Romeo ♡

I messed up, in my head there's a tornado of words but only few come out. I tried talking to her and nothing would come out. I just stared. I messed up.
She probably just sees me as some introverted freak.
She smiled at me earlier and I swear my heart skipped a beat. I always get that feeling when she's around.
I love her. I love the way her hair falls. I love the way she talks.
Her hair smells like coconut if you wanted to know. I stayed silent for a couple minutes, like I just shut her out. "Sorry." I murmured. "It's okay." She said. Sometimes I wish I didn't even talk, so things like messing up my words wouldn't happen.
I wish I was like my brothers, they're so lively and they talk a lot without making mistakes or being awkward. I can pronounce and say words perfectly fine but when the words stop coming from my mouth, I take it as a mistake. Sometimes I just want to scream, like it'll make me not talk like I do.
--
I sat alone on a bench thinking about her, I was in the park and it was seven o'clock at night. I would be eating dinner right now if I hadn't lashed out. My dad claims that I need to be more social, but I can't. It's like everyone's 2,400 miles away from me, everybody, even my family.
Everybody stood on his side. But he doesn't understand what it's like. Right before I talk to someone, I get scared that they're going to judge me.
I'm used to being alone, but now I feel more alone than ever.
I stared at the brick that made the walkway in the ground while kicking a rock around. My black hoodie hid me from the world.

A person sat next to me on the bench, usually I would want to sit alone but now I enjoyed that a person was in presence. "Romeo." The person said. I looked over.
"Why are you out?!" I asked her. "Why are you?" Millie asked. "People." I said. "I needed to get away for once." Millie told me.
I smirked. "What do you mean by people." She asked. "My family. They think I need to talk more, so I don't mess my words up when I speak." I told her.
"I like you just the way you are. Your perfect to me." Millie said to me. My heart fluttered in a way I had never felt before. I moved closer to her. Soon I found my hand grasping hers.
A barrier had just been broken between us.
