Kung napapagod ka na, pwedeng magpahinga.
Huwag mo nang pilitin gawin 'yong gusto ng iba,
Doon ka kung saan ka masaya.
Hindi mo kailangan gawin ang isang bagay dahil lang sabi nila.
"Kaya niya kaya mo rin." Bullshit! Walang ganon!
Kung kaya niya, edi kaya niya.
May kaya ka namang hindi kaya ng iba.
Wala kang kailangan patunayan sa kanila.
Alam kong malakas ka,
Kahit ilang beses ka pang umiyak ay malakas ka.
Ano bang basehan ng kahinaan kung nasasaktan ka na?
Tao ka, hindi makina.
Deserve mong magpahinga.
Isipin mo naman 'yong sarili mo,
Hindi puro sila.
Paano naman 'yong mga taong nandiyan para sayo?
Nahihirapan silang makitang pinahihirapan ang sarili mo.
