Right away moving to catch his injured teammate Giorno's turquoise hues met with someone else catching the gunslinger, the golden hue emanating off the man right away told him who'd appeared.
"I don't know what the situation is, but just leave Mista to me. You go kick that guys ass." Right away silencing anything the blond wanted to say a nod was given, he appreciated how quickly you'd reacted although it would've been preferred that you'd stay out of the fight entirely.
Watching Girono dash off you lowered Mista a bit so that he was resting against the buildings roof number 5 drifted before him, a worried if not frantic expression was stretched out across his teary eyed face. Although the man's face was contorted into one of pain he addressed the stand, "Follow him. . .Number Five.. . .Back Giorno up. . ." You could catch the man shift slightly, a bullet clutched between his fingers struggling to raise it.
Figuring that he wanted the item passed on you reached out taking it from his hand holding it up to Number 5 while Mista spoke once more, "Take the bullet." Right away the small stand clasped the item in his arms giving his user a nod before following after the blond.
A pained breath left Mista as soon as Number 5 was out of sight and he closed his eyes leaning back, "little guys got some fight left in him." breathing that out the tone used was obviously strained, his mind bouncing between the pain and staying conscious.
"He really does, they all do." Giving a hum in agreement you rested both your hands along the sides of his face, the golden hue of your stand quickly emanating from them. "They get that from you of course."
Moving your gaze up to where the still moving helicopter was your eyes lingered over the large tree keeping it in place. It was always amazing to think that this was just one of many things Giorno's stand could do.
Glancing down to where Mista had been resting you could see that he'd closed his eyes presumably from exhaustion. You assumed that in fighting this enemy that some of the pistols unfortunately were ambushed leaving Number 5 who you could plainly see was reluctant to leave his users side.

You wouldn't blame him.
Knowing that the healing process for someone who's lost part of their stand is much different than if they didn't you could only really just be there to watch over the man. Back on the train there were two pistols left which was why it was much easier to help the gunslinger.
Casting your gaze back up your breath caught in your throat spotting the blond sticking out from the helicopters front window. From what you could tell an arm was pressed into his chest pushing the blond down. Any yelling happening above was too far for you to hear, but your mind regardless was more focused on what you knew about the mold.
If he fell, it was game over.
Knowing that calling out to the blond would do nothing, you settled for nipping at the skin around your nails, watching anxiously as he was thrown from the helicopter being saved by a hair when Number 5 acted on impulse.
A new branch quickly sprouted from the bullet fired embedding itself into the front of the helicopter, the blond once again making his way towards the enemy before mold attacked the branch coating it thickly.
Once again falling through the air you couldn't tear your gaze away, you knew he had to have had a plan and that the plan must've been working.
Quickly hoping to your feet and rushing towards the side of the building you reached out catching the blonds arm while his hand gripped the side of the building. You could tell just by looking at him that he was heavily injured yet your priority before that was getting him away from the edge and making sure the other man who'd fallen from the sky was dead.
"You're crazy. Crazy and so smart at the same time." Saying that and moving to help the blond up he gave you a look that said 'wait'. Number 5 at this time hurried towards where the both of you were.
"That was close! You defeated him before the mold got to the Colosseum!" Hearing what the stand had said you weren't even aware that the enemy's range was growing at that fast of a rate nor were you aware that it was close to reaching the Colosseum.

"Could you both move a little to the right?" Quirking a brow at what the blond was saying you merely complied as he added on. "I might just be worrying too much, but. . .What was his name? Cioccolata? He might actually be. . ." Standing up on the ledge he's been perched on his gaze sharply turned towards the green haired perpetrator. "You're just pretending to be dead, aren't you?!"
A hand gesture was given for you to back up a bit to which you quickly obliged.
"And you're thinking. If you can move your body just a few centimeters before I climb up there, you can slip beneath the trench and escape. You'll be able to activate the mold again, and you'll win. That's what you're thinking." Giorno's brows were downturned as he said all this, a serious expression was etched into his face and there were no signs of hesitation in his analysis.
"To be honest, I have a hole in my right lung right now. My subclavian vein has been severed, and four of my ribs, my right humerus, and my right hand bones have been shattered. I'm honestly not sure how fast I can get up there. But my stand is Golden Experience." The stand manifested itself beside the blond once he uttered its name. "It's a power type with a range of two meters. If I just take a moment, I'll be able to end you."
Staring at the man in question you grimace at the expression he wore, tongue out and eyes unfocused. One you'd often take assuming he was a dead man, but considering the circumstances you can never be too careful.
"H-He's dead! You shot him through the head!" Although Number 5 had stated that something didn't settle right.
"You're right." Agreeing with the stand Giorno straightened out, still keeping his gaze fixated on the man, "If you continue to stay still, I'll incapacitate you, but I promise you I won't do anything else. I'm giving you a choice. So what are you going to do." Pausing to see if a reaction would be given the blond added on. "I'm going to start climbing now."
Watching the blond swiftly hop up onto a section closer towards the green haired man, right away the guy popped up. A hand was pointed towards the blond and you could see that one of his arms was missing. "Stay away from me! Look behind you, you mornon!"
Snapping your head back to where he was pointing to you cursed to yourself for having left Mista unattended, the guys severed arm now coiled around the gunslinger's throat. "I've taken Mista and the turtle hostage! You dumbass! While you were busy talking, neither of you noticed that I snuck my right arm up from the tree's shadow! I'm going to chop off Mista's neck now!" The man's fingers dug into Mista's neck, "If you come after me, you won't be able to treat Mista!"
"I'm the winner, after all! Take this!" Darting your gaze away from the crazed man and towards Giorno the calm yet stern expression we wore eased your nerves knowing that he wasn't worried, and it was at his moment that the enemy's bullet wound gushed blood and a stag beetle emerged from it did you understand why.
"It's true. I kept talking because I wanted to buy some time. The time I needed to make the bullet that went through your head earlier evolved and return to your wound. The pieces that remained in your head lured the bullet and returned to being a stag beetle. When I aimed for the propellers, I imbued it with Golden Wind's life force. . "
"So that I could finish you for good. Whether you were dead or alive."

