《Full Sun || Haechan》9

*Edited*
I groaned as I dragged myself to class. After leaving Chenle's house yesterday I expected to be sick but unfortunately I was as healthy as ever. Chenle's condition on the other hand had worsened. Mrs. Zhong let me know that he was going to be out sick the rest of the week.
As expected, my week was horrible. Haechan played every single prank on me that he possibly could. If I wasn't being pranked, I was being physically bullied.
It was finally Friday! I just had to survive today then I could rest all weekend.
To my surprise, Haechan was in class before me. I eyed him suspiciously as I walked to my seat. I examined my desk and chair to see if he had put anything on it.
"What did you do to my seat?"
He raised his hands in defense.
"I didn't do anything."
I examined my seat again and it looked okay.
I sat down carefully, but not careful enough. The whole seat fell apart and I fell flat on my butt.
Haechan was laughing uncontrollably, pulling out a hand full of screws from his pocket. I mentally slapped myself for falling for his stupid prank.
"Ya! Lee Haechan!" I yelled earning the attention of everyone.
I was over it! Even if I was nice to him he wasn't going to stop bullying me. Might as well give him a reason to hate me.
I balled my hand into a fist while he was laughing and punched his Jaw. He looked at me with wide eyes.
He raised his hand to slap me but Mrs. Jeon yelled at us. She must've seen everything.
"Y/N, Haechan! Gather your things and wait for me outside right now."
I rolled my eyes and walked out of the classroom.
"Where are you going?" Haechan began questioning me as I walked down the school hallway.
"What? We're already in trouble. Might as well ditch now, it won't change a thing."
Haechan followed me down the hallway.
"Didn't expect this from you."
I rolled my eyes.
"Because you obviously don't know me."
I carefully snuck by the principal who was patrolling one of the hallways towards the schools entrance.
Me and Haechan both managed to successfully sneak off campus.
"Aren't you scared that you're going to get in trouble?" Haechan asked.
"Trust me when I say that my parents couldn't care less about me."
I began walking away when Haechan grabbed me by my wrist. "Where are you going?"
"Home." I stated in a monotone voice. "Why do you care creep?"
"Because you made me ditch, now you have to deal with me."

"I didn't make you ditch! You decided to follow me stupid."
"Because you convinced me."
I sighed out loudly. "Whatever."
As much as I hated him, I let Haechan follow me.
"I don't get it." I began to tell him. "Don't you have some sort of usual hang out spot when you ditch?"
He shrugged his shoulders. "I've never ditched before."
I scoffed at his answer.
"It's true." He defended himself. "Your turn to trust me when I say that I would rather be at school than at home."
"Then why are you absent so much?"
"Again." He paused for a second, "Just trust me when I say I would rather be at school."
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes when I realized I wasn't going to get an answer.
*****
"What are we doing here?" Haechan questioned me with a judgemental face.
"What?" I asked innocently. "Didn't you hear about that conspiracy?"
"What conspiracy?" He asked in complete confusion.
I slapped my forehead and sighed out loud. "Do you live under a rock?"
"No bu-"
I cut his sentence off.
"Okay just listen to me. We are here to find out if they really do recycle their pizza."
I began to explain the conspiracy video I had seen as we walked into Chuck E. Cheese.
"Your kidding right!" Haechan asked in disbelief.
We had ordered two different pizza 's and were now sitting down at a booth. We sat next to each other so we could be more discreet when talking. It felt almost as if we were two undercover spies.
"I am completely serious."
I leaned in closer to him and whispered in his ear.
"I'm telling you, the pizzas look like they are recycled so we have to pay close attention to the pizza and the employees."
We both began to look around at the empty tables that were left with pizza slices on them.
A few seconds later, an employee came and served us our two pizzas.
"Ya!" Haechan gasped after the employee left.
I grabbed on to his shoulder and began to shake him.
"See I told you." I whispered yelled as we stared at the uneven, mismatched, pizza slices.
He grabbed onto my arm to stop me from shaking him. "Shush! Don't move."
I stopped moving completely.
"Look to your right."
There was an employee clearing a table but he left the leftover pizza. About a minute later, he came back and removed the pizza separately.
We both left our mouths open in shock.
When the employee walked by, I took a good look at his name tag.

