Vader was inside, helping Ruby and Ren cook. Whilst Jaune, Nora, and Din set the table.

They were preparing for the Huntsmen that Qrow, Ahsoka, and Maul were bringing with them. Vader was cutting carrots and other vegetables, Vader was about to grab another carrot when Nora snatched it out of his hand.

Vader: Nora...

Nora: Sorry! I can't help it!

Vader gave Nora one last disappointed look before finishing up.

Ren: Alright, the first batch is just about done.

Ruby: Awesome! Now we just need them and we'll be all set!

Nora attempted to grab another carrot, tossing it up, Vader caught it with the force and brought it to his cutting board with the rest. Nora groaned and stuck her tongue out at him.

Nora: Do you really think he's gonna bring that many people? This is a lot of food.

Ruby: Uh, I don't know, but it sounds like we could use all the help we can get.

Vader: Why do I smell something burning?

Vader quickly rushed over to Ruby's work area, he looked back only to ctch Nora tossing a few carrot slices into her mouth again.

Vader: Ruby, here let me take -

Qrow: We're back!

Ahsoka and Maul both stared at the two people that exited the portal and reached for their lightsabers.

Qrow: Wait! Don't! It's ok...

Ahsoka relaxed her arms while Maul still held his on his lightsaber, waiting to learn who these people were.

Maul: Qrow... Who are these people?

Yang: I'm Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's sister and this is Weiss Schnee. We're part of Ruby's team.

Maul finally relaxed his arm and crossed both of his arms.

Weiss: But who are you two supposed to be?

Maul: I am Maul, a friend of Vader's.

Ahsoka: My name is Ahsoka Tano, it's a pleasure to meet the both of you.

Ahsoka extended her hand, flipping off her hood, Weiss stared at her for a second before shaking her hand.

Yang: Wait! I remember that name! Vader said you're his sister!

Ahsoka: That is correct... Now if you'll come inside I think they've prepared dinner for us.

Qrow walked in first, Yang and Weiss followed and lastly, Ahsoka and Maul entered.

Ruby: Be right there!

Vader/Ren: You're going to overcook that.

Ruby: No I'm not, shut up!

Qrow: Hey, uh, Ruby?

Ruby: I'm coming!

Smoke poofed from the pan, Ruby looked in surprise before ultimately letting Ren take the wheel.

Ruby grabbed the tray next to her and walked into the living room with Vader.

Ruby: So, we didn't know how many people were coming, so we just cooked all of it.

Ruby gasped once she looked up, she dropped the tray and all the utensils fell, Vader extended his hand freezing them in place with the force. Vader looked and smiled when he saw two familiar faces that were now standing in the room with them.

Yang Xiao Long and Weiss Schnee had rejoined the group. The room stood silent, Yang took a few steps toward her sister, Ruby was too startled and took a step back before speaking.

Ruby: Yang, I...I'm so sorry! I-I should've stayed and I should've talked to you more! I'd - I just... I wasn't sure if you wanted me around and -

Vader continued smiling as Yang engaged in a hug with the sister, both had obvious tears forming in their eyes.

Yang: I love you...

Ruby finally let the tears fall naturally as she hid her face in her sister's shoulder.

Ruby: I love you too...

Jaune and the others joined them in the living room, all of them had smiles on their faces as they watched the two reunited sisters continue their embrace. Oscar walked into the room as well, it looked as if he was about to speak, but he remained silent Weiss wiped away a tear and sniffled before Ruby called out to her.

Ruby: Weiss?

Weiss looked up at her two teammates, they both had their arms held out for her. Weiss smiles in delight and runs towards them, throwing herself into their arms as they all engage in a group hug. Din finally came down the stairs to see what was happening, his helmet on his hip.

Vader walked forward and placed his hands on their shoulders, Weiss and Yang looking up at him happily.

Vader: It is good to see you two again.

They quickly hugged him back, happy to see their teacher again. Vader lightly patted their backs before letting them go.

They sat around the table, laughing and having a good time while enjoying the delicious food prepared for them, Yang asking Maul and Ahsoka a question.

Yang: So... do you guys have the force as well?

