《Azurlane: Future Prosperity》Chapter 9: Eagle Union I

The Groaning of sinking metal surrounded the burning harbor. Gathered were survivors of the attack, all standing infront of a Humanoid siren badly beaten and missing an arm.
"... you... who are you?" A Frightened voice asked. It was Arizona, a Battleship of the Eagle Union Navy.
She survived the Battle on Pearl Harbor through sheer luck, and now despite being heavily injured she had the remaining courage to ask.
"...." Zumwalt did not answer but her head turned towards Enterprise, implying what she had said earlier. "I'm Zumwalt, United States Navy, Destroyer. And you are?"
A few murmurs flew around the moment Zumwalt introduced herself as a Destroyer but she gracefully ignored it.
"A... Arizona, Eagle Union, Battleship. We'll prepare a place to talk we have some... questions."
"Anywhere is fine. The Battle has just begun after all. So Lead the way."
Zumwalt finaly disabled her whip's Plasma sheat and placing it back to her hip along with both her handguns on the opposite hip. With a brief glance to Enterprise she walked towards an empty Dock for Battleships.
There she summoned her form and docked it. Among the crowd a few Kansens talked to themselves after witnessing her ship.
"T.. Thats a Destroyer..?" A Baffled Destroyer asked.
"It's size is almost similar to a modern Battleship..." a shocked Kansen Battleship murmurs.
"But... it lacks any visible weapons or Anti-Aircraft... is it just a over exagerated Iron Clad?"
Those were the words being flown around. Though they may vary but over all those were the simple questions.
Leaping towards the Harbor, Zumwalt was met with a Person in a Officer Uniform. "Admiral Kimmel."
"It seems you've heard of me. Don't worry, we'll just take you to a place perfect for talks." The Admiral says with a smile in his face.
Zumwalt realized the notion and was too late to act. Instead she locked the masked on her face, ready to activate an auto-defence Ai that works even if there were no power circulating within her heart.
A Blunt hit to the back of the neck, made her fall. The conciousness of her eyes darkens but she still felt light so she felt at ease.
"A- Admiral!"
The Body went numb and the world was engulfed in darkness and silence. Something that calmed Zumwalt a bit.

A Day Passed
"W... p!. ... HEY! Wake up!"
A tug by the chest awakened Zumwalt, looking around and analyzing the room she concluded the room was an interrigation facility. She sat opposite of a Kansen she was familiar with.
"Enterprise." Zumwalt calls out.
"Enterprise... I would very much like to know how you knew of my name. And not my legend."
".... Your grandkids. The Hero of the second world war, with 31 Battlestars throughout her service. With how you did things in the war you gained many nicknames. But the ones who stucked were Grey Ghost and Lucky E. Recently Enty but we don't talk about the other one much."

NTRprise)
Enterprise was left speechless. Repeating an unbelievable word that she never hoped to hear. "Grandkids...?'
"Fufufuf... Congrats. Well, I see my mask is still on my face despite being chained. I think I can trust you."
"... no. Don't. We..." The Guard who awakened Zumwalt tried explaining through words the shame and humility she witnessed.
"Tried removing it, and got the shock of a lifetime?"
The Guard nodded in slight embarassment. It was literal, electric shock that can almost permanently paralyze a man.
"Atleast you admitted it."
"Zumwalt. As you've said, I have Grandkids. So I need to ask you this question..." Enterpise turned serious with a gaze that could kill.
"Yes." An immediate answer despite not finishing Enty's question. Because Zumwlt knows, "I am from the future. Some dudes behind that 1 sided glass may be murmuring to themselves about how its impossible. But it was orchestrated by the sirens of our world. They used their powers to take every remarkable warrior of Earth and it seems many of them may have ended here. Their Goal I don't know, but for years that I hunted Sirens who have thought me valuable lessons that what ever they were planning its no longer of use to test on us, their weapons I mean."
Enterprise reeled back into the uncomfortable seat, she pondered what Zumwalt had said and looked to the Mirror in anticipation.
A Beep and a Green light signified the interrigation room was unlocked. Enterprise stood up to leave the room in a hurry but Zumwalt's hand grabbed onto her.
"Wait, what year am I in?" Zumwalt asked.
"1941."
After hearing the answer Zumwalt loosens her grip. And allowed Enterprise to leave. With the sound of opening doors behind her, Zumwalt issued a warning.
"Don't touch my Ship. It has a Detonation Sequence if you try reverse engineering my technology...."
Hearing some immediate running from the outside, Zumwalt closed her eyes, and Activated her ship's Lights and Sound.
With the closing of the door, Zumwalt mutters to herself. "Just a Little trolling."
_______________
"""""""""""""""""
An Alarm blared within the ship and after some alertness the Crew who were tasked in inspecting a strangely shaped ship within the Harbor evacuated.
Running at full speed to the scene was Enterprise. It has only been a day after the pearl harbor attacks, and the Harbor was still busy recovering and rebuilding. And just now during an interrigation with a stranger the threat of a Ship that large being an intentional bomb as a speculation can't be overlooked.
"Evacuate!" She said to the People running away from the Ship.
Despite the oncoming tied of humans trying to take a far distance away from the Alien Ship, Enterprise ran to it's decks, using her anchor and tying it to the rear of the ship she wore her rigging and started pulling the ship away from the docks.

