"Your father was approached by Frazer who told him that he was in love with you when you were fifteen."

"What the fuck?" Damon seethed.

"He asked your father permission to marry you once you were eighteen. Initially your father said no but as the emails kept coming it seems that Frazer convinced him that he would do you more harm than good if he didn't agree. He convinced Michael that you needed 'guidance' and the stability that only he could give you."

Ben looked at her and sighed "He arranged your marriage to Gregory to take place as soon as you turned eighteen. He signed a contract stating that you'd be the sole beneficiary of everything that Gregory owns in return you were to marry him. There's other bits and pieces in it but that's the main point. After you were kidnapped your dad told him the deal was off. Yes he contacted your dad on and off and we're fairly certain that was why he wanted you to marry Damon so quickly. Obviously if you're married already then the contract's null and void."

"Did he know?" she had to ask, she had to know.

"No he didn't but he unwittingly did things that Gregory wanted. Like your diet... he sent your dad a diet for you to follow in order to help your brain function properly, supposed brain food. In truth what he was doing was keeping you thin so you looked like a little girl longer."

"Thar fucking diet starved you!" Red hissed out.

Damon felt himself getring angrier by the second.

"So basically what you're saying is that he sold his daughter with her being the one to get the money?"

"Pretty much. The worst part is that he never investigated Frazer at all. Frazer owns nothing apart from the house he has here and the moment he tries to sell that the authorities will arrest him."

"Like fuck they will. He'll be dead long before that!" That creature would never have the chance to do anything like this ever again!

"What happens if I say I don't want to marry him?"

All those who'd seen the emails already stopped talking and just looked down.

"He'll ruin your father."

"I don't give a fuck about that." The weary voice of her father came from the corner. Michael grabbed the walls to support his battered body as he stood.

"Anna, I'm sorry. Yes he could ruin me but that doesn't matter. Your health and safety come first. I was stupid I know but that fuc... man was damn convincing about everything. When he found out that I'd been talking to Damon he threatened to ruin me." Slowly he walked over to the lounge "All this is now your choice Anna. Either marry Damon or not. No one's going to pressure you anymore."

"Anna and I'll talk about that later." Damon didn't like the sound of that at all.

"I need to think. I don't want to see you at the moment Dad. Twice you arranged marriages for me and for what? To protect your reputation. I don't care about that. I already know that you slept with other women when mum was sick so if there's anything else I need to know then you can tell Ben and he'll tell me. Two marriages Dad.. two! One to a psycho and the other to a man twice my age. What part of you thought that was ok?"

She pulled away from the arms that were trying to go around her and looked at Lucas "When you find him I want to see him."

"No!"

"Hell no."

"What?!"

Lucas nodded "That'll be arranged.. but! You'll have Dam, Max and me with you."

"And me" Ben added.

"And Ben. This is completely non negotiable. Either you agree or it doesn't happen."

"I'm good with that." She turned to look at Damon "I need to get out of here. Can we just drive sonewhere? Just driving, no stopping... well maybe through a drive thru... but"

"Anything you want Beany."

All the men in the room started to chuckle and Red sat with a huge smile.

"What the fuck is Beany?"

"Our version of baby."

"Sounds like a fucking teletubbie."

"Oooohhh I haven't seen them in years! Are they still on?" She jumped up and raced to the television flicking through dozens of channels.

Ben looked at Maxon "I don't give a fuck how old you are, you started this so you get to watch it with her!"

"We could just leave her to watch it herself..."

"Nope. Crazy psycho perverted piece of crap running lose remember?"

Red squealed "Found them!"

"Oh fuck". Maxon narrowed his eyes in disgust while secretly enjoying her reactions as the others made a hasty escape.