Ahsoka: Everybody has the force, it lives within all living beings.

Maul: It's that we can use it.

Maul extended his hand floating himself and several plates into the air, while Ahsoka did the same, they slowly floated back down, being careful not to break anything.

Vader: I see you have the mechanical arm I made for you.

Yang: It's great! Better than the original thing that's for sure!

Nora: Wanna bet?!

She placed her arm on the table, challenging Yang to an arm wrestle. She grinned and grabbed Nora's arm.

Vader: I do not think this is the best Idea...

Yang: It's fine.

Nora and Yang struggled for a few seconds before Yang smiled again.

Yang: Of course, it's got a few tricks up its sleeve as well.

Yang detached her arm sending Nora flying into the wall, Maul extending his hand to stop her. Nora groaned and rubbed her head before screaming in shock due to the fact she was holding Yang's arm. Yang only laughed at this, catching the arm as Nora threw it back at her.

As the night continued Vader was messaging with Glynda as the rest of the students went to their respective beds. Vader was about to go to bed when he received a call.

Checking the number, he saw it was from Taiyang, he pressed the answer button and put it to his ear.

Vader: Hello?

Taiyang: Ah! Good, Qrow gave me your scroll number in case of emergencies. I'm glad this worked.

Vader: What's wrong Tai? I can hear the nervousness in your voice.

Taiyang: W-Well... Are my daughters there?

Vader: Yes... They are safe and sound, they are currently sleeping in their rooms.

Taiyang: Thank Oum... I don't know what I would do if they... didn't

Vader stood there silent, as did Taiyang, waiting for the other to speak up.

Taiyang: After Summer... I can't lose anymore...

Vader: Taiyang... I promise I will bring your daughters back safely.

Taiyang: ...Thank you, Vader.

Vader pressed the end button, he sighed and walked to his room, closing the door and removing his armor. Then lying down for some rest.

Vader awoke to someone walking around, yawning he sat up and put on some robes before walking out of his room, seeing Yang watching the sunrise.

Vader: Couldn't sleep well?

Yang turned and smiled when she saw Vader, who took a seat next to her, their mechanical arms completely exposed.

Yang: I keep thinking about Blake... How she just ran away.

Vader: Ah...

Yang: Why did she do that? We could've really used her help! (sighs)

Vader: ...Yang, let me tell you something.

Yang turned to look at Vader who was also watching the sunrise.

Vader: I tracked down Blake after the fall to make sure she was alright, I found her about to board a ship to the Menagerie... Her home she told me, she considered herself responsible for what happened to Beacon... To what happened to you.

Yang looked at Vader with a stunned expression on her face,

Vader: I realized I couldn't do anything and let her go... She needed some time with family. But I did run into Sun who was boarding the same ship, I made sure he would keep an eye on Blake to make sure she didn't get herself hurt.

Yang: But she... (sighs) Well I guess that's better than just abandoning us.

Vader: I'm sure she'll be back one day, she just needs time to heal... As you did.

With that Vader stood back up and entered the house again, leaving Yang outside.

Vader took his helmet out of his pocket, he walked next to Din, who was holding his rifle, a cloaked Maul, and a cloaked Ahsoka, the rest of the people walked in front of them as they neared the main building for Haven academy.

Ahsoka: Do you think that will be necessary?

Ahsoka said pointing to Vader's mask, who he still held in his hand.

Vader: It's been a great tool of intimidation, and has other uses as well.

Vader placed it on, he switched the vision to thermal, he saw a single man and a bird inside. A bird?

Vader: Qrow... Does Lionheart have a pet bird?

Qrow: Not that I know of.

Vader: Prepare for battle then.

Vader grabbed his lightsaber and held it in his hand, the rest of his team grabbing their weapons as well. Qrow opened the door and strode in Vader saw Lionheart, seeing he had a disc on his wrist.

Lionheart: Q-Qrow... I see you brought more people.

Qrow: Leo... What are you doing?

The bird cawed and flew forward, Vader sensed power off of it, and gripped his lightsaber tighter. He watched as Raven transformed from the bird

Raven: The smart decision, brother.

