"You cannot enter here Miss." The doctors said, rushing into the operation theatre with a blood stained stretcher, Donghyuck layed on it- barely breathing.

Yuji spoke to protest but the doors swung in front of her face, separating the two lovers.

Yuji burst into tears as the door shut, leaving her alone in the cold hallway. She cried, her blood stained hands, clothes made her feel utterly sick.

Everytime she shut her eyes, all she could see was the image of him falling down the stairs- followed by the deafening crack.

Her legs gave out and she fell to the ground in a heap, heart clenching as she fisted the material of her bottoms, pain raging inside her.

She couldn't breathe, the walls were collapsing in on her and the thought of Donghyuck dying made her rush up on her feet and to the nearest bathroom, throwing up everything until she was heaving up air.

Groaning, she sobbed through her pain.

She threw up more and more, until there was only bloodied sunflower petals.

She panicked.

He was dying.

"Hey." A voice said softly, the hand on her knee as she stirred from her nightmare, jolting up- hoping it was a dream.

It was not.

Her eyes adjusted to the white walls of the hospital room and the scent of disinfectants wafted into her nose.

She winced as she looked down at her hand, which was hooked up to tubes and she momentarily panicked.

Her eyes caught sight of a sad looking Renjun and her heart dropped.

"Hey Yuji...they-"

He didn't get time to finish as her eyes snapped to the space on the bed next to her, almost crying out in relief as Donghyuck layed there.

"-put him here to heal." Renjun finished off, watching Yuji cling onto him, feeling the coldness of his skin.

"Did the healing work?" She whispered out, her throat still bloodied and dry.

"They don't know yet."

Yuji frowned at the news and stared at Donghyuck.

His eyes were closed shut and his mouth was occupied by the heart wrenching oxygen mask.

"Hyuck..." She trailed off, scuttling closer to him and pressing her body to his, wanting the healing to help.

She wanted him back.

He was going to be okay right?

"What happened?" The voice spoke, looking down at her Daughter with sad eyes as she cuddled into her soulmate, tear stained cheeked and frowning of sadness through her deep sleep.

"He fell down the concrete stairs..." Renjun informed his Mother, remembering hearing Yuji's screams from the car and rushing over to the scene, only to see his sister distraught in the puddle of her soulmates blood.

"Hey Hyuck, I'm waiting for you to wake up. Wake up for me please." She muttered, pressing a kiss to his cheek and sighing.

"Please wake up for me Baby, I miss you." She whispered, laying her head on his chest and an arm around his middle as she drifted off to sleep.

However, not longer later the illuminated light of gold lit up the room as the two bodies began to heal.

Their tattoos tingled and the bracelets shon gold.

After it had died down, Donghyuck opened his eyes and hissed slightly from the light, shutting it from instinct before opening it once again and becoming slightly disoriented.

Donghyuck felt his hand resting on something soft and warm, the heat felt very calming and serene.

But his brain tried to piece his senses together, wondering what it was.

The feeling of hair tickled at his neck and chin and he slowly looked down.

A feminine arm was resting over his stomach and a head was placed in between his neck and shoulder.

The tingling sensation danced over his skin and the tattoo was nothing like before, it wasn't uncomfortable, yet it was completely the opposite. The comfort of the Golden streaks that moved throughout it made him feel warm inside.

It's just as how they met- in his bed due to healing.

Donghyuck let out a slight chuckle, grimacing in pain but tightening his hold on Yuji as she soundly slept in his arms.

The warmth allowing him to smile happily and also drift off into a slumber with his soulmate right next to him.