The Last Marshal
Weird West Fantasy Noir Once the Republic Marshals brought order to the chaotic lands along the Frontier, facing dangers both human and supernatural with ancient wisdom and a six-gun —but that was a long time ago. Destroyed by conspiracy and betrayal, all that remains of that secretive order is one nameless man on a trek though the West seeking revenge on the woman he blames for the Marshals' fall and his disgrace. When a visitor from our world joins him on his journey, they together must confront the horrors of a strange land, the mysteries of the past and the real meaning of their quest for justice. The world of Tellus is what 19th Century Earth would have looked like if the stories of Poe, Ambrose Bierce, Lovecraft and William Hope Hodgeson were real. History in this world moves slower. The old faiths persist and civilization never conquered the dark corners of the map, at least not without being inextricably changed. Technology and culture takes a little longer to evolve in this land, as people here tend to spend more time pursuing their elaborate revenge plots or trying to avoid being the next sacrifice to the Outer Gods rather than advancing science or statecraft. Imagine Cormac McCarthy by way of Edgar Rice Burroughs, though a little less testosterone-drenched than that description would imply. Three caveats: First, there are deep mysteries here, including how such a world came to be and who controls it. Second, this world is not wholly unconnected from our own. There is a historical point of divergence, but in the distant past. To paraphrase Twain: history in this world is not a repeat of our own, but it does often rhyme. And finally, this is not a setting that lends itself to happy endings.

Lost Things
"In this disordered continent, where everyone seeks to be the heroes of their own tales, there are still some rooms for smaller stories to breathe." "Past, present, and future—keep your eyes open, and see where they lead you to." This story follows three housemates’ lives: Carson Calding, Virgil Barion, and John Salore—onto their adventures of finding Carson’s past, Virgil’s present, and John’s future. Despite their clashing backgrounds and circumstances that forced them together, they’re definitely going to find the things they had lost, for sure. Each entire chapter will be updated biweekly. There'll be three smaller parts per each chapter. Note that this story was written to be an interactive one, with polls at the end of each parts deciding on what happens next. Though, the polls for this story won't be available on Royal Road updates. (I also upload this in Arcane Odyssey forum, and it's currently the only place where I open the polls and use the poll results from.)

A Generic Dungeon Core Story
When one falls… what happens? Do they just disappear into an endless abyss? Do they got to a final resting place to lay forever? Do they get to look down proudly upon the world from the clouds or look up in regret as they are burned and tortured? One man… person found out the hard way as he fell into a dark abyss after having surely died only to found himself awake again with most of his memories and knowledge blocked of as he was reincarnated into a 10ft cube as a small glowing sky blue orb…. This is my first actual foray to the world of webnovels as I’ve never wrote any stories before… *cough cough * edgy horny filled teenage fanfics do not count whatsoever *cough cough*. I am very new to the world of novels and I am not a native English speaker so expect a lot of grammar mistakes. The story will update on weekends on Saturday or whenever I feel like uploading as I do not have much free time and this is only a novel I write to improve my writing skills. What can you expect from the story? - Dungeons? Of course, this is the main theme of the story. - Multiple leads? Yes, there will be multiple perspectives from many different characters with at least 4 main characters. - Gamelit? The world is ruled by a system… that does absolutely nothing other than a way to view your stats and progression. - Murder hole? No, the lead character has a challenging yet fair view on how dungeons should operate, don’t get me wrong as he will still kill people if they are evil, careless or overestimate their abilities but don’t expect too much death as I feel that most adventurers would be smart enough to know their abilities especially when they have to do it themselves instead on relying on skills or the system. - Cultivation? No, the ability to gain power from sitting still and breathing never made any sense to me and it will be completely broken if the MC gets their hands on it so… no. - Non-human MC? Yes, they are a dungeon after all and yes, dungeons do get avatars but it is a specialized procedure that many choose not to do. Also, if the dungeon gets an avatar, no he will not be some wish giving demigod or whatever. - Magic? Yes, but it is very limited and down to the ground... from my notes... which means nothing - Art? Yes, I’m a hobbyist-artists so expect some art sketches here and there… I am poor so I do not have line art pens or tablets or adobe photoshop… also no scanners so… pictures of pencil-sketches it is, no coloring though since I am terrible at coloring. - Comedy? Yes, if you can call my bad attempts at humor comedy. - Likeable characters? Hopefully… especially since I accidentally made like... 60 characters … how I made 6 originals into 60?… I have no idea whatsoever… - Adventurers/invaders/delvers/etc…? Yes! My favorite part about dungeon core novels are when delvers delve into the dungeon and reading how they react, I will definitely flesh out the delvers and show how they operate more than usual hopefully. Hopefully you like the story, I will not have a patreon or paypal or whatever mostly because I’m under 18, thanks for at least reading this far and I hope that my writing is at least passable and you enjoy the story… if not then at least I got some writing practice in English.
