《Stuck With Him: Kai Parker》4

"What are you writing?"
Immediately I slammed my diary shut and looked up at Kai, who was leaning over my shoulder with a smirk. "You have a diary?"
I rolled my eyes. "Yes I have a diary, I find it keeps me sane to write down my thoughts." I explained, putting it back in Zeke. "You should try it."
"Can I see it?" Kai asked, reaching over but I smacked his hand away.
"Do you want to die?"
"I can't die."
"We'll see about that." I mumbled, zipping up Zeke and holding him close to my chest.
"Funny." He said, joining me on the sofa and sitting close beside me.
"I know I'm hilarious." I stood up with Zeke on my back. "Come on, let's go."
"Where?" He whined. I scoffed. "Exercise it too tiring."
"I always wonder how you aren't fat. You eat so much and never exercise." I shook my head as I shoved on my shoes.
"I'm just blessed." He smirked, lifting up his shirt and exposing his six pack.
I rolled my eyes, looking away to cover my blush. Kai noticed and laughed, dropping his shirt and putting on his own shoes.
"Whatever you say." I sang, opening the door.
Kai came to my side, standing quite close beside me. "Why do you always carry that bag, Ri?"
Shrugging, I spoke. "Just because, Malachai." Kai nudged me and I nudged him back. "You should never hit a girl, Malachai." I said, while I entered a bar
Kai followed me inside. "Who says you're a girl?" He grinned. I gasped, but smiled.
"Hurtful, Malachai." I replied, walking around the place. "Have you ever been here?" He gave me an 'are you serious?' look and I nodded. "I'll take that as a yes." I added, walking towards the bar.
I poured myself a glass of water. "Want anything?" I offered Kai, he sat down at the bar. He shook his head. "That's good, I wasn't gonna make you anything."
Kai laughed. "That's because you don't know how, Ri." He said, leaning over the counter so his face was closer to mine.
I leaned in also, breaking the space between us. "Are you challenging me, Malachai?"
He rose a brow, smirking. "I dunno am I, Ri?"
I narrowed my eyes and smiled. "I think you are."
"Okay then."
"What the rules?"
"If I win, I want to see you in something of my choice and you have to wear the rest of the day." He said and I knew that was risky. "If you win, you get an extra two nights in the master bedroom."
I pondered for a moment but caved in. "Deal." We shook hands. "So I'll ask again, what do you want?"
"I'll have a simple margarita." He shrugged, resting his head on his hands.

I nodded, having no clue how to make that but spun round to the many bottles. I hesitated, not knowing which one to choose. Eventually, I took a load of bottles and mixed them together.
"There you're go." I handed him the drink which didn't seem appealing or in any way correct.
Kai cringed, glancing at the drink than me. "This is a margarita?"
"A Riley special." I chuckled, though that drink didn't look consumable.
"Why don't you try it then Ri?" Kai asked, sliding the drink to me. I shook my head, pushing it back to him.
"No, Kai it's your drink."
"Ri, I insist."
Taking a deep breath, I held the cup bringing it to my lips. I shut my eyes as I took as sip, gagging at the vile taste.
"So, does it taste good?" Kai asked. I nodded but hadn't swallowed yet. "Ri, you forgot the most important thing." I raised my eyebrows and hummed, since my mouth had the concoction inside. "The lime or lemon that's supposed to be on the cup."
My body couldn't take it anymore, I spluttered that nasty drink onto the floor. I spat it all out, gagging at the revolting taste. "You win." I surrendered, waving a napkin and he laughed.
Kai kept his smirk the whole walk to the clothes store and I just scowled. "You knew I'd lose didn't you?"
"I did." He confessed with a proud look. "Especially since most of the ingredients weren't there."
"You're such a prick." I punched him while we went inside the shop. He winked.
Kai said nothing but lead me through the asides, flickering through the clothes on the rack. I huffed. "Do I have to do this?"
He looked at me. "Yep."
I cursed under my breath, and peered through the clothes as well while he chose my outfit. "This is so me, Malachai." I laughed, he looked at me and laughed seeing me try on a big sombrero. "I'm pretty sure this was made for me."
Kai shook his head, but laughed. I smiled and took off the hat, chucking it elsewhere. "What about this Ri?" I glanced over to him and cringed at the dress his hands.
It was a pink, with a light pink tutu and a floral patterned top. No straps and I just looked at him.
Shaking my head, I fake gagged. "Don't be so mean to me." My eyes averted and I found another dress and gave him a fake smile. "But what about this."
It was a wedding dress, in a mermaid design which I despised. "Now this is better." I added sarcastically.
Kai laughed putting the dress in his hands away. "I think you should try it on, Ri."
I walked over to a mirror and put the dress against my body, it was about five sizes too big. I gave Kai a look. "I think its a little big. Don't you Malachai?"

