Bandits and criminals and thieves that steal

Wish for forgiveness but branded by guilt

These branded bandits, hungry and tired

Don’t want to steal but they need to survive

Food and water, they truly need

The only bad are those who take for greed

Forgive these people, for they’re people too

Just like me and just like you

They mean no harm, they have families to feed

Some try to keep alive by begging on streets

So donate a dime

Whenever you see

A beggar begging on the street

So they have money for food, if just a little bit

To keep them from turning into branded bandits
