《Dear Diary, I Have a Mate》Chapter 6

Dear Diary,
Today I woke up happy.
I would say maybe my life is turning around or someone is really watching over me, but I know the truth.
It's Ty. He may just be good for me.
~Aria
I walked into English and sat down next to him.
"Well someone's happy this morning," he observed.
I raised my eyebrows in surprise.
He shrugged and I smiled.
"Tyson," a girl demanded while walking up to him.
"What Claire?" he asked sounding annoyed.
"What are you doing hanging around this shit?" the girl, Claire sneered.
"What did you just say?" he growled.
"People are starting to talk Tyson," she clicked her tongue in anger.
"Let them talk," he shrugged.
"You're going to throw everything away for some mute freak? She doesn't talk because she wants attention," she almost yelled.
How dare her!
"Claire," he growled. She flinched back and flipped the both of us off.
"Sorry about her," he apologized.
I shrugged she was right, why is Ty hanging around me?
"Are you okay?" he asked.
I nodded and smiled.
"Good because you are beautiful and important and never let anyone tell you different," he stated.
I looked at him in awe; no one has ever told me I'm important.
I smiled and then reached out and hugged him.
He seemed surprised but he instantly accepted it.
He sighed and I swear he said I love you, but I know I'm just hearing things.
After English Ty and I walked outside to my tree.
"Arrabella your father is here, he says he needs to take you to an appointment," the lady from the office told me.
I froze.
"He's waiting over there," she added while pointing to the parking lot.
I peeked over and saw my dad leaning against his car watching me carefully.
I nodded at the lady.
"Are you okay?" Ty asked.
I pointed over to Carter and Jason.
"What?" he asked confused.
I slightly shoved him.
"Aria, Aria calm down what's wrong?" he panicked.
I shoved him and then started to walk away.
"Aria," he called.
He grabbed me and looked into my eyes.
"Are you going to be okay?" he asked.
I nodded.
"Is that your dad?" he asked.
I nodded again.
"Stay here, with me," he suggested but ordered it at the same time.
I shook my head he is getting me in so much trouble right now.
I shoved at his chest and then walked away.
My dad was glaring at him and then his eyes snapped to me as I got into the car.
"Who is that boy?" he roared while pulling out of the parking lot.

Maybe I should tell him that he bullies me and makes fun of me?
"Arrabella I'm done with this I don't talk act," he demanded.
Is he serious he's the one that did this to me!
I stared at him to see if he was joking.
"Speak to me girl dammit," he yelled.
I cleared my throat.
"He, he bullies me," I spoke softly.
"Bullies you," he almost laughed.
"For, for not talking," I whispered.
I started shaking it was too much.
I can't deal with this talking is hard, it brings back to much.
The last thing I remember is my dad pulling up to our house and slamming the door leaving me in the car.
*****************************************
I woke up. I was still in the car so I got out and headed upstairs.
Dear Diary,
I spoke.
My first words in so long.
It hurts when I talk like he's going to do it again.
Take away my voice.
I want to talk to Ty, but I can't.
This is my life. I will always be broken and Ty deserves better.
I'm done, I'm checking out.
~Aria
I woke up and walked slowly to school.
My head was pounding.
When I arrived at school I walked into English and saw Ty sitting impatiently at his desk.
I almost smiled but then I remembered that I was done dragging him down with me.
"Hey," he greeted.
I glanced over and nodded in his direction.
"Really Aria just a nod?" he joked.
I shrugged.
"About yesterday," he started to say.
I held up a hand to stop him.
"I'm sorry if your dad doesn't want you hanging out with guys or something," he apologized.
My dad doesn't like me associating with anyone.
Ugh why am I even here?
"So I talked with Sherry, the doctor at my house and she said she can check your arm and take off the cast today," he smiled.
I'm pretty sure, last night, my dad re-broke my arm.
I shook my head.
"You can't come?" he asked.
I nodded.
"Why?" he asked.
I shook my head again.
"Draw it Aria," he sighed.
I took out my notepad and threw it at his face.
He caught it and then placed it back on my desk.
I picked up my arm to slide it off but Ty snatched it off my desk and sighed.
"Fine, be stubborn," he stated.
The rest of the hour I ignored Ty which was easy because he was ignoring me as well.
He didn't even follow me out for break so I sat alone.
Maybe he finally realized that he was hanging out with a mute, might as well be talking to a wall.

