As Vader watched Team RWBY board an airship with Professor Oobleck. He was called to Ozpin's office.

As he walked to the office he saw an Atlas airship outside. Questioning why it was here, he rode the elevator.

Arriving in the office he heard Ozpin and Ironwood.

Ozpin: Very well... take him to Atlas, There is most likely safest for -

Ozpin was cut off as Vader walked out of the elevator without his helmet on.

Ironwood: Who is this Ozpin? I requested to speak with Vader.

Vader stared at Ironwood then at Ozpin, sighing, he removed his pocket from his pouch and placed it around his head. To Ironwood's surprise.

Vader: perhaps you recognize me now.

Ironwood stared at Vader in shock, not hearing the mechanical voice anymore, or the weird breathing.

Ironwood: Yes, well I wish to take you to Atlas.

Vader: Why?

Ironwood: scientists at Atlas want to examine your armor, also the Schnee Dust Company want to thank you personally. They want to reward you for rescuing their daughter and making a major setback to their plans.

Vader: Very well, when do we leave.

Ironwood: Now would be best.

Vader: Very well.

Vader stood on the command deck of the atlas warship, looking out it reminded him of commanding the empire and being a general to the clones.

Ironwood: like the view?

Vader: No... (turning to walk away) it brings back memories.

Ironwood sighed while watching Vader exit the command deck. Then turned to see Atlas rapidly approaching.

He walked behind Vader motioning for him to follow.

Ironwood: Tell me, Vader, why do you dislike me so much?

Vader: When we first met, you wanted me dead. That will always taint my view of you.

Ironwood: But I am a powerful man Vader, wouldn't it be wise to ally with me instead of an enemy?

Vader: I could say the same thing to you, General.

Ironwood was silent as they continued walking, eventually reaching a bullhead with an Atlas logo on the side. Ironwood entered, being followed by a towering Vader, the guards saluted the general as he entered and took the pilot's seat. The co-pilot walked up behind him but walked away when he saw Vader staring at him, Vader then took the co-pilots seat.

Vader: I will fly.

Ironwood: No, I don't think you will.

The two powerhouses stared at each other, neither of them willing to back down till Vader spoke.

Vader: Fine. Let's get this over with.

Ironwood: Very well.

The bullhead launched from the airship, Vader disliking how slow they were flying.

As they arrived at the Atlas labs, Vader followed the general still refusing to remove his helmet. They met Penny and Winter before continuing on their tour.

The tour consisted of many scientists staring at Vader, to which he replied by staring back, making them look away. They showed how bullheads were made, how their weapons were made, before getting to the android factory.

Vader froze as he watched the process of creating Androids, he slowly removed his helmet. His mind clouded by memories of the droid factory on Geonosis. Vader pressed a hand on the glass, remembering how he started the clone wars, where he, Obi-wan, and Padme fought those monsters.

As memories raced through Vader's mind, he didn't see Ironwood nod to Winter, she slowly removed a syringe from her sleeve, and injected it into Vader's neck.

Vader's memories were turned into rage, he shattered the glass, blowing Winter, Ironwood, and Penny back. He tried to grab the syringe out of his neck but collapsed to his knees before he could. What is this... stuff? He thought, as he desperately tried to fight off the suddenness he felt. He was powerless as Ironwood walked up to him and punched him across the jaw knocking him unconscious.

-Time leap-

Atlas scientists gathered around the glass wall, observing in on the alien in front of them. There was one scientist inside wearing a protective suit as he repeated their findings.

Armored Scientist: Object one, a robotic prosthetic limb, search for a label of the manufacturer was inconclusive after not finding one, after de-constructing said item, we have found that the arm is highly more advanced than our current ones. This could be a big leap in the study of robotic limbs.

Armored Scientist: Object two, a hilt of a blade that can retract, the blade while originally thought to be powered by dust, we have found that it is being powered by a much more powerful crystal of an unknown energy source.

Armored Scientist: Object three, a set of armor that seems to double as a life support system. When removed, however, the alien can still breath normally so it isn't being used at all times. Recent studies show that the armor can withstand incredible amounts of pressure, including being burned. The armor has been hypothesized that it can withstand the vacuum of space. The helmet, an extension of the armor, has been seen being removable on several occasions and can fold into itself like current technology on Remnant. The helmet has Night Vision, Thermal Vision, and Thermal tracking, meaning the wearer can track where a lifeform has gone.

Armored Scientist: And finally, Object four, the alien itself. Studies have shown that the blood is incredibly similar, but different at a molecular level, including a type of microscopic life form that until recently has been non-existent. The microscopic life forms live inside the alien's cells.

Armored Scientist: The reason for the alien's capture, was General Ironwood's personal order, he believed the alien a threat to the world, and his suspicions grew when he saved a Team of huntresses in training from a white fang camp. The alien first appeared in the video where a lone huntsman killed a pack of goliaths singlehandedly, dubbing him the armored huntsman. Since then the alien has changed the armor drastically as well as the blade but seems to have the same purpose as before.

