I woke up with a headache. Last night memories aren't clear. I remember going out to a club with Mark but then what happened? How am I here? That too in Brandon's room.

"I see you're awake now." I saw Brandon sitting on the couch.

"Ahh!" I moaned in pain.

"My head... it hurts." I said.

"And I don't give a shit." Brandon yelled.

"Where were you last night?" He asked.

"I went out with a friend." I told him.

"And what is the name of your so called friend." He asked.

"I went out with Mark." I told him.

"You should rephrase your sentence but I'll do that for you, you went out to whore around with him." He clenched his jaws.

"Can you give me a medicine?" Ignoring his rude comment, I thought not to argue with him at least not with this much headache.

"Don't fucking ignore me." He yelled again.

"You know what Brandon, think whatver you want cuz we both know that I am not a whore and it's not like you'll correct yourself." As I said those words, I felt guilty. A sudden scene of me kissing Mark appeared in my mind. Huh? What? What am I even thinking.

"Why am I in your room?" I asked him.

"I don't have any interest to keep you in my room, Xavier dropped you off." He answered.

"Xavier?" I was confused.

"Wow! Shocked aren't you? Cuz he saw you whoring around." He smirked.

"Well! It's a good chance to divorce you now saying you were betraying me." He said.

"I am not betraying you, Brandon" again the scene of me and Mark kissing and dancing knocked my mind. Why am I thinking this again and again?

"Yes, you are that's why I am going to divorce you." He smirked.

"You enjoy this, thinking you can divorce me. But you know what? I'm not going to ruin this moment for you. Enjoy all you want thinking you can divorce me that easily but we both know the truth is otherwise." It was my time to smirk.

"Get lost!" He yelled.

"As you wish." I went to my room and did a morning routine then I called Mark to ask him what happened last night.

"Hey!"

"Hello, beautiful!"

"Mark, what happened last night?"

"I am glad you want to talk about it instead of being awkward."

"Yeah. So what happened?"

"First tell me how did you feel?"

"Headache. Super headache. I don't remember anything so just tell me already what happened."

"You don't remember?"

"No! Tell me." I asked and he cut the call before replying anything.

"Baby!!" The voice which I despise said.

"Where is my baby?" She asked me.

"Baby? Awee! You didn't tell me you have a baby. How old is she or he?" I asked.

"I am talking about Brandon." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"Oh! he's not a baby. So stop calling him one." I said.

"Candy," Brandon said.

"Baaaaabbbyyy!" Candy said and hugged him.

"I missed you!" She said.

"I am going to Mama's." I told Brandon.

"You are not going anywhere." He said.

"I am." I told him.

"Don't you have any other work to do, here I work my ass off day and night and there you are always partying." He shouted.

"Mama called me and asked me to come." I told him.

"You think I'll allow if you mention mama, I know you you're not going at mama's, you slut." He said.

"I am not a slut, the girl standing next to you is." I know I should not call her a slut but I couldn't help.

"You called me a slut?" Candy asked in disbelief.

"Did I?" I asked back.

"Apologize to her right now or get out of my house and never come back." Brandon said through gritted teeth.

"I am not apologising and about not coming back, tell this to Alex when he will come to drop me off at night. See you!" I got out of the house. I asked driver to drive me to Mama's.

'What if he divorces me?' I thought. No! He can't. He will not. He loves me. He does. It will take some time for him to realize his love for me but one day he will, for sure.

"Mrs Maxwell," driver said and I noticed the car is stopped.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I think there is no fuel left." He told me.

"Ok. I'll take a taxi to Mama's." I told him and got out of the car.

I was standing on the road when a car stopped by me. "Is there any problem, child?" An old man opened the window and asked. The man looks in his early 50s. As I saw him I felt like I have seen him before.

"Do you need a lift?" Although he asked me for help but it felt like if I sit in his car then something bad might happen.

"My child, do you need a lift?" He asked again.

"Who are you to call me my child? Last time I check you're not my father so get lost you old man." I told him and turned around. I found a taxi and went to Mama's.
