For the next few days, work was a bit hectic since it got busier than usual. Quite a few people were out sick, others canceled on different meetings and other things at the last minute, and Mr. Havens had no choice but to get me to go to a very important client.

He walked out of the office and sighed while walking toward me. "Anastasia, I need you to do something extremely important for me," he said, giving me a serious look.

I stopped what I was doing, turning around and raising my eyebrows in surprise. "Oh? What is it?" I asked.

"I need you to give Mr. Buchholz a message. Give him this envelope; do not open it and do not misplace it. Just simply give this to him. Can you do that?" He held the envelope.

I couldn't help but burst out laughing at Mr. Buchholz' name. "Yeah sure."

"What's so funny?" He stared with a confused, yet stern face.

"Nothing!" I gasped, feeling my face turn red. "I'll give him the message!"

He handed the envelope to me, and I took it. "Good because Mr. Buchholz is a very important client. I cannot lose him."

I started laughing all over again. "I'm on it!"

"Okay...good...He's on the next building to the right." He blinked, giving me a weird look before he walked off.

"Dante!" I exclaimed to him, looking giddy. "Guess what!"

Dante sighed, trying not to groan. "What?" he said, sounding tired.

"I'm going to an important client and he has a funny name! His last name is Mr. Buchholz!" I burst out laughing a third time.

"He is extremely important, Stacey." He gave me a stern look, which I didn't expect.

My face fell. "Ugh you sound and look like Mr. Havens when you do that!"

"Seriously, we do not want to lose him Stacey. I suggest you get to him before you misplace that envelope." He looked dead serious.

"Okay, okay, yeesh you're grumpy today." I gave him a weird look and left.

I went outside and to the next building. Okay Stacey you can do this, don't screw anything up. All you have to do is give him this envelope. I walked inside the building.

"May I help you?" A lady at the desk asked in a monotone voice.

"Yes I need to give this to Mr. Buchholz," I said, giggling at the mention of his name, and showing her the envelope.

"You got here just in time. He's about to leave to go to a meeting but you still have five minutes left. He's on the top floor."

"Okay thanks." I quickly rushed to the elevator and went to the top floor to go to his office. I knocked on the door.

"Come in," I heard a man's voice boom through the door.

I walked inside. "Hey..." I started to say. "I'm here to give you this important message in this envelope." I handed him the envelope and he took it.

"What is the message?" He gave me a stern look.

"I don't know. I was only instructed to give this to you." I looked around the room nervously, trying not to laugh at his name.

"Oh okay good. I usually test people out when they give me messages like this. I like to make sure they're all following the rules." He smirked.

"Oh okay...Well I'll get going now. I know you're very busy."

"Okay." He waved me off, and then I went back to Mr. Havens' building.

"That wasn't so bad. I didn't even laugh at his name!" I said to Dante, grinning in relief.

"That's good," Dante said, not looking up from his computer.

"Is it just me or is everyone more serious and busier than usual?" I looked around, looking at everyone else, who were glued to their phones and computers.

"Yes Stacey, this time of the year can get very busy, especially since a lot of people are sick. We're doing twice as much work right now."

"Oh...okay." I decided not to interrupt Dante anymore. I wished it didn't have to be so busy and serious. Well any job is serious but I usually had fun talking to Dante while working, it made work a lot more enjoyable and easier to do. I hated quiet and serious environments, which made it harder to concentrate on work.

The day went by a lot slower than usual so by the time it was ready to go, I hurried up so I could get to Chelsea's. I really needed to be around a fun person, like my best friend.

I went up to the door and said, "Open up, this is the FBI!" Chelsea and I both did that whenever we went to each other's apartments. It was one of our inside jokes.

Chelsea opened up and her face lit up. "Come on in!" she exclaimed.

I came in and we sat on the couch. "So how was your spy date the other day? I know you wanted to tell me something major happened." She grinned.

"Yeah...turns out Jesenia and Vince are cousins!" I exclaimed.

Chelsea's eyes widened and her mouth dropped open. "For reals? Like, are you being serious right now?"

"Yup." I nodded.

"Wow..." She paused for a moment, still trying to process what I said. "I had no idea."

"Me either! Well it's a good thing I guess but I was so embarrassed when they told me that."

"Why?" She frowned.

"Because Jesenia asked about me and Dave, and then I asked about her and Mr. Havens and they both laughed when I thought they were a couple."

"Oh that sucks. Well hey at least Mr. Havens is single..." She shrugged and then grinned.

"Hopefully he is. I don't have any actual proof." I sighed.

"He's not married is he?"

"No I already checked his fingers."

"That doesn't prove anything." She rolled her eyes.

"How?" I gave her a look.

"Because some guys take off their wedding ring, duh."

"Oh..." I had my mouth open. I doubted that Mr. Havens would do such a thing. He was always so serious and mature; he wouldn't do something like that.

"You've got to keep spying on him and make him jealous with Dave." She had a serious look on her face.

"I could have sworn he was a little jealous when we were at the restaurant." I grinned.

She gasped. "Really?"

"Yeah. Me and Dave were acting flirty and Mr. Havens didn't look particularly happy. But I don't know I could be wrong." I shrugged.

"Hmmm...well he never looks that happy..." She paused for a moment. "But maybe you're right, he could have been jealous. With a serious and mature guy like that, you have to try harder to make him jealous. He probably won't drop any hints until you keep flirting with other guys in front of him. Hey, you could flirt with Dante since you two are friends!" She snapped her fingers and grinned.

"I'm not flirting with Dante! He has a wife and two kids!" I gasped and gave her a look.

"Oh...right...well keep flirting with Dave then."

"That was my plan." I laughed.

"Cool...So do you want to watch a few rom-coms?" She showed me a list of movies.

"Yeah. Let's watch 27 Dresses!" We ate popcorn and drank strawberry lemonade margaritas.
