"What the fuck is this?!" I yelled and showed the, what I think were tattoos, to Tharion and Draco.
Both of them immediately grinned from ear to ear.
"Those are your marks." Tharion said with a smile.
"My what now?" I said in confusion.
"Your marks. They tell other dragons you have mates so they can't try any funny business with you." Draco explained happily.
"But how did they appear?" I asked and gently touched my right wrist.
I again hissed because of the pain.
"When we lit you up. It's supposed to happen." Draco said.
"Oh..."
----------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------
Then I remembered something.
"So the dragon on Lyla's shoulder is actually her mark?" I asked.
"Correct." Tharion confirmed.
----------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------
All this time I thought it was a tattoo.
"You probably have a ton of questions now, but we'll leave that for tomorrow. It's way past midnight and we should sleep." Draco said and yawned.
Then he pulled me to the side of the tent which was prepared for sleeping.
"What are you doing?" I asked slowly.
"I want to sleep. What does it look like?" He said in confusion.
"I can see that. But why did you pull me with you?" I said.
"Because you'll be sleeping with us." Tharion said and laid on my other side.
"What?!" I whisper-yelled.
"We just found out you're our mate. Don't think we won't be a little clingy for some time." Draco said and covered all three of us with a blanket.
"B-b-b-but-"
"Sleep Katie." Tharion said, wrapping one arm around me.
And my heart fluttered for two reasons. One, he called me Katie. And two, he's fucking spooning me and I'm actually liking it.
What is happening to me...

Draco also wrapped one arm around me and snuggled close to me. This only made my heart thump faster.
"Your heart is so loud." Draco teased and Tharion nodded his head.
I froze.
They can hear that?
"Relax Katie. We're not going to eat you." Draco said with a chuckle.
I blushed madly and quickly buried my face into the pillow.
I don't want to live anymore.
"Look. She's blushing." Draco chuckled, making Tharion chuckle a little too.
"Stop!" I said, slapping his chest.
"Okay, okay." He said through laughter.
Once they calmed down, I remembered something important.
"Um... Maybe we shouldn't sleep together." I mumbled slowly.
"Why?" Tharion asked.
"Well... You saw my... sleeping habits... I don't know if it's... safe for you to... sleep with me..." I slowly said, feeling like my whole face was on fire.
"Ah shit. I completely forgot about that." Draco said and facepalmed himself.
"Don't worry. A few kicks is not going to kill us." Tharion said in a teasing manner, only adding more to my embarrassment.
"Fuck you..." I whispered with flushed cheeks.
They laughed loudly and hugged me tightly. But it wasn't at all painful. It was actually very comforting. I felt safe and protected in their arms which only proved more that maybe we were meant to be mates.
"Night Katie." They said at the same time.
"Good night." I replied sleepily.
And after a few minutes all three of us were in dreamland.
...
"Just look at them." Someone said, waking me up almost instantly.
"They're so going to be like those cringy couples." Another voice said.
"I know!" The first voice said excitedly.
I slowly peeled my eyes open and looked for the source of the two voices. And sure enough, Lyla and Blaze were looking at me with heart eyes.

"What are you looking at?" I said groggily.
"Just you and my brothers being all cuddly." Blaze said playfully.
I looked at him in confusion and then memories of yesterday downed on me.
Ah yes. The dragon mates. Ugh... I'm not ready for this shit. It's too early...
I groaned and went back to sleeping. The hold Tharion and Draco had on me tightened slightly and then I heard them groan.
"Why are you interrupting our sleep?" Tharion asked with a husky voice.
And, oh my God, was that hot. I could feel myself melting at his morning voice.
"Yeah. I was having the best sleep of my life and you interrupted it." Draco added sleepily, also having a sexy morning voice.
Fuck. My heart is not ready for this...
"Maybe because you slept through the entire morning and it's already noon. You have a whole pack of employees to handle, you know?" Lyla said flatly.
They both groaned and I giggled a little. Then I saw Draco smiling at me.
"Morning Katie." He said happily and stretched.
"Good morning." I said shyly.
"Good morning Katie." Tharion said softly in my ear, making me jump.
"M-morning." I mumbled quickly.
This guy just took a three-sixty turn. I never knew he could be this gentle. And to be honest, I like it. This side of him suits him. But also the serious one too.
"Get up already. We're leaving in a few hours and all Kate saw were that meadow and your dragon forms." Lyla said sternly.
I slowly sat up and Tharion and Draco grumbled in protest.
"Oh shut up. And shouldn't you be groaning in pain or something?" Lyla said in confusion.
"Why?" Draco asked and set up.
Then he wrapped his arms around me and laid his head on my shoulder. If my heart wasn't melting by now, it sure was melting at the moment. Draco was literally acting like a big teddy bear.
"You slept with Kate. You can't sleep with her and wake up without bruises the next morning." Lyla said.
Then I realized what she meant and quickly unwrapped Draco from me, making him whine.
"Are you two alright?" I asked, checking for any possible bruises.
Then I moved to Tharion.
"We're fine. You we're actually very calm throughout the night." Draco said.
"What?!" I hissed in disbelief.
"Yeah. You barely moved." Tharion confirmed.
I looked at Lyla and she was already looking at me. Then she looked at Tharion and Draco.
"Lucky bastards. It's probably the mate thing." Lyla said with a grumble.
Blaze chuckled and hugged her.
"Come on. Get up." Lyla said and the two of them left.
"I guess it's about time we got up." Draco mumbled and slowly stood up.
Tharion and I were right behind him.
Let's get this day started I guess...
