The next morning, I woke up, still in Erebor. Evidentally, I fell asleep on the balcony and Thorin had carried me to a spare room.
I walked outside, and Thorin had actually been coming to wake me up.
"Good morning Flair." he said brightly.
"How the heck did I manage to fall asleep on the balcony?"
"I have no idea."
We walked to the dining room together, and breakfast was brought to us.
"Would you like to go for a walk after breakfast?" he asked me.
"Of course."
We went for our walk, and we had stopped by the river. I was laying on my back in the grass with my eyes closed.
"What are you thinking about, Flair?"
"I want to visit Bilbo, don't you?"
"Of course, he saved my life."
"Well I'm going to go pack, as soon as I can convince myself to get up." I smiled.
I opened my eyes, getting ready to get up, and I saw Thorin leaning over me.
He kissed me passionately, and I kissed him back.
I had just gotten done packing when there was a knock on my door.
"Ready to go?" Thorin asked.
"Yep."
We were halfway to the Shire, and we had just gotten camp set up.
I was sitting on a rock, with my back to the fire.
I felt Thorin slip his arms around my waist, and he kissed the top of my head.
I leaned back into his chest, and we just stayed like that until I began to fall asleep and he told me to go to bed. I did, and he soon followed, slipping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer.
"Good night, my love."
The next morning, I was up before him, and I started breakfast.
What woke him was the smell of bacon.
"Looks delicious." he commented, putting his arms around me.
"Would you please let go? I have to make sure it doesn't burn!" I exclaimed.
"Sorry."
"I'm surprised you got up."
"Bacon will get anyone up."
