"I was living happily with my husband George Martin (Alex's father) when my ex, Sean Williams decided to show up. He was madly and crazily in love with me that he didn't even think twice before killing George to get rid of him. So he made plan and he impregnated my bestfriend. He forced Katherine (Sofia's mother) into all this. When Kathrine went to labour she called Gabriella (Brandon's mother) for help, she wanted her children to have good future, she wanted them to stay away from danger. As Sean didn't know they were having 2 babies, she thought she can get one out of all those shit. Gabriella came to the hospital to help her bestfriend. Gabriella dressed as a nurse and hid her face with the mask.

Katherine first gave birth to a babyboy who Gabriella was successful to hide but later when katherine was about to give birth to Sofia, Sean came. He waited for her to deliver the baby and then right there he killed her, he shot her on the forehead right in front of Gabriella. Gabriella wa so shocked by all of this. She became so depressed, she thought It was all her mistake, she thought she could have helped but it was clearly impossible. On the other hand the baby boy was taken by someone else. Gabriella tried a lot to find the baby boy but she couldn't and that's why she blamed herself more.

Sean was a very clever man, he never let me meet Gabriella or any of my friend. One day when Sean was away Gabriella came to me and handed me a 5 year old sleeping child. She told me each and everything. We all came up with a plan to leave everything behind in Los Angeles and we shifted to Chicago.

Sean somehow found out who was behind all of this, he found out that Gabriella was the one who told me everything that's why he killed her so mercilessly.

Sofia was 5 when I took her in, she used to cry a lot. A lot. Later I found out that she was suffering from nightmares, Sean used to abuse her.

When she turned 8 she stopped getting them, she told me that the reason is the teddy given to her by her Prince, i was confused as to who is her prince, you remember you gave her your teddy on her 8 birthday? Since that night she never had any nightmare until you and Alex decide to go to England. When you both went to England, she was alone here and she also lost the teddy you gave her then the same nightmares returned. Every single night she used to had nightmares, she tried to attempt suicide several times to get rid of nightmares but luckily nothing happened to her. When you and Alex returned, she didn't get any nightmares and she always used to go on and on about you, telling me and your grandpa that how much she loves you and then me and grandpa decided to arrange this marriage." Nightmare. That night when she came to me was because she had a nightmare and I being the coward I am, didn't help her. Oh god!
