Yuji's voice came out small and fearful. Donghyuck sat up straighter at the sound and answered a quick yes, the call ending and another one coming through with a facetime call.

The screen lit up and Donghyuck could see his soulmate, cuddled into her duvet with sweater paws up to her face, dabbing the tears away.

"Yuji? What happened?" Donghyuck asked, worried as he looked at the girl through the screen. Yuji sniffled slightly and hiccuped back a sob.

"I-im scared of-" the loud sound filtered into the room, making Yuji flinch.

"Lightening?" He finished off for her, to which she nodded and sniffled again.

"Do you want me to come over?" He said, getting off his bed. She frantically shook her head, not wanting to become a nuisance.

"Don't apologize Angel, it's okay. I'm here nothing can happen to you." He assured her, his voice scratchy from the slumber he was in.

"Hyuckie?" Her voice called out, to which he drowsily hummed in reply.

"Oh." He said, sitting up straighter.

Yuji looked down in sadness, and Donghyuck placed his phone down, jumping out of bed and flickering the light on. Yuji watched confused as he got up, but noticed his clothing- lack thereof and flushed, covered her eyes.

"I found it!" He called out, making Yuji peek through her fingers to see Donghyuck holding up her Moon charmed bracelet.

"What!" She gawked. Donghyuck nodded and rubbed the back of his head.

"I found it the day we touched, I forgot to give it back to you, I'll come and give it tomorrow- Hey!" He mockingly gasped, giving her a mischievous look, grasping his chest.

"Why are you looking at my nipples you perv." He gasped loudly, playfully covering himself up.

Yuji flushed and rolled her eyes.

"Don't worry I wasn't looking at your nipples." She retorted, throwing in a lazy wink and it was his turn to blush and cough awkwardly, not knowing what to say.

Donghyuck flickered the light off and clambered onto the bed once again, the desk light illuminated him enough.

The two of them conversed until the morning, through the darkness of the night until the birds began singing.

Yuji smiled as she watched her soulmate breathing gently from his parted lips, looking angelic and innocent as he slept.
