《Love You Lots! Vento Aureo x reader》1- The Part Where Everything Goes Downhill...

Y/N L/N, aka Naples party child, or at least that's what the people at her school called her. Y/n seemed energetic, extroverted, and always up for a good time, as long as it wasn't anything illegal. She was friendly to everyone and seemed to know everyone by name. She was the type to climb a tree to get a kid's ball down, even though she would fall out of the tree. Did I mention she was clumsy? Despite being the captain of the girls track team she was a total klutz and would trip over air. No one had ever seen her sad and bummed out, some people assumed she just couldn't feel those emotions.
Enough backstory, lets get onto our main story.
Y/N was walking across her school campus since it was already afternoon and she had nothing better to do. She was wearing her usual Mustard yellow leather jacket with a smiley face on the back with a white crop-top T-shirt underneath. She also wore a light blue denim skirt that came up to a little bit above her knees, accompanying her skirt were tall mid-calve brown, heeled bits. Atop her H/C locks rested a pair of aviator sunglasses she had received from her grandfather. While she was by the dorms she saw one of her favorite underclassmen, Giorno Giovanna, he was walking down the stairs with something in his hands when suddenly he was almost splashed by a bucket of water. Y/N quickly rushed over to see if he was ok.
"Yo Giorno are you ok?" she asked as she ran over. He quickly turned to her, in almost a panicked manner.
"H-Huh? Oh Y/N, yeah I'm fine-" He stopped as he looked at his hands, Y/N wondered what he was clenching.
"Woah that was close." Said the elderly janitor, "Sorry about that, I was cleaning the stairs. I'm glad it was just a slight mist and the water didn't accidentally hit you." That must mean we've both done good things in our daily lives. Your daily actions are very important. If you weren't careful you'd probably be wearing that bucket of water on your head. "
Y/N looked over to Giorno from the older man to see almost a look of horror on his face as he removed one of his hands from whatever he was holding. She tilted her head in curiosity as she saw what he was holding.
'A lighter? Since when did Giorno smoke?' She thought.
"Seriously this isn't good...the flame." She heard Giorno whisper.
"What isn't good Giorno?" Y/N asked in confusion.
"A-Ah nothing, it's fine..." He said as he placed the lighter on the stairway railing. Despite his words, she thought he still looked quite distressed.
"Flame?" The janitor asked, "Is that lighter not lighting up anymore? Is it broken? Is it my fault?"
"No, it wasn't you." Giorno said, still looking distressed.
"Was it something important Giorno? If it was I could take it to my father's shop and see if he could fix it." Y/N gave Giorno a bright smile to see if she could lift his mood.

"No really, it's alright..." The younger blond responded with a nervous smile. Y/N had never known Giorno to be the nervous type, so seeing him act this way raised some questions in her mind.
"From what I can see it doesn't look broken, the lighter is still letting gas out." The elderly janitor said as he pointed to the lighter.
"What did you just say?" Giorno asked in confusion as Y/N tilted her head. The janitor picked up the lighter and held it to his ear.
"Yes, there's still gas coming out." He said, "Is this the switch?" The H/C female watched on in confusion.
"Did you try pushing it?" The elderly janitor asked.
"No...It shouldn't be able to light." Giorno said.
"Why not? Is the spark broken or something?" Y/N asked but got no response from the younger teen. The janitor went on rambling about the lighter, but Y/N was focused on Giorno.
'He's acting strange, something's not right...' She thought to herself as a rare frown etched it's way onto her face. Giorno was muttering something she couldn't hear over the janitor's ramblings.
Both Y/N and Giorno stepped back as the janitor pressed the switch and a gigantic flame was lit, a look of shock on both of your faces. Quickly, the flame shrunk down to the normal size it should be.
"I was startled by the size of the flame, but it seems to be working just fine. See?" The janitor said holding out the lighter to Y/N's blond friend.
"Well since you have a lighter have you started smoking Giorno? You know that's really bad for you right?" You said brushing off the bad feeling you got as you leaned on the railing. The H/C haired girl noticed Giorno wasn't responding but just took the lighter and stared at it nervously.
To her it looked like he looked up at her, but after further thought she realized he was looking behind her.
"What are you looking at Gio?" Y/N said as she looked behind her to see nothing. She had hoped the use of a nickname would trigger some kind of response, but he seemed to not even hear her.
Suddenly Giorno started walking in the direction he was looking a second ago. Y/N just watched him, not really sure what he was doing. Y/N saw Giorno stop in his tracks, she raised an eyebrow out of confusion.
"T-That's!" Y/N heard Giorno say as he turned around looking at something she once again couldn't see.
Y/N looked over at the janitor who seemed to be frozen in fear looking up at the sky. She stepped away from the railing and approached him.
"Sir are you ok?" She asked as a shiver was went down her spine.
"No way! you bastard! What the hell are you doing?!" The blond suddenly shouts.
"Who me? I'm not doing anything, Giorno are you really ok?" Y/N asked in confusion. Suddenly the old man fell down the stairs as if he had been thrown. Y/N quickly rushed over.

