The fightonly ended when Felix was about rip Edwards head off but was interrupted by Bella's plea. At that point the marble steps had been broken, much to Aurora horror. How could they destroy the architecture like that?!
Aro found it amazing when Bella begged to be killed instead of Edward. "How extraordinary." Aro said, walking towards Bella. "You would give up your life, for someone like us. A vampire. A soulless monster."
Bella shook her head at Aro, "You don't know a thing about his soul."
"In all fairness Bells, he did read every thought he's ever had." Aurora said from where she was restrained. Bella shot her an incredulous look, and Aurora hung her head. "Nevermind, pretend I'm not even here."
Aro spoke in Italian, nothing Aurora understood, "This is a sadness," he did not sound the least bit sad, "If only it were your intention to give her immortality."
Aro leaned in to grab Bella's neck but was stopped by Alice. "Wait!" She still struggled against Demetri, who looked utterly bored. "Bella will be one of us. I've seen it. I'll change her myself."
Aurora wanted to cry at the thought of her friends fate. She knew eventually it would happen, but she denied it for so long. Bella was one of the few friends she knew would support her after she came out.
Aro held out his hand for Alice to take once she got out of Demetri's grasp.
"Mesmerizing. To see what you have seen before it has happened." Aro told Alice. "Your gifts will make for an intriguing immortal, Isabella. Go now."
He turned towards Edward who was released by Felix, "Make your preparations."
"Let us be done with this." The brunette leader said from his throne as Edward and Bella embraced.

"Heidi will arrive any moment. Thank you, for your visit."
"We will return the favor. I will advise that you follow through on your promises soon." The blonde one said. "We do not offer second chances."
Aurora made a move to leave but the twins gripped her wrists tighter.
"You will be staying with us, Aurora. We can't have you leaving your mate now, can we?"
The group still continued towards the door, sending pity towards their friend. Bella, who was so overwhelmed about the new information Alice had given, didn't notice the trade. "Goodbye, my young friends."
Once the door was closed he turned towards Aurora, Jane and Alec. "Jane, take her to your room."
The door opened and a woman led a group of tourists in. "We'll save one for you."
Aurora felt her wrists being released and she rubbed them softly.
"Follow me." Jane said as the group of tourists filed into the room. She turned her back on Aurora, trusting her to follow.

Fena can’t die. To most, this might be considered a blessing. To others, a curse. Fena doesn’t really care what other people call it: for her, it’s reality. She’s content to keep her head down while working for the Mercenary Guild, but a new contract arrives that threatens to drag her back to a past she wants nothing to do with. Haunted by her own thoughts and a crow that never seems to shut up, Fena is caught between confronting her past and preventing it from ever happening again. Indigo is alone. Her adopted mother is gone, and the witch that never gets her pronouns right is currently the most popular researcher at the Royal Academy. Worse still, she suddenly finds herself with shoes to fill that are so enormous they’re more like a swimming pool, while that same witch flaunts a research project that could get them all killed. With the expectations of her entire sect weighing on her like a lead weight, will Indigo sink or swim? Can she stop the White Witch’s project before it’s too late?
