Chapter 40, Euphoria
We used to be best friends, then someone came along and we fell apart.
We finally landed, I grabbed my things and got off the plane.
I waited for Jayla and Jaden, once they came out, we walked out of the airport and called an Uber.
We got inside of the Uber and gave them the directions to where the Euphoria set is, I was quite excited to meet everyone.
They seemed so chill and fun to be around when you watch the behind the scenes moments.
I got so nervous when we arrived, we got out the car.
I grabbed my luggage and placed it in my trailer before walking onto the set, everyone was there.
"You must be Natalie James, I'm Zendaya."
I smiled and looked at her in awe, she was much prettier in real life than on screens.
I shook her hand and greeted everyone, so far Angus and I hit it off really well.
After an hour or two, Javon and Lola walk on set.
Everyone greeted the two regularly considering they already knew who the two were.
I was a tad bit uncomfortable, the sun began to set and the two were growing close.
I grabbed my phone and left the set, I was walking to my trailer when I heard my name being called.
Angus ran up to me, I laughed as he bent over to catch his breath.
"Wanna, talk?"
He said breathlessly, I nodded and grabbed his hand.
We walked away from the whole set and trailers, we found ourselves on the sidewalk.
"You and Javon seem tense around each other, is because of his girlfriend?"
The words stabbed me a million times, but I couldn't pretend to be surprised even if I was paid to do it.

Nothing in the world could relieve the new found pain in my heart and soul.
We used to be best friends, then someone came along and we fell apart.
I answered softly, I could feel myself wanting to cry again but I just couldn't.
I didn't want to seem like a cry baby, so I sucked it up and took a deep breath.
Angus hugged me tightly, I hugged back.
This was what I needed, comfort to make me feel like I wasn't insane.
But no matter how much comfort I could get from people, I'll never get the one I wanted from the special person.
In my head I knew I should hate him with all my heart, make him regret everything he made me feel, make him hurt the way I did.
But in my heart?
In my heart I loved him, I loved him so much that it was suffocating.
I wanted him to kiss me until we were out of breath, I wanted him to hug me until our muscles hurt.
"I fell in love with someone who fell in love with someone else."
I finally admitted, Angus smiled and rubbed my back.
I don't think I could ever hate him, it sounds cliché but it was true.
"Happens to the best of us."
Angus said kissing my forehead, we had only known each other for about three or five hours but he made it feel like we have known each other for years.
We continued walking around until we got to a diner, we walked inside and sat down.
"Welcome to Kathy's Dine N Dish, what can I get you started honey?"
The old lady names Myrtle asked calmly, taking out her note pad to write our orders down.
Angus ordered a burger with fries and a strawberry milkshake.

"And for your kid?"
Angus smiled and gave her my order which was a sandwich and vanilla milkshake.
We didn't correct the lady because I liked how it sounded, he was calm about it too.
We ate and we left to go back to our trailers, I found myself growing exhausted.
I haven't had a good sleep in weeks.
I slowly closed my eyes as we walked, I soon felt my legs being swept off from the ground.
I opened my eyes to notice Angus carrying me, I laid my head on his shoulder smiling.
He opened my trailer and laid me on the bed, taking my shoes and socks off.
Angus covered me with a blanket and kissed my forehead once more before turning off the light and closing the door to my trailer.
Every thing replayed in my head, I missed Javon and I missed having notes to look forward to.
But it was too late, there wasn't much for me to do.
He made his move and I made mine.
I just had to be the first get checkmate to win the game of life.

Core .001
This is a story of Shiro, a 12 year old girl who wished to adventure around the world. Only to end up in an untimely death. When she wakes up, she finds herself in what seems to be a new world, and her body has changed to that of a catkin. Using her knowledge from knowing literature of people in similar situations and adventuring, she tries to make a place for herself in this new world. Only to find out that reality is far crueler than one would imagine. Even with what one would call an OP unique skill and other OP advantages, she finds things quickly fall apart regardless how hard she tries. Thus she seeks more and more power to not only survive, but to protect what is important to her. Unbeknownst to her though, lies within her an ancient power time primordial. A power so vast it can bring anything to its knees. This ancient power can easily be unlocked with just one sentence, but this sentence shall never be spoken. Instead, Shiro will embark on a new path to gaining a new different kind of power as she moves forward in this new world. WARNING: The first few volumes will have tragedy, which will disappear at around Volume 5 or 6. From then on it will be just pure OP-ness and having fun. While I personally like OP characters and don’t like tragedies myself, I think it is unrealistic that a person goes to an unknown and everything just magically go their way via plot armor. So I wanted to build up a more realistic OP reincarnation novel where MC struggles through a new world regardless of their advantages due to gaps in knowledge (despite how prepared she was) and simply not having enough strength at the time. ------------------------------------------- This is my first poor attempt at a story. I read a lot of novels overall and was in the mood to see how well I can write one. Expect a lot of mistakes here and there as I am pretty new to writing. Releases should be about 2 times a week(changed due to chapter size pretty much doubling) unless stated otherwise or inbetween volumes. I will at least commit to finishing the volume I am on (Nothing worse than a story being cut off mid story). So give me your comments what you think. I don't mind if the comments are bad and etc. Just lay off the grammar nazi (My only weakness)

Ethereal Space
Sophie is blissfully oblivious of the darkness and intrigue that is gradually closing in on her. In this litRPG full of bloodshed, sketchy figures and secrecy she makes the most out of a hard situation. Hoping for corresponding rewards as her decisions regularly draw her to breathtaking places and passed awe inspiring creatures. As she plays Nsquared latest VR game, Ethereal Space, others crawl through the shadows of civilization to keep it that, a game. How long is she able to stay uninvolved if she is not already? Will Jason grow into what he is doomed to be? Does John realize how far he is prepared to go? and is Sophie willing to wander a lonely road for the purpose of truth? _________ This is the first story I have ever written, so please be gentle with my poor soul. Any feedback is more than welcome, grammatical errors (English is not my native language), broken plot devices, plot holes, those pesky forgotten characters, you name it. Any feedback is good feedback at this point! Leave a review, follow, rate. It’s just a click for you, for me its minutes of excitement. Story is still in first draft, so I might change some stuff, edit some stuff, and just have some fun with you all about the difference between "where" and "were" (my fingers type "where" automatically, fun stuff). but the major plot points will stay in place. If you are curious about what size underwear I wear or want to become my number one fan (there is a list) and join my mailing list (I will send an email whenever I post a new chapter), just let me know or ask me at [email protected] Alright enough blabbering, go on then, go have some fun reading my stuff!

Unwitting Champion
"In stories this is always easy. There's magic and powers, and quick steps to claiming that power for one's self. This doesn't feel true for me. I'm supposed to be a Champion, whatever that means, and yet I don't feel important. I don't have all the bells and whistles, which honestly feels familiar even in a new world. But what was I expecting? I haven't had the worst life - there are people with worse problems than mine - I've known what it is to struggle, to be pulled down instead of being helped up.This is nothing new."When in great peril, the Kingdom of Althor has no choice but to send a call into the void, beseeching the Fates to bring them a man who would save them from the coming darkness. Unfortunately the path the Fates chart is often unknowable to men and the Champion who appears is not what the kingdom expected.Unwitting Champion is a story of a guy displaced, dealing first and foremost with trying to survive in a world where he is no longer a person but a tool, and - at least from the reaction of those around him - a shoddy one at that. His major goal is to survive long enough that either he can run or find a way home, because as exciting as the possibility of learning magic might be, he would rather have a boring life than a short life.
