《The Make-Up Game. | larry stylinson》Just a Touch Up.

Louis sat in the middle of the circle of girls, confused as to why he was there. His sister had called him into her bedroom just under ten minutes ago and Louis still had no idea why. He felt as if he was intruding on the sixteen year old girls sleepover.
"Okay, we're gonna play a game." Jade declared, all the girls giggled quietly as they looked at the blue eyed boy in the middle. "Louis, we dare you to put my make-up on."
Louis pulled a face of disgust, not loving the idea his sister had just voiced. "What? No, I'm not doing that." He looked around at the group of girls, seeing them all slightly pouting at him.
"Go on Lou, just give it a go." Jade persuaded, "you may even like it, who knows?"
Louis ended up having his make-up done, with a little more persuasion and a promise of a chocolate bar. He wasn't going to lie and say that he didn't like the feeling of being pampered because, well, he did. He found the feeling of being covered interesting. The stroke of a brush on his face gave him slight tickles and made him silently giggle to himself.
Once the six year olds face was covered and the girls were content with the look they had given him, Louis was allowed to finally see. And when Jade set the mirror in front of him, Louis felt his eyes go wide and butterflies grew in his stomach. "T-that's me?"
Jade laughed a little at the confused boy, "yep," she looked over her younger brothers face. "Don't you look pretty?"
Louis reached up with his right hand, slowly stroking his cheek, not really believing that he liked the look."Wow."
Before Louis could admire himself anymore, Jade's bedroom door had opened and a very shocked looking mother was stood in the doorway. "Louis? What is going on in her? Jade, what have you done to your brother?"
"No mum it's fine." Louis assured. "I like it." He grinned.
Jay stood silent, looking over the girls and her son before turning to her side and pointing in the direction of the bathroom, "Louis go and get that stuff off of your face, and Jade do not let me catch you doing such thing to your brother again." Louis' smile fell and he slid himself off the chair he was once sat on. He looked up at his mum as he walked past her and he couldn't help but notice the look of disgust and disappointment. "Girls get to sleep."
As Louis walked into the bathroom, he looked at himself in the mirror again before he saw his mother stood behind him. "Boys don't wear make-up Louis." Jay said, walking forward and picking up a flannel that was hanging on the sink.
"But mum, I like it. It makes me feel pretty." Jay placed the flannel under the warm water, shaking her head.
"Louis, I'm saying it once, and I'm not going to say it again, I do not wish to see you wearing any of this again. I will not have my son wearing make-up. It's made for girls. Not boys." Louis' eyes dropped to the floor and he nodded his head slowly, almost ashamed that he had like the look so much. However Jay ignored the look on her sons face as she hooked her hand under his chin and began wiping his face, making small tutting sounds as she did.

Eleven years had passed and at the age of seventeen, Louis was no longer in touch with his mother. He decided that he had had enough of hiding his make-up from his mother and had had enough of hiding who he really was. So late last year, Louis had moved in with a friend called Megan.
Megan was two year older than Louis but respected him no matter what. She had blonde hair that came to just bellow her shoulders and brown eyes that came in handy when she wanted Louis to do the washing up. She was a very fun and outgoing person, but, she was also very responsible and protective over Louis. It was almost as if she was him mum rather that a friend.
"Meg, have you seen my other black Vans? I can't find them anywhere!" Megan chuckled from her spot in the kitchen. Louis was always loosing stuff. He wasn't the cleanest of people.
"Have you checked under your bed? That's where they were last time!" She called back as she picked up her cup of tea off of the kitchen side.
"Found 'em!" She heard Louis shout which caused her to laugh. She carried on laughing when she saw Louis rushing down the hallway from his bedroom, a pair of black Vans in his hands. Megan walked into the living room where Louis was now sat on the couch.
"And where were they?" She asked. To which Louis huffed and mumbled "under my bed."
"You really need to sort your room out, every time I go in there I'm scared something is going to come to life and murder me." Louis gave short laugh.
"I will, I just haven't had the time. College is hard work y'know." Louis placed his worn out shoes on the floor before slipping his sock covered feet into them.
"Hmm, been there, done that." And Louis huffed in response.
"Well, it's good for some. Anyway, I gotta go or else I'm gonna be late. Love you." Louis stood up from the sofa and pressed a kiss to Megan's cheek before picking up his bag and slinging it over his shoulder.
"Yeah, you too." And then all Megan heard was the front door to their shared flat slam shut. She stood there for a second before laughing and sitting on the sofa where her friend had once sat. She had a couple more hours before she had to leave for work so she settled for watching TV to pass time.

Louis sat in the college cafeteria at lunch, flicking though a book his English teacher had given the class to study. The day had gone by like normal. He had the few side remarks about his clothes and make up, but that was just the usual. Louis had expected it as knew it was classed as 'normal' for a guy to go around wearing make-up and girls clothing. However, he felt comfortable in what he was wearing so it didn't bother him too much.
There were days when Louis couldn't handle it. Days where he would brake down and cry, but Megan was there when those days did come along and he was just glad that he had some one with him.
"Hey Lou." Louis looked up from the book and across the table to see Luke, his best-friend, sitting down. Luke was dressed in his normal black jeans and band shirt and Louis had come to the conclusion that he will never see this boy in anything but that.