He continued to laugh. "No it's a perfect fit."
I gasped. "That's probably the nicest thing you've ever said to me." I wiped away my fake tears.
"You're welcome, Ri." I rolled my eyes but laughed, throwing away the ugly dress.

I quickly bounced my leg up and down with frustration as I waited until for Ri. I don't know what was taking her so long to change in the outfit I picked for her.
I could've easily taken advantage of my win and made her wear something as little as a bra and thong. Yet, knowing that Riley would never agree and would properly murder me (literally) I chose something that covered her body but still showed it off.
I drummed my fingers against my thigh, glancing down at my hand. I huffed. "Come on Ri!" I called.
"I'm trying!" She snapped back and I chuckled. Riley was the first person, I tolerate and didn't necessarily want to kill. She was different but also delusion, like the rest.
My mind wondered to the other day when I caught her doing magic and I smirked. I had no idea she had her own powers, even after two years together I didn't suspect a thing.
I shook my head. .
Chewing on my bottom lip, I sighed and run my hand through my hair. I needed a way to catch her out using her magic to give me an opportunity to siphon. Yet, apart of me didn't want her dead instead I wanted her alive
"Okay, I'm done." Her voice sent me away from my thoughts. I lifted my head up and saw her poke her head through the curtain.
I rolled my eyes. "Bout time."
She gave me a glare. "I swear to God if you laugh at me, Malachai I will bin your Pork Grinds."
I hated when she called by full name it just reminded me about my past but putting on a fake grin I spoke. "I would never, Ri."
She scoffed, stepping out of the changing rooms and showing me her outfit.
My eyes widened and I brought my lip between my teeth, shifting slightly in the seat. I realised, knowing that my want for her had increased massively.
But who could blame me? After spending years alone, I need someone to help me relieve my sexual frustration. Not to mention, Riley was insanely hot.
"You look..." I paused, eyeing her up and down. "Sexy."
A blushed came on her face but she made it disappear and grinned. Riley spun around and nodded. "I know, I do." She looked at herself in the mirror then me. "You actually did a good job Malachai."
I rolled my eyes but still was annoyed with the fact I was falling hard for her.

I gasped, sitting up straight opening my eyes as I did. "Another vision?" Kai guessed, eating jam with his fingers.
"Yep." I answered, resting my head in my hands. I didn't even remember lying on the sofa. Raising a brow, I looked around to try and fix my memory.
"You passed out at the table, so I put you on the sofa." Kai explained, as if he was reading my mind. I nodded and thanked him. "You were out for about ten minutes." My eyes widened in shock.
"Oh my God." I muttered, rubbing my eyes. Standing up, I went to the cupboard and took out a packet of biscuits.
I sat down at the table, across from Kai and began to eat the biscuits. "Have you ever tried escaping?"
Kai nodded. "When I first arrived, but I know realised I can't because I don't have everything needed."
"What do you need?"
"Its not important, Ri."
"Alright." I said, dropping the subject.
After a while of talking, we both decided to call it night since we spent the entire day walking around and 'buying' stuff.
I yawned. "Hallelujah." I muttered, taking off the my skirt and mesh shirt and throwing them somewhere in the room. I went in the bathroom and began brushing my teeth.
I shivered, only in my bra and underwear and left the bathroom while brushing my teeth to get my pyjamas.
"Kai!" I screeched, when I spotted Kai sitting on my bed. His eyes widened at me and I felt my face go bright red.
"Wow." He smirked, staring up and down my body. I ran back into the bathroom, spitting out the toothpaste in the sink before putting my toothbrush away.
I blushed with embarrassment while I rested against the door. "Ri." Kai called, knocking on the door. "Ri, come out."
"Go away." I replied, hiding my face with my hands.
"Ri." The door opened, despite me leaning against it, and Kai held out something. I moved away and saw it was my pyjama top, I swiped the top from him.
"Thanks." I mumbled, putting on the shirt before leaving the bathroom. "Now please leave my room, before I slap you."
Kai grinned, taking a step closer to me so I was trapped between him and the wall. "Why do you want me to leave?"
"Because I need to sleep."
"Why don't I sleep with you?"
"Why don't I punch your face?"
"You're feisty."
"You're annoying."
"You're cute."
"Don't call me cute."
"You're cute when you're mad."
"Don't call me-"
I was interrupted by Kai kissing me!
Yet only seconds later I began to kiss him back, wrapping my arms around his neck. Kai pinned me against the wall, lifting my leg around his waist and I hummed, toying with the ends of his hair.
After a while, Kai pulled away and looked shocked. I painted as he did, moving himself away me before leaving the room in silence.
I stood in my spot, dumbfounded with my fingers touching my swollen lips. "What just happened?"
