Third Person POV

The ships all land on the ground with collective thud, what seems like the floor clinked like shattered glass around them. The bodies of Karl and John thumped first as Giovanni and Dimitri's bodies quickly followed. Johnathan and Kaito soon landed on their feet, their weapons drawn.

Hipper: Owww....

Hood: Is everyone ok?

Before anyone could answer Kaito rushed Johnathan, his katana slicing past Johnathan who parried the blade with his rifle which he used to push back Kaito a few feet. Dimitri soon followed the action, drawing his dagger at a disoriented Giovanni and punching the Italian to the ground. John scrambled to draw his pistol however Karl punched his gun away and raised his own. John quickly diverted the barrel away from his head as the shot rang out. The fight soon began to to turn as Dimitri slammed his fist into Giovanni's gut, soon a large word popped up and Enterprise looked up at it in confusion.

Enterprise: Operation Uranus?

Bismarck's eyes widened as she soon looked towards the boys, all of them with weapons drawn out. Before she could speak Johnathan kneed Kaito in the stomach. The words Midway soon loomed overhead.

Bismarck: We need to stop them, if this is where I think its goin-

She was interrupted by Karl flying into Sheffield, his knife clattering on the ground as the words El Alamein popped up. John didn't give him any time to breath as he rushed towards him however was stopped by Tirpitz who tripped him and caused him to stumble, giving Karl enough time to get up and grab his knife.

Cleveland: Hey, you made contact with him!

Eugen: Which means we can restrain them.

Enterprise: Then lets go!

The ships soon split up, each group trying to delay the boys from killing each other. Wales was one of the first to reach Dimitri who attempted to stab Giovanni however Wales parried the attempt with her sword. Dimitri lunged again at Giovanni, almost completely ignoring Wales who again tried to block his attack however Dimitri simply broke through the sword and stabbed Giovanni through the hip. The words Smolensk soon appeared as Giovanni staggered back however he didn't fall. Dimitri tried to press his advantage however Belfast quickly blocked his knife with her gauntlets.

Meanwhile John and Karl are locked in a knife duel, each trying to get the edge over the other while also dodging the ship girls attempts at restraining them. Karl managed to get past Edinburgh's attempt at holding him and made a stab towards John who was being held back by a collective effort from Bismarck and Hood. Karl quickly tried to slice John's neck however John quickly moved to the side and stabbed Karl in the gut, causing him to stagger back.

"Sicily"

Johnathan meanwhile was stabbing his rifle and bayonet around like a madman, constantly trying to hit Kaito who was blocking with his katana. Takao tried to separate the two with a strike however Johnathan kicked her away before she let the blade down. Enterprise drew and arrow and aimed at the two however couldn't get her shot off in time as Johnathan used his rifle butt to slam into Kaito's stomach.

"Marshall islands"

It was at this moment that Hornet quickly tackled Johnathan to the ground as Enterprise loosed her arrow to keep Kaito from attacking the both of them. Chaos continued as the surrounding area lit up into battles and soon the ship girls where being overwhelmed despite their numerical advantage.

"Anzio"

Karl was stabbed in the leg.

"Kwaljein"

Kaito and Johnathan exchanged blows.

"Normandy"

John was hit in the leg but Karl was hit in the arm.

"Saipan"

Johnathan was bloodied up but Kaito was bleeding from the stomach.

"Bagration"

Dimitri knocked Giovanni to the ground.

"Leyte Gulf"

Kaito's katana was nearly shattered.

"Bulge"

John suffered a stabbed leg but Karl lost control of his arm.

"Prague"

Giovanni sliced Dimitri's shoulder before being pile drived into the ground.

"Corregidor"

Kaito gained a new scar on his face as both he and Johnathan began to go at each other with more violence.

"Berlin"

Time seemed to slow down as Dimitri tried to approach Giovanni who was on the ground, both of his legs where cut deeply as his head was held up by Wales. Warspite and Belfast where trying there hardest to hold Dimitri's legs back as Eugen and Hipper kept his knife arm at bay.

"Hamburg"

John was on a blood rage as he tried again and again to get out of Bismarck and Tirpitz's combined hold as Cleveland and Montpelier kept him from kicking the two battleships. Karl meanwhile was nearly unconscious, his head propped up by Sheffield who was also tending to his wounds as Denver and Colombia kept a close eye on his knife.

"Okinawa"

Unlike the other two combatants both Johnathan and Kaito were still fighting as both savagely went after each other and dodged every attempt by the ship girls to restrain them. This continued until Johnathan kicked Kaito in the leg, a sickening crack followed as Kaito fell to the ground but not before stabbing Johnathan in the arteries on his right leg.

Even with the injuries the two weren't giving up. Takao and Enterprise tried again to separate the two as Ark Royale used her rigging weapon as a baton. Illustrious and Victorious used their planes to try and distract the two as Zuikaku and Shokaku tried to back up whoever needs assistance. Most of the destroyers and cruisers who tried to help ended up having cuts on their legs and arms from the melee and where ordered to stand back however Deutschland refused to back down.

Z23: Mrs. Deutschland, please be careful!