"Hey." Louis gave a small wave of his hand.
"Good weekend?" Luke asked whilst he pulled out his notebook.
"It was okay, I guess, what 'bout you?" Louis closed his book, crossing his arms and leaning them on the table as he watched Luke write on the lined paper of his book.
"It was good. Me and Cal got some writing done and not to brag, but they sound amazing. You should come to practice tonight. Meet Ashton." Luke looked over at his friend and wriggled his eyebrows.
Louis had seen pictures of Ashton, the drummer of Luke's band, and always goes on about how hot the boy is. He had never got the chance to meet him, seeing as he doesn't go to their college and Louis doesn't go out a lot. "Mmmh, I dunno Luke."
"Oh come one Lou. Trust me, he won't judge you. He's a nice guy I can assure you. Plus, I've told him a lot about you and he wants to meet you too." Luke pushed out his bottom lip and Louis groaned. This is the only thing with Luke, when he doesn't get his own way, he would always pout and Louis would no longer be able to say no.
"You know what? Fine. But you're driving me home after." Louis rolled his eyes as Luke made small fist pumps in the air. "And stop, your embarrassing me."
Luke laughed; his head tipping back. Louis just just smiled at his friend before sighing and picking up his book from the table. He reached over to his side and pulled his bag up to the table. He unzipped his bag and pulled out a bottle of water before placing the book inside and putting the bag back onto the floor.
"I like your top by the way." Luke nodded to the white shirt Louis had on. Louis looked down to the clothing item before smiling,
"Thanks, I think it's Megan's." He chuckled, pulling at the bottom of it.
"Well, it really brings out the blue in your eyes." And again Luke was laughing. Louis rolled his eyes at the boy for the second time that lunch time before undoing the lid of his water bottle and taking a sip. "Hey, look who's coming." Luke laughed as he nodded his head in the direction behind Louis. Louis hesitated before twisting his body around and taking a look to who Luke was talking about.
There, stood in black, ripped, skinny jeans, a shirt with too many buttons undone and his famous brown boots, was Harry Styles. Harry had been Louis' crush for as long as he could remember. As soon as the green eyed boy had stepped into Louis' high school four years back, Louis had been attracted to him.
He wasn't sure if it was the fact that he was the best looking boy he had ever seen or the fact that Harry was the only other gay guy he knew. Not that Louis wouldn't crush on a straight guy, because, well, he has. But it's just that he might have, even the slightest, chance in being with him.
He watched the curly haired boy sit down at his usual table, as he talked with his many friends. However when Harrys eyes flickered over in Louis' direction, Louis felt his heart flutter. And when their eyes met and Harry flashed him the smallest smile, Louis felt as if he was dreaming. Cliché right? Unfortunately Harry did look away and Louis wasn't sure if he was happy about it, because he was probably blushing like mad, or if he was upset.
"Hey. I'm still here y'know, and you might wanna wipe your mouth, got a little drawl." Luke laughed to himself and Louis turned back in his seat. He scrunched his eyebrows, bringing up his left hand to wipe at his mouth, only to make Luke laugh harder at the fact he actually believed him. "Wow." He managed between laughs.
Louis just chose to ignore his friend and stand up from the table, picking up his bag and water bottle. "I'm going to the bathroom to fix my make up. Don't leave without me?" He waited for the laughing boy to nod before he made his way to his destination.
As he walked into the boys bathroom, he walked right over to the sinks where the mirrors were hanging. He he sighed as he looked over at his appearance and placed his bag and bottle on the side.
He pulled out his black make-up bag and set it by the sink and first took out his blusher and brush. He looked down at the cosmetic and popped open the lid, swiping the brush across the pink powder. He looked ahead once more and pushed the brush against his cheek, adding a little colour to his face. He repeated his actions on his left side before putting the blusher away and pulling out his mascara.
He decided that his eyeshadow was just fine and decided that he didn't need to improve it any more. Louis unscrewed the lid to the black tube and pulled the brush out. He leant forward, over the sink to get a better view in the mirror at what he was doing. He moved the brush against his lashes, coating them in a thin layer of black. Making them a little long and thicker than they would usually be.
Lastly was his lipstick. He had wiped most of it off when Luke had accused him of dribbling and therefore knew that he needed to touch up his lips. He rummaged through his black bag before he found the lip stick he was looking for. It was in a black case and was by far his most favourite colour. He pulled of the lid and placed it on the side.
Turning the bottom of the cosmetic, Louis could see the bright pink colour coming up from the bottom of the tube. He smiled once it was out enough and leant against the counter one last time. He brushed the stick against his bottom lip first, watching as his lip stained a pink colour before repeating with the top lip.
Once he was done, and he had wiped the access colour from around his lips, Louis packed the make up bag and water bottle back in his bag and made his way back to the cafeteria where Luke was - thankfully - still waiting.

Marakar
Far from the exploration he yearned to go on, Rae, the Kijah prince, finds himself in the middle of the impending war between Kijah'dar and Ga'ani. Unknown to him, or to the rest of the states, the Kijah Magister plots to overthrow the queen, and he will stop at nothing to achieve his plans. Marakar is a fantasy adventure series about the island states of Mar’narana (with focus primarily on the two states, Kijah'dar and Ga'ani). Tensions between the big players are rising, with more and more plots getting revealed, and powers are unexpectedly shifting. As the string of seemingly unconnected events grows taut, the smaller nations suddenly find themselves into the midst of things, struggling with the sudden shifting of their boards. On a more meta note, I am trying to develop two storylines parallel to each other. As you might have noticed, odd-numbered chapters are very different from even-numbered chapters. That’s because those are the two different storylines; odd-numbered chapters are in the present, while even-numbered ones are in the past. Once the two eventually meet I'll continue with just the present storyline. This story can also be found here where it currently updates every other Sunday (about twice a month). Feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read. :) tw/cw list (please take care of your mental health! Don't force yourself to read these chapters if they may harm you). -------> Chapter 14: hate crime description.
