"Holler if you need anything Pol." Calling that out to the turtle currently occupied with the bowl of fruits a noise in acknowledgment was given as you moved to hold the glass back door open, a hand raised to gesture the blond over ushering him out.
"Back to the tour we have the garden. My favorite place out of everything because it's rather large and the flowers are all very pretty." Leading Fugo down the pathway farther into the garden you hopped up onto the small rock ledge bordering the sidewalk trailing along it till they switched off into hedges. "Any questions so far?" Noticing that he'd been quiet for some time you came to the conclusion that there was something on his mind.
"Well, I'm just curious about what happened after you all left. You talked about the Ex boss and defeating him but that's only part of the story isn't it?" Beginning with that he fiddled with the water bottle in hand clenching and unclenching it in a nervous manner. He wasn't sure how you felt about talking about the whole ordeal so he was hesitant to ask about it in general, no matter how curious he was.
"Oh right I was supposed to fill you in a bit, wasn't I?" Slowing your skipping to a smooth walk beside the blond you nudged him to the right where a separate path was, "Ok well where do I begin, I mean we fought the former boss's elite guard. Uh Giorno and I were able to use more of our stand potential, both gained for different reasons and like I said inside, Polnareff became our turtle companion."
Taking in the information you gave he reviewed it in his head, the old boss's elite guards were said to have been the strongest there was and he couldn't help but feel impressed that you all were able to defeat them.
Though he was curious about one thing you said.

"What do you mean you both gained more stand potential differently?" Though he went through something similar with purple haze he couldn't help but wonder what you and Giorno had done to go through a similar process.
"Well I mean he got pierced by the arrow again and I died." Extending a hand out to brush against some of the hedges leaves you spoke nonchalantly, it was something you came to terms with rather quickly even if the situation itself didn't make much sense. "But I mean I'm good now. I'm happy, healthy and alive."
Upon hearing that Fugo could feel his mouth go dry, what do you mean you died? And why are you acting like that was nothing? It shouldn't have been plausible for someone to come back from the dead.
"How? How did you 'die'?" Knitting his brows together at the possible answers he watched you give a shrug.
"Ok well I'll give you some background first. So Polnareff's stand was named Silver Chariot, it went rogue and had the ability to switch the souls of the living." Beginning with that you wanted to keep a steady pace with explaining things knowing that it might get a bit messy along the way.
"It went berserk when Polnareff's body died and his soul was switched with the turtle. Narancia and I switched, Mista and Trish, Abbacchio and Giorno, then Bruno and who we thought was the boss." Holding up a hand and pointing to each of your fingers while explaining that you could see him once again knit his brows in confusion.
"Who you thought was the boss?"
"Correct. The boss was actually two souls in one body, the right hand man who's name we don't know ended up in Bruno's body while the boss who's name was Diavolo ended up crashing with someone else's soul." Letting him digest the information you added on quickly before he could ask anything else, "I don't know who he was with or really what happened before Diavolo fought Giorno because Diavolo killed me but I guess my stand was able to pull some strings if that makes any sense."

"So you got reincarnated?"
"Maybe more like resurrected. That would make sense since I'm still in my body and I was in the spot that the others left me." Clicking your tongue lightly you felt as though a few things were missing, "But I mean regardless of all that I'm glad everything worked out." Stopping before a stone bench you motioned towards it taking a seat on one side while he sat on the other.
"It sounds like a lot happened." Clutching the almost empty bottle in both hands and once again clutching the outside his gaze was casted towards the ground. He felt selfish for not wanting to go and wanting to save his own skin, it was cowardly. He knew that much but it seemed as though like you'd said, every worked out.
"How did everyone fair during it all? Did you use your stand too much?"
A soft melodic round of laughter bubbled up from you upon hearing his last sentence, "Did I use my stand too much? It's like you don't know me."
Watching you shake your head he paused for a second, the way the sun had hit you and the songlike laughter vibrating from your being was something he missed. It was actually just moments like these that he missed all together, your laughter, your voice, your presence all together.
"I mean of course you did."
"Well yeah I mean after you left suddenly everyone's chopping their hands off and nearly dying on me." Throwing your arms into the air as if to exaggerate your points another laugh bubbled up from your throat.
Nothing you said was over exaggerated but it felt like talking about it in a light hearted manner seemed right.
"Like Abbacchio almost died because of the boss, and uh I mean Bruno was already technically dead at the church but I didn't find that out till I died myself."
Fugo stopped crinkling the water bottle taking in what you'd said once more, it definitely sounded like you had no time to rest at all. "How did you fix them? Is your stand really that strong?"
"It's not strong, it's got tactical use." Correcting what he'd said you pulled up your legs onto the bench sitting cross legged. "With my stand mending is a strong force at play which is why I can close things up pretty quickly, though when talking about Abbacchio I had to keep his organ's functioning without a heart till Giorno arrived."
"Bruno on the other hand, that was when I gained Valkyrie's hidden potential. Also called requiem" Wracking your brain for what exactly the stand did you purse your lips tapping them with a finger lightly in thought. "The body was reverted back to a time where it was working and like with Abbacchio I took control of organ function till I could find where Bruno was attaching the soul to the body." Trying your best at guessing and explaining what exactly you did you could see the gears turning within his head.
A question or comment wanted to leave his lips but a loud shout right away drew both your attention.
"Fugo! You asshole! Nobody told me you were here!" The blonde's gaze fell upon raven hair bouncing with each step taken, Narancia's shoes clicked against the floor as he B-lined towards the bench before shooting from his spot and tacking the poor guy off the bench and into the shrubbery behind.
Letting out a soft laugh at the scene before you the sound of propellers in the air drew your attention and upon looking up your gaze fell upon Aerosmith.
He really just used his stand to find the two of you.

Narancia:
Hello everyone! Just wanted to clarify something real quick but what Fugo refers to when thinking/talking about his own stand is me wanting to incorporate a bit of Purple Haze Feedback! Hope that makes sense!
Additionally we are nearing the end! There are four chapters and the epilogue left!

8 216Tale of Tales
* Tale of Tales is a High/Epic Fantasy saga based on the motifs of ancient myths, legends, and forgotten fairytales * Senka is no hero, but you never know what is coming for you. And if that burns down your house and family, while you are left blinded by your house’s guardian snake, the outlook becomes grim. So Senka clings to her dog’s back to survive, unaware of the fateful prophecy and the great changes to come. But when a wandering warrior becomes her protector and mysterious strangers join their hounded party through a series of seemingly chance encounters, they all begin to discover that all is not as it seems. What is pursuing her? And why? Can the strange characters gathering around her on her desperate quest save her from doom? Are they mere puppets of a young, beguiling witch guided by her own hidden motives, or are forgotten shadows rising again from the immeasurable depths of time? A tale of folk fairytales and myths, of swords and sorcery and mythical beings – a unique story of dark times and unsung heroes who may light your way. Book one, A Strange Bunch, features leading characters of various ages. This is a fantasy with their progression happening slowly throughout the series, with occasional spikes in character power after certain encounters that may or may not be random. Although the book series is written with adult and young adult audiences in mind, it is, in the tradition of such epics as “The Lord of the Rings,” suitable for all ages. Excerpt from the scene depicted on the cover of the first book: “Above this hellish pack and the rider at the forefront, flurried a ghastly sight – a cloud of dark, endlessly bustling bodies and wings, a swarm of creatures that, through their almost infinite number, produced that great din which had first reached the ears…” RELEASE SCHEDULE is about once a week. The entire series should take around two and a half years of weekly chapter episodes, so do encourage me by reacting and following. Ratings are greatly appreciated!
