TZUYU POV:

I just stared at him, I want him to.wake up soon, and when he wake up I should be here. They all forced me to.eat, but I don't really feel hungry, they all tried a lot to convince but finally gave in.

I was sitting beside him, holding his hands when the door opened revealing, crying Dahyun and worried Mr. Park

"Oppa..." Dahyun slowly mumbled and sat next to me. She looked at Taehyung as her tears fall down.

"He will be okay Dubu" Mr.Park calmed her but worry and sadness can be easily seen in his eyes. He is his best friend, they are really close but he is acting strong for Dahyun. I know how much he loves Tae.

"You okay?" he asked looking at me, I smiled a little with a nod. Dahyun is still crying, I slightly caressed her hands and took her into a hug.

" He will definitely wake up" I mumbled while caressing her hairs, I could feel she nod In response.

After some time, they both left. They asked me if I would come, but I won't be leaving. He will wake up anything soo right? So I need to be here. I sighed looking at the wires, bandages all over him. Everything was quite the only thing heard were the beeping of the machines.

"Tzuyu" I heard familiar voice as I turned around, it's my Unnie's.

"You need to eat" Mina Unnie said.

"I'm not hungry" I simply replied

"Tzuyu, see yourself first, you need to eat" Sana Unnie said.

"I'm fine Unnie" I assure not looking at them, but I could hear all of their sigh.

"Tzuyu, if he wakes up then you will fell sick. Can't you understand!!" Lisa Unnie angrily said. I gulped and looked at them as they all are giving me a glare.

"Tzuyu, a little would be ok" Rosé Unnie tapped my shoulders. I finally gave in and nod my head. I could see happiness in their eyes. They all really care for me so much. I smiled and followed them out but last time taking a look at the man sleeping straight on the white bed.

After the dinner, I came in but surprised to see 2 people sitting next to Tae. Out of which one I can easily recognise, her cheeks went up when she saw me. Jennie. While the other guy I don't know

"Tzuyu..." She ran and hugged me with her small body which I returned back. We broke the hug as she gave me a warm gummy smile.

"He will wake up soon" she mumbled, I nod in response. My head went towards the guy standing their looking at both of us.

"Uh He is my boyfriend, soon to be fiance, Kai" she smiled while the guy bowed a little.

"Nice to meet you Tzuyu" he smiled.

"Same here" I sincerely smile at them. They really look good together.

"I was out of country, but when I got the news I quickly came here with Kai" she explained.

"Thank you" I mumbled.

"Nothing to thanks, he is my bestie, I need to come and beside Kai and Tae are also friends. Kai was more worried than me" she smiled looking at her boyfriend who is smiling awkwardly.

AUTHOR POV:

Jennie and Kai left the hospital. Now only Jin, Namjoon, Dahyun, Jimin and Tzuyu were left. They are not ready to leave Taehyung alone. All of them tried to convince eachother to go, but they are stubborn and won't leave. Only Jisoo and Mina agreed to leave.

Jin and Namjoon were busy with some paperwork, while Dahyun and Jimin were sitting outside the ICU room. Tzuyu was still in her place, sitting next to Tae, holding his cold hands.

The atmosphere was quite, Tzuyu rested her head on the bed where Taehyung is sleeping, it was peacefully. But the peace suddenly disappeared when the machines next to Taehyung started to beep loudly, Tzuyu got up with worries on her face. Her eyes landed on the machine and the heart rate was decreasing rapidly, the lines were moving unstably. She panicked, she can see Taehyung breathing heavily, his hands turned more cold, hands shaking and her body trembling.

"HELP!!!!!!" She yelled her lungs out, and in no time Dahyun Jimim along with Jin and Jackson with some nurses came in.

Taehyung found himself alone in an open place, full of trees, flowers, river, birds and only greenery. He felt so happy here. It's so peaceful and pleasant. He heard a faint Voice of a women but he cannot hear it properly, he shrugged off and walked towards the flowers, inhaling their beautiful smell. But then he stiffen, he can feel he is familiar to this smell, it's someone's smell. He thought but nothing came to his mind

"Tae...." Jin ran towards Tae, and panicked looking at the decreasing heart rate on the machine beside him. Dahyun Jimin ran towards Tzuyu to hold her back.

"Defibrillator!!! Quickly" Jackson shouted

"I want to live here forever" Taehyung mumbled looking at the river were birds are drinking water peacefully. He turned around hearing a small voice. It's a little girl, standing at a distance with a purple dress, beautiful brown hairs and a tiara on it, smiling brightly to Tae. She is cute, he smiled and walked towards her.

"1, 2 , 3" Jackson ordered as he placed the defibrillator on Taehyung's chest. The machine is already showing straight line. Tae's body jumped with the impact, but no response.

"Please, please Taehyung you can't go like this" Tzuyu cried

"Please Oppa, get up" Dahyun sat on the floor feeling weak.

"Tae, get up bro, you can't leave your soulmate like this" Jimin who was acting though broke down. While Namjoon and Jin controlled their tears hoping to get the response.

"Who are you little princess?" Tae asked to the little girl.

"I'm an Angel Oppa" she smiled, Tae caressed her hairs lightly.

"Do you like this place?" She asked

"I loved this place, it's so peaceful" Tae beemed his boxy smile.

Tae again heard some voices, they all seems to be crying, but he can't figure out what it is. Suddenly the girl took Tae's hands in her small, soft hand and smiled.

"Let's go Oppa, this place is really peacefully, you will love to live here, no worries only peace" she pulled Taehyung's hand. Tae don't know what to do.

"Get up TAEHYUNG!!!!!! Please come back!" Tzuyu cried out loud, the whole hospital can hear her, Dahyun and Jimim tried to calm her but that's not possible.

"One last time" Jackson looked at Jin with a bit moist eyes. He can't see his sister, his friend like this.

"Get up TAEHYUNG!!!!! Please come back!" Taehyung heard the voice more clearly, it's a female voice, she is in pain, she is crying a lot. He looked back with confused look, he want to know who is she. He felt pain inside him hearing her Voice. It breaks his heart.

"Tae, you promised you will be always with me, you can't go like this" he finally heard that girls voice clearly..

"1.. 2.. 3.. again" Jackson instructed to the nurse and pressed the device on the lifeless body.

"What happened Oppa?" The little girl asked with her sweet voice.

"I can't leave her, she needs me" he mumbled as he freed his hands from her little palm.

"Who?" She asked innocently.

"My love, I need to go back"

"Tzuyu....."

Everyone's eyes lit up looking at the machine again making noise, the beep are again heard, the line on the machine is no more straight, the heart rate is increasing. His body responded. Tzuyu Dahyun stood up sniffing, relief flushed inside them.

"Tzu....." All eyes darted on the soft, weak voice. It's Taehyung.

He opened his eyes welcomed by the white ceiling and smell of medicine. All he can remember is Tzu, he want to move but he can't.

Tzuyu ran beside him and held his hands tightly. His eyes glitter up looking at the girl he love the most in his life. Tzuyu just can't stop crying, even though he is back.

She was afraid, she thought, she already lost him, her man, her love and the only man she want to be with. He mumbled something but Tzu was unable to hear it, his voice was so weak. She whipped her tears and leaned her ears towards him to listen him properly.

"Stop crying love, I'm back. I told you I will be with you forever".

I took inspiration from a book for this chapter. '' it a Sakook fanfic Which I'm currently reading. Their it was returned so beautiful, so I thought to add this, but a little bit different.

Also I like Jenkai sooo much, I know Jennie might be dating GD, but for this story I would add Jenkai