"Help Me!" She yelled to the Battleships nearby who immediately rushed to help.
With all Kansens available the strange ship was pushed out of the Harbor and into Open Water while the annoying and endless alarm was blaring.
Out of Breath Arizona who despite inured immediately rushed to help Enterprise push the ship away from the Harbor finaly asked a question that lingered in her expression.
"Enterprise. Why did we push the Ship out of the Dock? I can clearly see that the crew did something, so tell me straight!" There was fear and concern over the strange ship.
"I'm sorry everyone. But the chances of this being a siren plot is high, maybe a bomb to erase the entire pacific fleet."
"T.. Then we should sink it!" A cruiser by the side suggested.
While the many others agreed, Enterprise was against the Idea. Sinking the ship that has an unknown purpose was risky. For one Enterprise didn't believe a thing the prisoner said but was convinced that some were true.
"I can't let you do that, this ship here has the memories of my Sisters. Sink it and you'll see the entire Continent burn."
The Voice came from above, at the Helicopter deck. The prisoner who was being interrogated on, Zumwalt suddenly appeared with her Radiant Azure Blue eyes staring soulessly into the people Below.
There was a presence of indescribable preassure weighing on their shoulders and legs, it was fear.
"... No wonder you wear a Mask." Enterprise Remarks but she was proven wrong.
"Not Exactly, but believe in what you believe in. After all, we're Human."
Enterprise frowned at what Zumwalt said but let it pass the other ear like a breeze from the wind.
".... How did you get out?" Arizona came forward and asked.
"Well, its easier when the Guards are only staring at me from a window and not violating.... well I used a Recall Technology. Future stuff I can't explain it thouroughly. Anyway, shall we head back to the docks? I realy wanna eat something."
Homecall is a Recall technology of Siren origins that was later Adapted to Technology that uses a Minor Mirror Gate to a specified point. This point is the Ship, latest american prototype tech only tested on Zumwalt.
"Wha... What about the Ship!? Is it a Bomb?!" Enterprise raised her voice fear of the unknown was evident. "Why is it so big? With little weapons or anything on it!? Is it realy a destroyer? If you're from the future why is the deck so empty!"
"Sheesh. Relax, you're starting to look like your Daughter. Well Grand Daughter but you'll get my point." Zumwalt Nonchalantly avoided the conversation and started her ship's engine.
But the other Kansens pulled and kept the Destroyer from Moving. Zumwalt looked back to see the problem and noticing them, she facepalmed.
"Look, I don't know all your Circumstances but I'm realy Hungry. We'll talk after a Negotiation."
With a Clap of her whip. Zumwalt activated the Plasma energy with her plutonic dense fiber whip and cut the chains attached to the rear specificaly the chains the Kansens like Enterprise was pulling.
"Wait! Listen!"
Zumwalt didn't listen and hurried off conjuring her rigging and sped off to return on the dock.
The moment she neared the edges she was aimed at by dozens of guns coming from Kansen and Humans. Each one held their weapons shaking.
Seeing Zumwalt in action yesterday was enough to convince them that they do not stand a chance. But among them a General stood calmly over the rest, he opened his mouth to speak.
"Zoom-watt. Correct? From the United States of America, from what you say it's the future. Yes?"
He said fairly with a calm and collected tone, the aura he emitted was bright and friendly. A Trustworthy person because Zumwalt knows the man.
"It's Zumwalt, Rear Admiral Nimitz. It seems your Promotion was too early."
The Man, Chester W. Nimitz shared a laugh.
"So it seems in your World the Sirens first entered after ours."
"A Year from now would mark their arrival." Zumwalt is at ease, knowing the man through literature and history she was fond of him.
"I see, it seemed to me you didn't like Kimmel's treatment. I rushed here to know what you'll have to say, but it seems you aren't comfortable as of yet? Hmm."
"A Lodging and food for the day would make it up for me. Rear Admiral."
"I'm a Full Admiral, young lady. Though I don't hate it." Nimitz smile as he nodded his head and turned his gaze towards a girl with a Cliffboard.
Fixing her glasses the Girl said the following.
"Admiral, we have 3 Empty rooms each having a different scenery."
"I'll let you choose between those. And also feel free to get some meal to eat its on me. Also, notify me tommorow when you'll be willing to talk. Until then Enjoy Pearl's Tears."
"Thank you. Truly."
"Enterprise. Your Ship would be out of commisioned for the next 24 hours. Till then. Show our guess around." The Glasses girl says leaning on Enterprise's shoulder.
"..... me?" With a horrid and exhausted look on her face she let off a miserable air around her.
