"Where hell is her father?" Maxon sat across from Damon in Michaels office swirling amber liquid in a glass.
"Apparently he couldn't get a flight."
Damon said dryly.
"Do you believe him?"
"Fuck no. I checked. I don't think he knows how to deal with this so he's chickening out and leaving it up to me."
"Us brother. He's leaving it up to us."
"Thanks Max. Knew I could rely on you."
Maxon shifted in his chair "You know Michael's always been like this. Buried his head in the fucking sand every time the water got too hot."
"I'd like to think he was being proactive by trying to find Frazer but it just reeks of the usual crap. He should have called me to wire up this place long ago. If Anna knew just how much of her privacy that sick fuck toyed with she would have collapsed long before this."
"You found cameras? Where?"
"Everywhere, no room was clear. Annas' room had fifteen cameras. Audio too. He knew everything she was doing. The guys are checking her fathers room at the moment."
"Fuck man this guy's a psycho. So, what now?"
"We wait until after we talk to Red and her brother."
"Red?" Maxon smiled at the name.
"Yeh, she's Anna's best friend. She and her brother found Anna when Frazer kidnapped her and turned her into a full blown submissive."
Maxon whistled lowly "Shit man, we have to protect her. Fuck. Does she know you're a dom?"
"Nope."
"Shit. Did Michael tell you about this before..."
"Nope. I could have destroyed her completely."