Vader: Is that true?

Vader stepped out of the shadow's turning on his mechanical voice, knowing Raven would recognize it. She created with fear as she saw the force user before her.

Vader: Hello Raven...

Raven: V-Vader... No matter, you won't win this time.

Ruby: Wait! We don't have to fight! We all have a common enemy, that is trying to divide us!

Raven: And what chance do you think you'll have against her girl?

Ruby: We'll have a chance... because we're together.

Raven: (sighs) You sound so much like your mother.

She summoned a portal, a fireball flew out and towards Ruby, Vader activated his lightsaber and deflected the fireball, protecting Ruby.

Vader watched as several figures stepped out of the portal, his rage increasing tenfold when he saw someone in a red dress. She was smiling but it quickly faltered when she saw Vader.

Vader: CINDER!!

Vader charged forward with incredible speed, she tried to defend herself as Vader raised his blade, his mind flashing to watching her kill Pyrrha. He would avenge her.

Raven drew her blade and blocked his strike. Vader turned and stared angrily at Raven, his rage so great she could feel it. Vader force pushed her into a wall, forming a small crater, he was about to strike when he saw the other people exit the portal.

Vader dashed backwards to his teammates, Maul tossed his cloak off, grabbing his double bladed lightsaber, two red blades extending from the hilt. Ahsoka discarded her cloak as well, showing her combat attire a tight blue combat dress, she grabbed her dual white sabers and activated them getting into a stance. Din activated the dark saber and stood in an Ataru stance he had learned watching their attackers.

There was Mercury, Emerald, and a large man with brown hair and a smaller woman with short trimmed brown hair. Another portal opened revealing four knights, Geist, Slicer, Tank and Lancer stood at the ready, drawing their weapons and getting into a defensive stance.

There stood the two groups, the large brown man saw Oscar and got an enraged look on his face.

Man: Ozpin! You will pay for what you have done!

He tossed off his shirt. Maul saw this and force pushed him through the wall. Seeing that one of their opponents was distracted the Knights of Grimm attacked, Vader and his team charging in response.

The Being watched over all of this, he watched as Cinder drew a bow and aimedit at an enraged Jaune. Letting the arrow fly, The Being rubbed his chin in interest as he saw Pyrrha doing her role as a guardian spirit, extending her hand to delfect the arrow off course.

The Being stood from his position on his roof, looking at the horizon he made a portal and teleported to Evernight Castle, surprising Salem since he allowed her to see him.

Salem: W-Who are you? How did you get in here?

Tyrian: Mistress who are you talking too? There is nobody here but me.

The Being looked to his left seeing the serial killer Tyrian, revealing himself to him he watched as he gasped in suprise.

Tyrian launched out of his chair, his mechanical stinger aimed at The Being, he simply pressed a palm to Tyrian's chest, his spirit flying out of his body.

Salem tried attacking The Being with her magic, which he simply absorbed to Salem's shock.

The Being: You can't kill a man with his own creation.

Salem: T-That's impossible, the gods created magic. You look nothing like them.

The Being: Well, who do you think created the gods?

Salem's eyes widened as she felt an emotion she hadn't felt in a long time.

Fear...

Salem: A-Are you going to kill me?

The Being: No... because that's what you want. Maybe I will one day, but definitely not anytime soon, maybe in a few thousand years or so.

The Being said brining his cube to his fingers watching Salem's backstory.

Salem: Why are you here?

The Being: Am I really? Or has the years you've been alive finally taking a toll on your mental sanity? The Questions are endless, but I have the answers.

With that, The Being's cube began to glow, Salem covered her eyes from the piercing light. When she opened her eyes she found herself sitting again seeing Tyrian also in the room.

She gasped and looked around, till her eyes stopped on a glass cube on her desk. Her eyes widening in fear.

Tyrian: My queen, are you -

Salem: Leave me.

Tyrian bowed and exited the room quickly, Salem grabbed the cube and a message played for her inside her mind.

The Being: Know your place woman, or I will keep you alive until the ends of time.

Salem set down the cube, shaking in fear from this display of power.
