"Wake up, you sleepy shit head."

"Wake up!" I opened my eyes and found myself sleeping in my office.

"What? Oh! Umm.. I was sleeping in office?" I asked.

"Yes! Driver is waiting for you outside, go home!"

"What about presentation?" I asked while yawning.

"No need to give of anymore." He replied.

"Why not?" I questioned.

"Because I said so and anyways those files were of 2005 and since you were annoying me so I gave the work to you." He said as it was not a big deal.

"Are you being serious? I worked on this presentation whole night. I skipped lunch and dinner for just this presentation and now you're telling me of was a waste of time?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yes!" He nodded.

"I slept in the office because I completed that presentation at 3:00am." I told him.

"Do you really think I care? And what do you think people do in office? They work their asses off to make money not like you sitting in the princess chair and ordering around."

"Brandon, you're such a little piece of watermelon." I shouted and stormed out of the company.

As soon as I stormed out, I regretted. I gave him the chance to hate me more. Why you treat me like rubbish? Why?

Maybe its true that he doesn't like me, 'STAY POSITIVE AND WORK HARD TO EARN LOVE FROM BRANDON,' I told myself.

I have to fight these bad days just to earn the best days of my life. I am ready to fight for it, I am ready to fight for my Brandon. I cried and cried not because he insulted me but I cursed him. I showed him my angriness, I am not a good wife, no wife curses their husband. I promised myself to be a good wife. I am now going to cherish him with more love until he can't help but fall in love with me also.

I went to home, took showed and changed into decent clothes. I went to the kitchen and made myself hot chocolate. I was still drinking the hot chocolate when the door bell rang.

"Milly? You? Here? How?"

"So you don't want me here?" She asked.

"No! No! It's not like that."

"I miss you, Sofia. I miss how we used to had fun before your marriage." She pouted.

'Get ready and pack your bag, today we're going to mama's and stay the night there.' Brandon texted me.

"So let's go to club today. What say?" She asked.

"No! Actually today I am going to mama's." I told her and she made a face like she was going to kill me.

"But please?"

"No! Maybe tomorrow." I told her.

"So you're not going to listen easily. Are you?" She asked raising her eyebrows.

"Milly, try to understand." I tried to convince her.

"I think I should now show you my ev.."

She was cut off by Brandon, "you're not ready."

"Hello, Brandon!" Milly greeted Brandon but Brandon didn't greet back.

"I think it's time for me to go, see you!" Milly said and went out of the house.

"I am sorry for shouting at you earlier." I apologized.

"Cut this crap and grab your bag. We're leaving." He said.

"So how's your life going?" Selena, my best friend asked. Actually she works here as a maid but I don't consider her as one. We are childhood friends.

"Good! Hows your studies going?" I asked her.

"Fine! Its tough now. Anyways I made fried rice and valvet cake for you." Selena said happily.

"Really? So sweet of you." I smiled.

"Done talking? Now serve us!" Alex interrupted rudely and snapped at Selena.

"Alex, be polite!" Mama warned him.

"She is nothing but a maid in this house and maids deserve to be treated like this." Alex stated.

"She is not a maid, she is my friend." I corrected him.

"You should treat her with some respect, Alex. I will take her with me in my house if you didn't treat her right." I warned Alex.

"Alex, stop treating her like she is nothing. She is also my daughter like Sofia." Mama said.

"Yeah! I know that's why you always pays for her university and clothes even though we pay her enough money to pay on her own." Alex said rudely.

"I have some work, have a nice dinner." Selena said politely and went to the kitchen.

"Sofia, after eating take Brandon to your room. You both will sleep there." Mama changed the subject. After eating dinner, I took Brandon with me to my room.

"So we're going to sleep here? In this Disney land?" Brandon asked in disbelief.

"Yes! This is not any Disney land, this is my room." I told him.

"This is your room? Why am I not amused? Because this is what children have pink room, pink bed, pink couch, loads of teddy bears, Sponge Bob and Mickey Mouse posters and yeah! Not to forget they eat a lot of chocolates." He said.

"You can sleep in the couch for the night, I'll the bed." I slurred due to exhaustion.

"And why the hell would I take the couch instead of bed?" He asked.

"Because you're too big for my bed." I said.

"And too big for couch also." He added.

"Oh no! You'll break my bed and I love this bed very much. I plan to give this bed to my children in future." Without thinking I said what came inside my mind and blushed.

"Thinking about children, when you yourself are a child." He said, shaking his head.

"Forget it! I'll take the couch." He said.

"Or we can share my bed if you want." I suggested.

"Thanks for the offer but no!" He denied and I went to my bed and slept.

I woke up incredibly warm and comfortable. My eyes widens when I realized what had woken me up, it was Brandon's snoring. Back when we were child, I had woken up because of Brandon's and Alex's snoring but they would claim that they were planning to prank me in my sleep. I wonder what will be the excuse this time.

I erases my thought and tried to sleep again but it was impossible because Brandon was cuddling me like his life on it, especially with his warm breath fanning across my sensitive skin giving me goosebumps.
