"Th-That's..."
"Giorno wasn't rejected. He wasn't cast aside by the arrow because he was unworthy!" Cutting off what Mista was about to say Trish began explaining what she could pick up from the situation ahead. The gunslinger beside her casted over an expression asking for more of an explanation before the form of Abbacchio had moved from within the clouds. The man shifted over to join the two in observing the scene ahead.
"The kid actually did it. The arrow's his."
"Which means the boss can never have it now!" Chiming that in right after the pale haired man and the three all trailed their gazes upwards. The blond now hovered above the group, wound no longer there and his stand sharply stood beside him, the form of which appeared much different than before.
"It's Requiem." "That's Giorno's Requiem..."Both Trish and Mista stared at the stand, mouths agape from the accomplishment. While Abbacchio merely stared at the two, no words exactly coming to mind or mouth apart from the fact that this kid had gained such a strong ability within the span of a week.
Having arrived late to the party Narancia's gaze followed everyone else's coming to land among the two, his mouth much like the other was open in shock. "Golden Experience Requiem! He did it!"
Golden Experience Requiem raised a hand, eyes laser focused on Diavolo as some rubble was fired through the mans hand hitting a pillar behind. The broken rocks of which quickly shifted to take the form of scorpions. "What?!" One of them managed to dig it's stinger into the middle of the pink haired man's palm before being slapped onto the ground and stomped on.
"The only thing that will survive is the truth of this world. My friends may have suffered a lot, but their actions and wills have not been destroyed. They handed this arrow to me. So, are your actions born of truth? Or are they merely superficial, born of evil?" Giorno's tone of voice was smooth, each thing said was thought out and the males eyes never left Diavolo's form. "We're about to find out. Can you avoid destruction, boss?"

The remainder of the blue clouds faded away and everyone's attention was focused on the two sharing center stage. "Wh-What's going on? What's about to happen? Don't tell me our souls are going to be swapped again!"
Barely turning your head to see the gunslinger you clicked your tongue choosing to pipe in a response. "No of course not, Giorno isn't the type of person to use an ability like that against his team. But we now know he has full control of Requiem." Shaking your head after saying that you spared the four a glance seeing that those who hadn't already seen you stared in shock.
"(Y/N)?!" "Not now." Quickly cutting off Narancia and Mista who'd called out your name at the same time, one of your hands was raised, halting them from speaking anymore.
Diavolo's voice once again filled the surrounding area, "Don't talk to me like you have any idea what's going on, Giorno Giovanna! I won't even give you the chance to regret your death!" Claiming that the man had an epiphany, his eyes bounced between everyone before glancing down towards his feet. No words were uttered and Golden Experience Requiem neared delivering a barrage of needed punches on the man and his stand.
With one final blow Diavolo was sent cascading through the air landing with a loud splash into the canal.
Right away jumping to your feet, you ran over taking the spot beside Giorno staring down into the water, "You did it. I have absolutely no idea what you did but you did it!" You grinned brightly at the blond and leaning over the ledge in relief. Trish had also run over leaning over the concrete walls edge scanning the water much like you did
"Where is he? Where's his body?" Her eyes raked over the water and the comment had led to the others quickly doing the same. "Where is he?! Find him, Giorno!"
Drifting your gaze back over Giorno's expression you could see that it remained neutral, there wasn't a hint of worry nor any hesitation. His own gaze briefly met yours before moving back towards the water. "No, there's no reason to look for him."

"What?" Pulling herself away from practically dangling over the edge Trish stared at the blond as though she hadn't heard him properly.
"Everything's already over. I wasn't able to clearly see Requiem's ability myself, but I know deep in my heart that it's true. He won't be heading anywhere ever again. In particular, he'll never arrive at the truth. He'll never even arrive at the truth behind his death. Eternally."
Hearing what he'd said, your lips pressed together into a firm line before parting, "An endless loop."
A nod in affirmation was given at your comment, "His end is that there is no end. That's Golden Wind Requiem's Ability."
The group remained silent, digesting everything that'd happened before Narancia spoke up. His tone of voice oozed disbelief. "So we finally did it? We won?" The blond remained quiet in response and you ended up answering.
A soft smile had decorated your features, "We did. We won. It's over now." The dark haired teen stared at you for what you could only assume was a minute or so before he lurched forward throwing his arms around your waist, the action of which led you to take a step back bumping into whoever had taken to wrapping their arms around your shoulders.
"I can't believe you're here! We saw you die!" Wailing that out into the fabric of your shirt Narancia was pushed to the side and an awkward group hug ensued with you in the center. Although Giorno remained where he was watching the touching scene.
"Yeah! You got skewered like a shish kabob! How the hell are you still standing!" Exclaiming that the Pistols each quickly emerged before you, clouding whatever space was left in front of your face, each rapid firing different questions.
"Ok well I'll explain later! But unless you all want to kill me for a second time please let me breath!" Beginning to feel overwhelmed by the amount of questions and the ever tightening hug each person complied reluctantly pulling back one by one.
Abbacchio was the last to let go, having instead chosen to lightly rest his forehead along the back of your neck, "You're an idiot, you know that?" Murmuring that out he pulled away.
Turning in place you flashed the tall man a cheeky smile. "I know, but you love me~" Chiming that out and extending the 'me' part you watched as he let out a loud scoff turning sharply, a short 'yeah sure' left his lips in response enticing a laugh from you.
"We should hurry back to the colosseum! Bucciarati might've gotten his soul back!" Calling that out Narancia waved his arms in the air beckoning over the group from across the street
When he got there- you had no clue.
"Right, he's probably wondering what the hell happened to us at the colosseum!" Adding that to what Narancia had said both Trish and Mista began following the dark haired teen at a slower pace, Abbacchio following the two while you eyed Giorno from the side.
His face remained solemn and you felt as though you knew why.
"You know, sometimes something happens to right a wrong." Voicing that out you could see him turn his attention towards you watching you momentarily pause to pick up the arrowhead. He wanted to ask what you meant but before he could, you reached out taking his hand and tugging him forward.
"So meaning, we can't leave him waiting."

Monstrous Path
This story is both dark and lighthearted, it will have a lot of deaths and gore scenes but not just for the sake of being edgy or something like that. Every being comes from someone’s life — a womb, an egg, the world, a God, and from itself. Then what about me? I came from a container, so what does that make me? Am I still a being? “I do not know — I want to understand — why?” This was my driving force to live when I opened my eyes, I had no need for food, I only needed to satiate my curiosity. But as I learned early on, life was not as simple as it seemed. Note: The Characters in this world would always have a reason for living, and the world moves not just because of the MC. This would also have a lot of tearjerking scenes (or so I would hope) Culture, Race, Government, and Language can and will be different and though some Races like Elves and Dwarves are present, please do not think that they are the same as every other.