I put in my headphones and listened to some Taylor Swift. I took them out when there was about three minutes left of break. I finally looked over for the first time all break and I am sorry I did. I saw Ty sitting with Jason and Carter however Claire was on Ty's lap. My heart clenched and I looked away and stood up.
I glanced over one last time to see that Claire was now attacking his face! I ran into the school and grabbed my chemistry book. This is what I wanted for him to happy and find someone better, but Claire is not better!
I sat down in chemistry and drummed my fingers on the desk.
Ty came strolling in a minute latter looking pissed yet nervous.
When he saw me his face changed to hurt he walked over and sat next to me.
I thought I could handle it but I can't.
I got up and was about to leave when Ty pushed me back down into my seat.
I held back the tears and tried to stand up again, but he once again pushed me back into my seat.
"Aria I'm so sorry," he stated.
Why was he sorry?
"Just please sit here," he begged.
I rolled my eyes and stood up once again.
This time Ty followed me out of the classroom.
I turned around and shoved him and pointed at the classroom.
"I'm not going back in there without you," he shrugged.
I sighed.
"Are you going to go back in?" he asked.
I shook my head.
"Great, let's go," he smiled while grabbing my hand and pulling me outside of the school.
I let him take me to his car but stopped when he was opening the door and telling me to get in.
I turned around to go back to class when Ty grabbed my hips and hugged me.
"Please come," he pleaded.
I kicked him in the shin, he didn't even seem affected.
"Go ahead hit, punch, and kick me, I deserve it," he stated.
I sighed.
"Please Aria," he pleaded.
I shook my head.
"Aria," he whined.
I flipped him off and then got into the car.
I am not good at not following demands. When we arrived at his house I became nervous. We walked in and she took off the cast.
"Oh my," she stated.
"What?" Ty asked.
"Aria what happened to your arm?" she asked.
I looked at her confused even though I know what she meant.
"It looks like it got broken again," she noted.
"Aria what happened?" Ty asked.
I shrugged.
"Sherry?" he asked.
"Well I'm not sure but it seems as if it just snapped in half again," she replied.
"Leave," he ordered her and she left immediately.
"Aria," he demanded.
I looked anywhere but his face.
"Arrabella what the hell happened?" he growled.
I peeked up at him and his eyes grew darker. They were no longer their usual cheery light brown color they were more of a chocolate color.
I flinched back and looked away.
"Arrabella I'm not going to ask again," he warned.
I looked up and gave him a blank stare.
"I will find other ways to find out," he threatened.
I sighed and then drew a car.
"A car?" he asked obviously frustrated.
I drew a tree.
"The car hit the tree, wait you were in a car accident?" he asked.
I nodded. It wasn't true of course but what else could I have drawn.
"Aria I know you weren't in a car accident," he sighed.
I shrugged.
"Just tell me what happened, who did that?" he roared.
He sounded like my dad.
It wasn't directed towards me as much but I was still scared.
I ran out of the room and out of his house.
"Aria," a familiar voice asked.
I looked over to see Carter.
I ran over and hugged him.
"Oh hey," he laughed.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
I wiped my tear away and got out a piece of paper.
I drew my house on it with a question mark.
"Whose house is this?" he asked.
I shook my head and then drew a car.
"Oh you want me to take you home?" he asked.
I nodded.
"Yeah I can do that," he smiled.
I smiled back as he led me to his car. He got in and I pointed my way. I pointed to the house that I told Ty was my house just in case it was ever brought up. I smiled at him and waved.
I then ran to my house. My dad wouldn't be home until later. I blasted some music laid down on my bed and cried.
Dear Diary,
Ty hates me. I kind of hate me too.
~Aria

Unfettered Spear
[Ratata~] Being showered with bullets from all directions, I certainly don't feel so good. Especially, feeling the bullets passing through my body, which is simply torture. After God knows how long, the gunfire finally stopped. I had my head down, contemplating that this was the end. However, it was at this time that I heard someone jumping off the car in front. I looked up and saw that it was the "Boss." "I should've done this much sooner, you really done a number on my men despite being alone!" "I must admit that you are good, but too good that you're a threat to MY throne!!" "I–" Alas, the Boss' monologue was cut halfway through. When he held his head high, an action to signify his pride, a bullet pierced through his under chin into his brain and out the back of his head. He looked at me in disbelief, like the others around. None of them anticipated that I could still fire my pistol, much less accurately aiming at one's head at the hip level, after being turned into a bloody meat-sieve. "You... Monster!!!" To the Boss' dying words, I only replied with a smile as my strength left my body.

Earth's First Dungeon
Reginald Montgomery was a high class Rules Lawyer, specializing in the 'art' of Min-Maxing a Character. He had been the secret behind the ability of the Guild 'Eternal Gamer' being able to obtain the World First Clears of various MMOs for the last five years. The political entities of the world had hidden the imminent approach of a gigantic meteor, of similar size to the one that theoretically wiped out the dinosaurs, until it was able to be spotted by high powered astronomical telescopes. The United Nations sends nukes into a crater located deep on the meteor, breaking it into millions of smaller fragments, except for around two areas, where there was a building that looked like an old school Roman temple and one where there was a giant metallic cube. The cube crashed into Reginald's backyard, and his 'gamer' senses were itching at the chance of supremely valuable loot. Upon investigating, he is injected with a control crystal for a 'Construction Core', but when it releases an extremely high density of pressurized mana, his body seizes up and the Core draws his mind into it before merging the control crystal back into the Core and retreating into the Cube and digging itself deeper. Two months later, Reginald becomes aware again, only to find out that nothing is as it was and he is now the Earth's First Dungeon...