"Dang it Kevin, we trusted you." I clicked my tongue.
Haechan laughed and played along. "Next time we have to order our Pizza uncut because Kevin always ruins everything."
We began to laugh harder.
"Did your mother approve of this Kevin?"
The employee named Kevin walked by again causing us to momentarily shut up. When he was gone, we broke into another fit of laughter.
"Damn it Kevin." Haechan added on causing me to fully loose it.
After a few minutes of laughing, we finally gained control of ourselves.
"Well since Kevin ruined the pizza we can't eat it." Haechan stated.
"True, but I don't want it to go to waste."
"How bout we give it to that family sitting over there." He suggested and signed to a family sitting a few booths down."They haven't ordered anything yet."
"But are we really being nice or just plain evil." I asked.
"Well they're going to eat pizza either way. Might as well just give it to them for free."
"You have a point." I agreed and we gave our pizza's to the family. The mom was really happy and thanked us for being so generous.
"I feel guilty." I admitted as we walked away.
"If I'm being honest, so do I. I don't think anybody deserves to eat that nasty pizza."
I began to head for the exit when Haechan grabbed my wrist.
"Where are you going now?"
"I don't know.....home" I shrugged my shoulders. "We kinda proved our conspiracy already."
"But we didn't even play any games?" He whined.
I raised an eyebrow at him.
"Come on." He pulled me along with him and used his money to exchange for tokens.
We played games for hours. It seemed like every 30 minutes or so, we were exchanging more money for tokens. As much as I hated to admit it, this was probably the most fun I've had since moving to Seoul. It was kind of ironic that I was spending it with the guy who has made my life hell since moving here.
"I win again." Haechan bragged.
"It's not fair, you cheated!" I crossed my hands and stomped my foot.
"How do you cheat in Skee Ball?" Haechan rolled his eyes.
"Rematch!" I demanded.
"Again." He groaned. "We've been playing this for an hour now. Just face it, you suck."
"Re!....Match!"
"Fine but this is the last time."
We both inserted our tokens and let the game begin. It wasn't fair, Haechan kept scoring 100 and 50 points at a time while I was having trouble even scoring 10.
"That's why you keep losing." Haechan paused his game and came closer to me.
"You're throwing the ball too hard instead of softly rolling it. If you keep doing that obviously it's going to slam into the first level instead of rolling up to the higher ones."
"It's not that easy." I whined.
"Yes it is." Haechan reiterated.
He sighed and walked behind me.
"Watch."
Without any warning, he placed his head on the crook of my neck. He grabbed my waist with one hand, and gently grabbed my hand with the other.
"First, aim where you want the ball to go." I nodded my head at his instructions.
"Next, swing your arm back. When you bring your arm forward, release the ball gently instead of throwing it."
He guided my arm and I did as he instructed. To my surprise the ball made it to 50.
"Okay let's do it again, but this time aim for 100."
I grabbed another ball and he guided my hand again. The ball went directly into 100.
I was in complete shock.
"Okay, now do it by yourself." He released me from his grip.
I took a deep breath in and carefully aimed for the 100. Not a second later, my ball entered it's goal.
I yelled out in excitement.
"Did you see that?" I turned to Haechan who was smiling.
"I made it in!" I jumped on his back playfully. "I made it in!"
"Thanks to me." He teased and flicked my forehead.
I let go of him and we finished our rematch. I lost again but I was happy this time since I was able to triple my previous scores.
We decided to call it a day when we realized it was almost 10. Kids were rushing to spend the last of their coins and exchange their tickets for rewards.
On our way out, Haechan gave our huge amount of tickets to a little boy who didn't have many. The little boy was so happy and gave Haechan a big hug.
"Thank you Hyung." Haechan ruffled his hair before the boy ran off to the rewards line.
My heart melted at his sudden act of kindness. That was something I would have never expected from him.
I have never seen Haechan this happy before. He was genuinely smiling and having fun. His smile was the purest thing I had ever seen. His happiness radiated, dare I say, the same energy as the sun. I would have never believed that this Haechan was the same monster who tormented people at school. No, this Haechan was pure, innocent, caring. He was a Full Sun.