Armored Scientist: In conclusion, I believe that the new knowledge we have acquired will be monumental in the fight against the Grimm, and change the forces of Atlas for the better.

With that, all the scientists clapped and cheered. Not paying attention to the very alien in front of them.

Vader opened his eyes, the color changing from blue to yellow.

The armored scientist turned to face the alien only for him to be grabbed by the force. Being flung against the wall the scientist tried to move only to be restrained further. The scientists behind the glass gasping with shock as The alien hopped off the table, his hand still extended towards the scientist.

Vader: Where am I?!

Armored Scientist, fearing for his life spoke back.

Armored Scientist: Y-You're in an expirementaion room in Atlas!

Vader looked around seeing the contents of the room confirming what the scientist had said. Then he looked down and saw that his arm was missing.

Vader: Where is my arm?

Armored Scientist: O-On a tray at the end of the room!

Vader looked across and saw it. Extending his short arm, he called the pieces towards himself re-constructing it in the process before attaching it.

Armored Scientist: H-How did you do that?!

Vader lowered the scientist who breathed a sigh of relief, before seeing Vader extend his mecho limb toward his head. Vader extracted the information he needed, where his armor was, where his lightsaber was, and where was General Ironwood. The location of all three in the same place, General Ironwoods office.

Vader removed his presence from the scientist's mind, knocking him unconscious. Vader extended his flesh ar towards the door, blowing it off its hinges. He walked out of the room, shirtless since Ironwood had confiscated his clothes as well.

Vader turned and began striding toward the General's office.

As he walked he ran into resistance as he walked. They tried firing their blasters at him, but Vader was faster, yanking each gun from their grasp, Vader lifted them into the air, before pointing them at the soldiers. Twitching his finger, they opened fire on the soldiers.

As Vader continued his walk, he continued fighting Atlas soldiers with the force, before he was contacted mentally.

Salem: Hello Vader... It seems Atlas has done exactly as predicted.

Vader: (mentally) What do you mean by that?

Salem: They didn't trust you, they never did and never will.

Vader considered Salem's words as he blew back another battalion of soldiers with the force.

Salem: Ozpin never trusted you from the beginning, the only reason he offered you a teaching position was to keep an eye on you, to make sure you weren't a threat. The first chance he got he sent you off to Atlas to be experimented on.

Vader was silent as he continued to walk listening to Salem.

Salem: The only reason Goodwitch got close with you was that Ozpin asked her too, to learn more personal information on you. She didn't even protest when you went to Atlas.

Vader stopped in his tracks, letting the Atlas soldiers get close to him. Vader could feel Salem's presence, as if she was standing right next to him, whispering in his ear. Vader unleashed a roar, a wave of force erupting from his body disintegrating everything in a ten-foot radius.

Salem: (thoughts) Oh my...

Salem: I offer you a chance. Come find me, you will be my equal, having my full trust and support, we can take revenge on those who have wronged you. I await your decision.

Vader was silent as he continued walking towards Ironwood's office. Outside stood Penny.

Vader: I know you, Penny, I do not wish to harm you.

Penny: I am sorry Professor Skywalker, but you want to harm my master, and I can't allow that.

Penny said, blades flying out of her back. Vader only extended his hand, metal sheets being torn off the walls. They wrapped around Penny restraining her and her swords before Vader let go. Dropping Penny's restrained body to the ground.

Vader turned facing Ironwood's office, pushing with the force, the door swung open to reveal Ironwood sitting behind his desk.

Ironwood: I take it you want to surrender?

Vader: You lie to me, knocked me unconscious, and experimented on me. You expect me to surrender?

Ironwood didn't respond, he stood quickly and drew his pistol. Firing his entire magazine at Vader, who simply stopped the bullets mid-air.

Ironwood, seeing that his gun would be useless tossed it aside and launched forward to punch Vader with his mechanical arm.

Vader simply dodged the blow and delivered a kick to Ironwood's ribs knocking him to the side.

Ironwood: I knocked you unconscious before, I can do it again.

Ironwood got into a boxing stance and tried punching Vader, who simply dodged the attack. Ironwood followed up the attack with a few more punches, with the last one he tried attacking with his mechanical arm again, only for it to be caught by Vader's own mechanical limb.

Vader: You got lucky.

Vader then yanked outwards, separating Ironwood's arm from his socket. He yelled in pain as sparks flew from where Vader severed his mechanical arm.

Twirling, Vader smacked Ironwood with his own mechanical arm, knocking him to the floor unconscious. Vader tossed the arm down to the owner, before turning to find his armor.

Vader: when you wake up, consider the consequences of your actions.

Vader found it relatively easily, Vader equipped it along with his helmet, his mechanical breathing returning. He grabbed his lightsaber and faced the wall.

Vader exploded the wall and lept out, making his way towards a bullhead.

Vader tossed the owner aside as he entered the vehicle, he powered it on and took off, making as much distance between himself and Atlas.

When Vader thought it was sufficient, he stopped the flight of the bullhead. There Vader sat in the bullhead. He looked at the coordinates for Beacon, before clenching his fist out of anger.

Vader: Salem, I have my answer.