Deutschland: I'll be fin-

She was cutoff by a sudden rumble in the ground. The surroundings began to warp violently as one of the walls smacked Kaito into Takao and Johnathan towards Enterprise. Both tumbled down however the sound of an aircraft engine was soon heard. Kaito was the first to get up as he readies himself for battle, however his legs gave way and Takao quickly caught him before he hit the ground. Johnathan meanwhile took a little longer to get up, however as soon as he did he drew his pistol and aimed it at Kaito's head. Enterprise didn't waste a second and knocked the gun out of Johnathan's hands before pinning him to the ground with the help of Hornet and Zuikaku. However as the struggle died down the aircraft engine remained and soon the surroundings changed to a view from the sky. The ships and the boys all looked down into what seems to be a city. However their view was short as a single B-29 flew by them.

Atago: What's going on?

Akagi: I don't exactly kno-

She never got to answer as the plane bomb bay opened, and a small dot fell. Then a blinding light quickly followed by a shockwave was all they felt before seeing a cloud bellow from the flat ground below.

Eugen: Mein gott....

Enterprise: Is that....

North Carolina: Project Manhattan....

The view suddenly changed, and the group was suddenly in the city. Or at least what's left of it. Kaito's pupiless eyes widened as a shape caught his attention as well as Javelin's.

Javelin: W-wait, i-is that a....

Kaito slowly got up, his legs trembling as he slowly trudged forwards to the shape. His eyes began to flicker back into their normal color, as he then collapsed onto his good leg.

Kaito: Mother?

The now confirmed body didn't move and Kaito slowly reached under the body, surprisingly picking it up and holding it in his arms. He began to choke on his tears as he bent his head and began to cry. The room soon began to ripple and soon the scene split into five other compartments. Soon one began to clear and Karl's eyes began to tear up as a picture soon appeared.

Karl: Bruder...

The image soon cleared and two photos where seen quickly followed by a crying women and a man. The man had no right leg and was leaning on the women for support. A little girl, not much older than Unicorn, was also standing next to them. Her eyes wet with tears.

Karl: Anna....

Karl tried to sit up however he soon grunted in pain before falling back. Sheffield quickly caught him and helped him up as the two went towards the scene. When Karl's foot touched the dirt another wall changed. John's body soon relaxed as tears began to come from his eyes.

John: No.....

This time, four gravestones where seen, each a name on it. John's remaining brother and his sister stared at the graves. His mother on her knees as the rain pattered down. Bismarck and Tirpitz let John go before giving him a helping hand in getting up. John walked over with help from Bismarck and softly knelt down next to his mother and looked into her eyes before placing a hand on her shoulder.

John: I'm sorry.....I'm so sorry.....

The next image soon emerged and Giovanni who was barely conscious suddenly snapped up. A man was standing over two coffins, he himself in a wheelchair. Next to him where pictures of Giovanni as well as his mother, both with flowers laying next to them.

Giovanni: Mom....why.....

He never got to finished as he soon collapsed forwards, Wales slowly brought him back up before helping him drag himself alongside his father. Soon the next module began to light up and Dimitri soon dropped his knife. As it clatters to the floor the ship girls cautiously let him go as he looked in despair at the six caskets that where present. He slowly stumbled forwards before almost collapsing as Cleveland gave him a shoulder, albeit a short one, to lean on. The two soon made it next to Dimitri's one remaining brother and stood there alongside him.

Dimitri: Pokoysya s mirom.....( Rest in peace....)

The final wall began to take shape and Johnathan's eyes flickered back to their original color as he stared into shock. Next to the coffin was Tojo, in a US army uniform on as well as Clark who was on crutches and a US Army Air Corps uniform on. Johnathan's mother and father cried next to the coffin, his brother in a wheelchair besides them. Johnathan walked towards his parents with a limp and stopped near them in tears. Enterprise soon joined him and placed a comforting hand on his should which he nodded in gratitude.

Johnathan: May god watch you bro....

However as the combined boys and ship girls got over their emotions the sound of footsteps soon began to echo. They all quickly looked at where it was coming from however there was no one. Then a voice was heard.

???: War. War never changes, you know? No matter who or how you fight it, it always ends up with sadness for those who have lost someone. It's almost poetic.

The footsteps grew louder as both the boys and ship girls began to get on edge. Tester meanwhile began to fidget with her fingers, her nervousness increasing.

???: You humans are quite odd, you fight and die and remorse only to do it again. It truly is fascinating especially when you fight for what you want to protect.

Soon a shadow began to appear and Tester began to back away before being stopped by King George.

???: Oh don't worry Tester, you already know who I am but the rest of you might not. Shame, for it was I who brought these boys here in the first place.

Giovanni: God?

???:....what?

Johnathan: Like, are you god?

John: Or some kind of version of god? You know like from other religions?

Illustrious: Oh, like the holy light.

???: Wait, what? No! I'm not god, i-

Dimitri: Oh, you're a fake god. Just like Kaito's Emperor.

Kaito quickly turned towards him, hand on his katana as his eyes narrowed.

Kaito: I will kill you right here.

???: No, if you guys will just let me talk without getting interrupte-

Karl: Oh I got it, you're a-

???: JUST LET ME FINISH!

There was a small silence before the mysterious figure took a deep breath and continued to walk forwards.

???: Anyways, I'm the one who brought you here and made you this way. I have created this space you are in and I am the one who will soon decide your fates.

Karl: So you are god.

???: Silence!

The mysterious figure took a deep breath again and cleared his throat before looking at the ship girls and boy.

???: I go by a name you might know. I'm .

The shadow suddenly stepped forwards into the light. Soon the ships saw a large rigging, followed by a figure in pale skin. Blue eyes quickly followed by white hair showed themselves as the figure smiled at Testers clear distress.

Empress: I'm Empress the third, leader of the sirens. And today is your last day in this world.
