Watching you step down the stairs and take a seat on the boat quietly, his gaze scanned everyone aboard while a frown overtook his expression. "Are you serious about this? You'll all be killed, without a doubt. There are some things in this world that you just can't do, even if you're right. Our job has always been dirty. How is this any different?"
"Even then...I can't lie to myself." Moving over to start the boat's motor Bruno added on once more as it rumbled to life, "Let's go! Once this boat takes off you're officially traitors!" Pulling away from the island the boat began speeding off.
Guiding the boat a bit away from the island you heart someone speak, "(Y/N), I'll need you to re-attach Trish's hand." Catching your attention Bruno shifted the pink haired girl in place pulling her temporarily fixed hand away from the boats edge, a zipper was easily visible holding the limbs together.
"Oh yeah of course! I wasn't even aware she had an injury." Feeling bad that you didn't notice something like that to begin with, you made your way towards the back of the boat sitting just off to the side of the pink haired girl.
Taking her hand in your own and focusing on mending the girls injury, your eyes drifted to the back of the boat catching sight of something rather interesting.
"Uh Bruno, you should turn around." Turning in place to look back Bruno's eyes landed on Narancia swimming through the water.
"Bucciarati! I'll go! I'll go, too! I'm coming with you! Don't order me not to go with you! Trish is me! She's me! The wound on her arm is my own!" Stopping the boat and waiting for the black haired teen to swim closer Giorno helped him aboard.
Smiles were set out across everyone's expression.
""You took way too long to make your decision." Helping Giorno pull the male up, Mista let out a hum.

"You'd better not hold this against us later on." Inputting that Abbacchio gave the teen an approving look, a smile was faintly etched onto his lips.
"Narancia, I have nothing but respect for your courage." Giving an approving nod of his own Girono let out a hum afterwards.
Tugging your gaze away from where Narancia was you focused on the island once more, a sigh left your lips. "I guess Fugo isn't going to come after all. But it was his choice. Nobody can force him to come with us." Though it was a bit saddening to have to leave him behind the two of you did name different decisions in the end.
Narancia who was still currently gaping like a fish on the floor of the boat craned his head over towards where you and Bruno sat. "Bucciarati! I...I want to protect Trish! I'll defeat the boss with you!"
A warm proud smile took over the man's expression, he was happy that there were so many members of the team that wanted to join, even if this could very well be their last mission.
"You did good Narancia. Now catch your breath." Giving the boy a soft nod you flashed him a smile, Trish's hand was now fully fixed though you didn't feel like letting it go anytime soon. You could only imagine what the poor girl had gone through in that church, let alone what happened to Bruno.
Letting your eyes wander off to the side where said man sat you could only ponder over the possible events that happened. His wounds were life threatening and he could've died then and there, hell you though he did die for a brief period of time. You were happy to know that you'd made it in time, and just happy all together that he was there beside you breathing and talking with the others like nothing had happened.
He truly was a strong leader.
Pulling your gaze away from the man and off to the side a sigh left through your nose, your mind still occupied by questions and thoughts about what was to come next.

Having noticed you staring from the side Bruno remained quiet, he could tell there was a lot on your mind and that one of those things was about what happened in the church. Which was understandable. If you and Giorno hadn't arrived when you did he wouldn't have been able to do what was happening now.
A sincere smile spread out across his face even if you weren't facing him, turning his own head to the side and looking at the buildings passing by he rested a hand onto the seat. It landed lightly on your free one before curling around it.
Neither of you said anything, just letting it happen.
Though eventually after a bit you ended up bringing Trish inside the turtle, it was currently one of the safest places to be and in doing so Bruno had stated that it would be beneficial for you to reside there for the time being as well.
Having moved Trish onto the large L shaped couch you have a hum, you weren't aware of how her encounter with her dad went, but you could take a pretty good guess.
Moving off towards the mini fridge and cracking it open you spied the contents, there were still quite a lot of drinks left so variety wasn't a problem. Tugging out a bottle of water you could hear the shifting of couch cushions. Your gaze right away snapped back to see Trish sit up rubbing her forehead.
"Oh, you're awake." Chiming that out and waiting for her to gain her bearings one what was happening you spoke once more, "Do you want anything to drink?" Motioning towards the fridge you waited patiently for a response.
"Water?" Her words sounded like more of a question than an answer.
"Is that your answer or are you asking if there's water here?" Quirking up a brow you pursed your lips adding on, "I mean there's also juice and beer in here if you'd prefer that." Directing your attention back to the fridge you moved some things around to look at their labels.
Not hearing a response you moved to turn back before nearly falling into the mini fridge. Quickly adjusting to the new weight on your back you glances over your shoulder finding Trish nuzzling into it. Her arms had softly moved curling around your waist while a breath left his lips.
"Water's just fine." Murmuring that into your shoulder she hummed once more, her eyes closed as you accommodated the girl, shifting the water bottle in hand before tapping her hands lightly.
"Here's your water." Humming that out you realized that she wasn't moving and just sighed, she must've needed the comfort. "If you need to talk about what happened I'm all ears. But if you also just need a hug I got you as well."
Feeling her arms grow lax from around you, you spun in place engulfing her in a proper hug. Right away she once again held onto you tightly as though you'd slip through her fingertips.
Feeling you hold her back gave the girl a strong sense of comfort, it was something she felt she needed after having a near death experience. Of course she wasn't fully aware of what had happened but it was scary regardless.
"I just...need the hug right now." Although her words were muffled by the fabric of your shirt you let out a noise in acknowledgement.
"Of course."

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14

Dominion Expansion (a 4X LitRPG)
Clay is one of the world's top players of 4X games, a genre where the goal is to eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate. He's also one of the only players in the world to so stubbornly stick to the one city strategy, a favorite tactic of his that involves only ever using a single city or planet depending on the game's setting. All that matters to him is winning with his favorite strategy, but earning the respect of his fellow players for taking a sub-optimal strategy to its highest level has always been a nice bonus. And now it is because of his skill and entertaining determination that he has been chosen to represent a higher realm in a strategy game where the fate of Earth and dozens of other worlds are at stake. To the victor goes the spoils, and the spoils include entire worlds and billions of lives. That's how he ends up representing the ascended realm of Hell in a grand "game" between an entire pantheon of godly beings and other higher powers. But while it may just be a game to those overseeing it, it is a genuine war for survival to those participating in it where billions of real lives will go to the victor of whoever wins, and many will die before the game is over. Quick Author's Notes: System inspired by Civilization, Endless Legend, Stellaris, and Crusader Kings 2. Combat mechanics inspired by the Total War series. Slow-paced with many long-term plans. Protagonist has a personality heavily inspired by Ron Swanson. Know who that is and love him? You should like Clay. Know who Ron Swanson is and hate him? You'll probably hate Clay. Planning on writing every single day (turn). Days with important things happening will have the system/game mechanics be the priority of the chapter. Days where there isn't really anything important happening will be more slice-of-life and focused on character interactions. Designed a dice-based randomized map generator to create the world as the story goes on, so I don't even know myself exactly what's going to happen as a lot is dependent on world generation. Tech tree with hundreds of technologies already designed. There is a "harem," but it's not the main focus, the girls won't be cardboard cutouts, and I'm not going to completely forget about any previous women in the relationship whenever a new one comes along. One last thing. The "game" starts off with primitive technology level. The current plan is for the "endgame" tech level to be equivilent to WW2-era technology. After that and war just gets boring until you end up in space. Cover is temporary and made from royalty-free stock images while waiting for the real cover's commission to finish.
