"don't worry" I gave him a small smile

"Bryce don't you think that it's better if you not go in?" Renee asked

"I want to go in, mom should know that I don't want her" Bryce said

Antonio opened the door and gave me a nod as we both followed him inside

mom was a seat on the fancy couch of Antonio's office

"Kids" mom smiled as she stood up "baby boy" she walked and kneeled infront of Bryce making me tighten my grasp around him and pulling him back slowly

"You heard them saying it, never again or police will be involved" Antonio said "Malek, escort her out of the house"

Mom looks at us with tears in her eyes "I'm sorry kids, I hope one day you do forgive me"

I guess we both knew that she won't be forgiven for what she did and she put us through

"Let's go" the security said as he opened the door and left with her

I let out a loud breath that I didn't knew I was keeping, I saw Renee and Axel by the door as I kneeled in front of Bryce

I took in a deep breath "I'm so proud of you baby, you handled this very well. I'm proud" I hugged him

"I just don't want to see her again" Bryce said "I want to go back to mom"

"I'll call her right now okay?" Renee said "come with me, you could tell her to come. She and your dad will be very proud of you as much as we are" Renee said as Bryce looked at me waiting for an approval

I gave him a nod making him hug me again before he walked into renne's way

"Good job buddy" Axel whispered fist bumping Bryces before Bryce left the office with Renee

"you did great" Antonio said patting my back

"Thank you so much" I gave him a small smile hugging him

"you're my daughter, of course" he smiled as me and axel exited the room and as soon as Axel closed the door

I sighed loudly

"oh god that was horrible" i whispered "that was so fucking horrible"

"I think you and Bryce handled the situation really well, you both were strong" axel said pulling me to him slowly as I rested my head on his chest

"I'm incredibly proud of you baby, you're strong baby" he said kissing the top of my head

"thank you but that was just.....— I just don't want to ever go through this again" I said
