Hi!

As I mentioned previously, here is the traditional art piece I worked on. It was for a Faber Castell art competition in which there was $3000 worth of prizes. I didn't win anything but I actually used colour pencils to shade in a face so I learnt while I made (The colours in the picture are all the ones I used for this artwork).

So here is my semi-realism artwork titled, Tiger Lily.

It is created using Faber Castell Polychromo pencils on A3 Arches Watercolour paper (medium 185 gsm).

I originally thought up the concept in 2016 but it took me this long to actually do it. I was also super deep and meaningful back then too.

It's an ode to the Tiger species which as a whole is endangered. I picked a beautiful, warm portrait to contrast the ugliness of humanity's predation upon not only their species, but all species.
