《JJBA X Reader》Jotaro: Not The Same
Advertisement
You walk to school, looking down at the ground. When you arrive, you hear girls screaming.
"Jojo~!!"
"Hey, you can't just cling to him like that!!"
"SHUT UP!! YOU'RE SO ANNOYING!!" A familiar voice says.
When you hear it, your eyes widen.
"Aaahh!! He totally said that to mee~!" A girl says.
You let out a scoff and head to class, but stopped when Kakyoin touches your shoulder.
"Good morning, Y/N. Walk to class with me?"
You couldn't help but smile. A second ago you were annoyed, but this cheered you up. "Sure." You reply.
As you near a corner, you glance over at the crowd by Jotaro. He's looking at you, too. You quickly turn the corner and rush to class. The commute was quite long, so you couldn't help but think about the past.
You were new to Tokyo. You moved into a big neighbourhood and a nice woman named Miss Holly greeted your family and invited them over. Thus, starting the friendship between you and Jotaro. He was a sweet boy. Gentle and loving towards his mother, he would always pick her cooking over any restaurant. You called him Joot, because everyone called him Jojo. You called him outside to play, you watched movies in his living room, and ate countless dinners at his place.

"Jooot!! Come out and play family with me!!" You grinned, holding a toy baby in your hands with a stroller."
"Mama!!" Jotaro called. "Can I go outside with Y/N?"
"Of course you can! Stay safe! Mama loves you!" Holly pecked Jotaro's cheek, to which he smiled and happily accepted.
He was always such a mama's boy. His dad was never around.
You two played family. Jotaro being the father, and you the mother. You took care of the toy baby, carefully feeding it and rocking it. Jotaro observed.

"Hey Y/N, what do you think of a family in real life?"
You responded with, "I definitely want kids! I love the idea of a family. How about you, Joot?"
He smiles softly. "I guess I want one."
"That's the spirit!" You exclaim.
~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~
"Y/N, I think I'm hallucinating."
"What do you mean, Joot?"
"Look. I named him Star Platinum."
He summons a buff, purple barbarian beside him. He expected you to be scared, but you were amazed.
"Is that a ghost?!" You gasp. "I CAN TOUCH IT!!" You gave Star headpats and hugs. Star returned the affection right back. (not an evil spirit joot >:C)
You two were the bestest of friends;
But things change.
Jotaro started to become a delinquent. He declined when you wanted to hang out. He calls his mother a bitch. He fights people on the streets. Even the teachers in the school are scared of him.
You still visit the Kujo residence, but only when Jotaro isn't home. You feel like he doesn't wanna see you.
During class, you feel 2 big hands on your shoulders. You look to see who it is.
"Oh, hi Star." You whisper. He's curiously hovering over you.
"Ora!" He gives you a hug from behind while you pat his head.
~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~•~~~
You were chilling in your house when you heard a knock on the door. You opened it and you gasped quietly.
"J-Jotaro," you began. "What are you doing here?"
"Why don't you visit when I'm home?" He asked bluntly, his large figure towering over you.
"Uh," You clear your throat. "I don't know how to answer that."
"You heard me, woman." His tone becoming aggressive.
You look down at the floor. "I'm sorry, Jotaro. I-I can't do this right now." You try to close the door when a strong arm pushes it back open.

"Y/N." His sea-green eyes piercing into your E/C orbs.
"Why are you so desperate for an answer, Jotaro?! Isn't it obvious? You're not the same anymore, and I feel like you don't wanna be around me." You blurt out, then quickly covered your mouth. "Sorry..."
"I know I'm not, but I still want to be around you..." He says, eyes darting down.
You suddenly become enraged. "If you knew, why didn't you fucking do anything? You said no every damn time, Jotaro!!"
Tears of rage fall down your cheeks, and Star appears to wipe them. You embrace the purple ghost. "At least you're here for me, Star."
"Ora."
Jotaro smiles, but it's covered by the tilt of his hat. "You know stands are soul embodiments, right?"
Your eyes widen and you freeze. "S-so, I'm hugging your.. soul? This loving ghost right here?"
"Yes." He says. If his soul is soft, it's just his exterior that's so intimidating. Holly-san was right. Jotaro is a good guy deep down.
"So... are we friends again?" You ask.
"No. More than that."
"Best friends??"
"Go out with me." Is all he says.
"J-Joot!! You can't just do that!"
"Hell yes I can. I've known you for a decade."
You recall every memory you have with him. Oh, how precious they are. Jotaro as a father and you as a mother.
A smile creeps up your tear-stained face. "Okay."
Jotaro pulls you into an embrace, burying his face into the crook of your neck. He inhales deeply, missing your scent.
Home.

A D&D Gamer in Garweeze Wurld
He doesn't know how he got here, and while the trappings are familiar, he doesn't actually know where he is, either. From the perspective of those around him, Duromar is a half-ogre barbarian, an uncivilized brute by any standard you care to use. But from his perspective, he's a character created in a gaming system. From either one, he must live within the rules of that system. This is the story of a gamer who ends up in a game that's just a bit off from what he knows. ---- I wanted to write something a little bit old-school. Most of the LitRPG I've found seems to be based on computer RPG styled stories. Progression through levels is fast, and depending on the game, skills and even attributes can be trained with or without class levels. This wasn't true with the older pen and paper games, and that's the style of leveling I wanted to write.
