan shouted back, letting go of Louis and turning round. "Not last time I checked."

"Hmmm." Luke hummed. "Maybe you should check again."

"You little.." Megan ran around the couch, jumping on Luke.

"Right." Louis whispered to himself. "I think that is my que to leave." He turned and began his way over to his bedroom. "See you tomorrow!" He shouted behind him, closing his door.

He stood by his door, looking no where in particular, which a frown on his face. "Wow." He whispered to himself before shaking his head win a chuckle.

Louis got ready for bed, ridding himself of everything and placing on a pair of pyjamas before getting into bed. Once he was comfortable, he unplugged his phone, unlocking it and began texting Harry, like he had promised to do when he had hung up.

He waited for his reply, which came minutes later.

Louis typed out his reply as soon as he had gotten the message.

He was only joking- really. Luke was one of his best friends and he loved him dearly. But spending too much time with Luke can really push some of his buttons.

Louis' heart fluttered at the message.

Louis smiled. Typing out a final reply before placing his phone on the bedside table.

Harry stared at his phone, his back pressed against the head bored of the bed.