"Sir are you ok?! Sir!" The S/C girl said, slight panic in her voice.
"No! Y/N, get away from there!" You heard him shout, but before you could respond you were face to face with a horrifying looking creature.
"You saw the lighter relit, didn't you?" The creature said in an almost robotic voice.
"T-This has to be a dream...Yeah just a dream." You stuttered out, not being able to say anything else. You didn't hear Giorno shout your name, all you could focus on was the monster in front of you.
"I'll give you one more chance. You have two possible paths." It said as it pulled your head closer to it's, "The first path is to live and become a chosen one, Your only other path is death."
The last thing you remember before blacking out was getting pierced by and arrow like thing and the monster saying, "You are chosen..."

(Jk I ain't done)
The next thing you know, you're waking up on the ground. You look around to see Giorno, some child, and the monster from earlier near the sidewalk. The monster was on fire, you didn't quite know why or how, but you didn't really care, all that mattered was it was going to be gone shortly. It tried crawling away but another creature stomped on it's wrist preventing it from escaping.
Giorno had said something to it, before turning to the child(?) next to him and saying something. Before you could process anything, the golden creature started rapidly punching the first one. At this point you were almost convinced you were dreaming had it not been the lingering pain in your neck from where the arrow had pierced you. The monster soon disintegrated as you shakily stood up, leaning on the wall for support. You slowly made your way over, somehow neither of the two noticed you.
"What." You started as they turned to you with shocked expressions, "What the hell is going on?"
"Y/N!" Giorno exclaimed, "Thank goodness you're ok."
"Not really, but sure." You said with a strained smile.
"Wait you were pierced by the arrow!" The smaller boy said, you looked and saw he was wearing a uniform so he was probably around your age or older, "Does that mean you're a stand user now too?!"
"I have no idea what a stand user is, but maybe? What's a stand?" You asked as you brushed off your denim skirt.
"I'll explain everything later, ok Y/N?" Giorno asked coolly as he picked up his lighter.
"Sure sure." You responded as you inspected your aviator sunglasses to make sure they weren't damaged, luckily they weren't.
"I have to wonder, If i'll be able to join the gang now." Giorno said.
"Wait you're trying to join a gang?!" You yelled, Giorno had an 'Oh shit' look on his face.
"Like I said I'll explain later." He scratched his cheek and looked away.
"Wait that arrow!" The smaller male shouted as he started to run to a pay phone, "If it's in Italy that means there'll be more victims!"
"I need to hurry up and tell Jotaro!" He said as he grabbed the phone and quickly dialed a number. As he was dialing the number, Giorno put his hand on the phone rest, effectively stopping the call.
"Wh-What are you doing?" The silver-haired male stuttered as he looked up at the taller male.
"did you just say there'll be more?" Giorno asked, "We defeated Polpo's stand which had the arrow. You saw it for yourself."
"Defeated? You've got this all wrong!" The smaller male said, "I'll admit that we managed to escape it's attacks because of you, but that stand only stopped attacking because of the sunlight. The user isn't hurt at all, They're perfectly fine!"
"So Polpo's alive?" Giorno asked. At this point you had walked up to stand next to them.
"Not only that, but long distance remote controlled stands basically don't affect their users at all. He probably hasn't even realized there's been a battle here."
"What?" Giorno said in shock, you felt you were kinda let out of the loop on what the heck they were talking about but you nodded along, "So he has no Idea at all?"
"Chill out, would you?" The silver haired male said holding the phone back up to his ear, "If he noticed anything, it was that his hand felt a bit heavier, but he'd have no way of knowing that you and I are stand users." You still didn't know what stands were, but from what you had gathered stands are those strange creatures from earlier. Therefor Stand users must be the ones controlling them.
"Hey could you move your finger?" The shorter male asked.
"Sorry, but I still can't let you make your call. I'm begging you...this isn't just one enemy, They're an organization. If you tell someone, the organization might find out." Giorno said still holding down the phone rest.
"Enemy? Organization?" The silver-haired male asked.
"I'll tell you and Y/N, but only you two." Giorno finished, he then walked off. You waved goodbye before going to catch up to your friend since he still had a lot of explaining to do. Suddenly everything started moving really slowly around you. You thought it was weird so you ran up to Giorno think it might be another 'stand', but he didn't seem to notice and kept moving really slow. You walked in front of him for what felt like about a minute everything sped back up. Had it not been for his reflexes, Giorno would've walked straight into you.
"What? Y/N, how did you get over here?" Giorno asked with shock on his face.
"Woah..."was all that left your mouth.

My testimony about how I came to know God. I wanted to stop being scared to share it, so here it is. This book is marked mature because some chapters may be triggering. If something is triggering, I will put a warning in the chapter title.
