Yet my dreary days
Are void of fun
So I give up on living month to month
A never ending maze
You can't escape once you've begun
So I try to live

But the bicycle
Has but one gear
So I give up on living year to year
But I can't just keep waiting
For excitement to appear
If I can't live

Week to week
Or day to day
Then I know it's time
To make a change
Add some excitement
In little ways
