The next couple of days was filled with work, everyone was busy working, the event was tomorrow midnight and everyone was staying more hours to work

"Lana, did you talk with the chef about the food?" Ethan asked as she nodded

"Ethan have you seen Alex?" I asked

"He's up, in his office, working again" Ethan sighed "and Tyler place this other there by the door"

"I hope everything goes well because he's not getting any sleep, he spends his days here till after midnight and I'm getting worried about his health" I said

"I know Becca" he said with a sigh

"Guys! Can you all hear me up" I yelled As Regina talked with her team

"Regina! I'm talking!" I said as she gave me a glare

"Look guys, I know how busy everyone is, and I know how tired you are but think about how this will benefit the company, and everyone will be rewarded, so you'll be getting something for everything you do. So please don't let us down, don't let your boss down. You don't know how busy he has been, he's not getting any sleep neither coming home, so please guys don't let him down and let's finish this place now, okay?" I said as everyone nodded

"We are working as you can see, so stop disturbing us" Regina said

"Shut up Regina!" Diego yelled

"Miss, were do we put these?" Joe asked

"You should be asking Sean" I said as he looked at me

"Thankyou Becca, I thought regina's team will organize" Sean said

"No, it's your job Sean" I said as I gave him a wink making him smile

"Becca, why don't you take mr.wilson home today? We are here, and we'll finish everything" Emily said as everyone agreed

"I don't think he'll agree" I said

"Try, you can convince him!" Liam said

"Plus I'm here with them, so no worries" Ethan said

"I'll try" I said as everyone smiled before going back to work

I went up to his office as Alex rested his head on the table as he took a nap

"Alex" I said putting my hand on his shoulder "Alex wake up"

"What's wrong? Did I sleep?" He asked as he sat up straight looking around the room as I nodded

"Thankyou for waking me up Because I have a lot to do" Alex said

"No, I didn't wake you up to complete work" I said "you're coming home with me Alex"

"I can't Becca" he said "I have a lot to be done"

"Alex please, you've been staying here for couple of days!" I said

"Because it's my job Becca" he said raising his voice

"But Alex, you have to rest" I said

"I'm not coming, end of discussion" he said

"I'm leaving, Evelyn is waiting for her parents but guess I'll go alone" I said walking to the door Before stopping and looking at him

"I'm just fucking worried about you alex, it's hard to even sleep knowing you haven't sleeping nor eating and you're not even coming home but if that's what you want then I can do nothing" I said as I walked and opened the door

"Becca" he said as I turned around

"I'm sorry" he said walking over to me as he cupped my cheek

"I'm just worried Alex" I said

"I'm sorry for getting you worried, let's just go home" he said

"You're coming?" I asked as he nodded

"I'll just grab my things and go" he said

"By the way, I sent everyone home, and we'll completing everything tomorrow" i lied

"Good, they need rest, now let's just go" he said as we got out of the company and into his car

15 minutes later, we entered the house

"Mommy!" Evelyn yelled as she heard the door opened "did daddy come?" She asked

"Yes princess, he's here" I said before she ran to the door

"I missed you" she said running to him as he picked her up

" I missed you too princess, I'm sorry for not being a good father for the past days" he said

"It's okay, I know you are busy" she said

"hey Helena, you can go now but please be here at early morning because we'll have to leave early" I said

"Sure ma'am" she said

"let's just finish the event then you could have a week break, we're sorry for this all" I said

"No madam, it's fine, I'm enjoying my time with Evelyn, and I don't need a break or anything" she said

"Thankyou" I said before she smiled and went before I went to the kitchen, made some dinner for Alex

I went up and found Alex wearing his shirt

"It's really nice to be home" he said as he layed on the bed cuddling into Evelyn

"It's nice to have you home" Evelyn said as he kissed her cheek

"Hey, I made you dinner" I said entering as I placed the tray on the side table

"Thankyou, I'm really hungry, tired and everything" he said as he sat up before placing the tray on his legs and started eating

"Alex, youre gonna get sick" I said

"I don't care" he said

"Thankyou Becs, this is really delicious" he said

"Anytime" I said as I took my jacket off

"I'm going to change, Evelyn where do you want to sleep?" I asked

"I thought you're sleeping with daddy the same way you did yesterday" she said giving me puppy eyes

"wow Alex you literally tell her everything, and okay Evelyn stop it with the puppy eyes, I'm sleeping her tonight" I said as she and Alex high-fived

I changed my clothes before going back to Alex's

"you guys ready for bed?" I asked

"You guys sleep, I have few things to be done" Alex said

"Alexander Wilson! I swear if you take a step out of this bed, I'm not talking to you for the next week and I'm not sleeping under this roof" I said crossing my arms

"Geez! Okay" he said as Evelyn laughed

"Is your suit ready?" I asked him

"Yeah, but don't forget our clothes because we'll be getting ready there" he said as I nodded

We said our good nights as the three of us layed on the bed cuddled to each other

"Alex, I promise you, everything will be great" I said as he wrapped his took my hands in his before placing a kiss on it
