《THE BLACK PHONE IMAGINES, ONESHOTS, + PREFERENCES》Baseball- Bruce

You were on the edge of your seat. It was the bottom of the ninth, with one out, Bruce was pitching to his friend Finney. You were only friends with Bruce, or well, to him you were. You were in love with him, his sensitive smile, his bright eyes, the way his hair blows in the wind. You were in love with Bruce Yamoda (or is it Tamoda? idk feel free to correct me)
Suddenly, the crowd erupted in cheers from all around you. Finney had hit the ball, and Bruce had caught it in midair.
You clapped for him, smiling and looking him directly in the eyes. He was looking back at you, and he seemed to be, winking? You didn't question it, well because you couldn't, considering he was on the field.
Now Bruce's team has two outs, and if they get one more they officially win the game. That's when Moose came up to the bat, and you rolled your eyes. Moose was the school's biggest asshole, and to be honest, nobody actually liked him, everyone thought he was kind of crusty.
"Go Bruce!" you shouted, eyes cheerful and wide. You knew how hard Bruce had practiced for this particular game, since the two of you were close. You cheered for him, as did the rest of the crowd, as Bruce sent a thundering curve ball, flying towards Moose.
He missed.
"STRIKE ONE!"
Then, Bruce set a low pitch, just barely in the strike zone.
Moose didn't swing.
"STRIKE TWO!"
Bruce set a ball, towering over Moose's head.
"BALL ONE!" the ref called.
Bruce looked frustrated now, eyes narrowed and focused.
He threw another curve ball, this time just barely being too low for a strike.

"BALL TWO!"
Then, Bruce chucked the ball, almost hitting Moose on its way.
"BALL THREE!"
You shouted encouraging words to him, eyes plastered on him at all times.
Everybody was cheering for him, two nine year olds, Gwenny and Bruce's sister, actually held up posters. Although her brother was on the other team, she still cheered for Bruce's, mostly because Bruce and her brother were especially close.
Finally, Bruce got his act together, throwing a lightning fast speed pitch right in the perfect spot.
The ball splayed through the air, colliding with the catchers glove with a thunk.
He had done it, Moose had actually missed.
"STRIKE THREE!"
The crowd erupted with cheers once again, eyes all on Bruce. "SHAKE HANDS" the coaches screamed, as the teams shook hands, and you heard Bruce say to Finney that he has a "mint arm".
You smiled at their friendship, as Bruce came running to you.
Before you knew it you were off the ground, and Bruce was spinning you around in the air happily.
"YOU DID IT! YOU ACTUALLY DID IT!" You cheered.
His eyes were so bright, he looked so fulfilled, so achieved, so proud.
You giggled, as he dropped you again, your feet finally hitting the ground.
Considering he was a foot taller than you, it was easy for him to lift you to the point your sneakers no longer felt the grass beneath them. "I DID IT!" he shouted happily, hugging you.
His sister came up to you both, joining in on the hug.
You sighed, being wrapped in love with this man.
Then, you felt him pick you up again, kiss you on the lips, and popping a question you had been fantasizing about.

"Y/n Y/l/n, would you make me the happiest man in the world and be my girlfriend?"
"yes! yes!" you shouted, as he set you back on the ground.
You hugged him tightly, the crowd awwing behind you. Then he gave you a small box, a box that usually holds jewelry inside.
"What's this?' you asked, as he opened it.
Inside was a promise ring with a silver band and your favorite color jewel. You put it on your finger and jumped with joy. He hugged you, picked you up for the third time, and brought you over to his car.
"what are you doing?" you asked, and he smiled. "Driving you home! I finally got my learners permit!" you laughed and buckled yourself in. This all felt like a dream, a lovely never-wanna-wake-up kind of dream.
Once Bruce started the car, you smiled and happily looked out the window. Then, you felt something warm on your thigh. You look down, and its Bruce's hand, grasping and rubbing your thigh as he drives.
You smiled, and looked out the window. He had passed your house. "Where are we going?" you asked, confused. "Come on silly, we are getting milkshakes at your favorite shop!" Bruce smiled, stopping at the shop.
"Here we are!" he smiled, before getting out of the car quickly. Confused, you tried to open your door, just as Bruce showed up, opening it for you. "You didn't have to do that" you smiled, happy that he did in fact do that.
"yes I did! Now come on! I'm paying!" he smiled, and you sighed. Nobody ever lets you pay for anything. You ordered your favorite flavor, and he also got your favorite flavor. "Do you like that flavor?" you asked, smiling.
"Never had it. But, since it's your all time favorite, I figured I'd give it a try." he smiled, taking a sip of his shake. You laughed and sipped yours, eyes full of life.
After you guys finished, he opened the car door for you again, as you got in. You smiled, and he rested his hand against your thigh again. You smiled and stared out the window, the scene of a beautiful summer day appearing.
He drove you home, and once you two reached your house he said "wait a second to get out of the car."
"Okay!" you smiled.
And again, just like that, he opened the door for you again.
You stepped out, as he grabbed your hand and led you inside.
When your mom opened the door, he kissed your cheek before turning around and heading back to his car.
"Who was that honey?" you mom asked, confused.
You smiled brightly, and said;
"The love of my life"

Sorry this one isn't all that good, I zoned out a lot whilst writing.
May I just mention that I do not really write smut. This is mostly because as an asexual I never cared to learn about how to do it, therefore I am not educated on what the characters would do.
I know the basics of course, but I just don't think I could describe the actual process, sorry to anyone who is disappointed.

Johanna Milton and her friends have an answer: delve into Ancient ruins, avoid Changed beasts and mana pockets, and salvage Ancient materials, collectibles, and trinkets to sell. It pays well if you avoid the perils of the Ancient world. But when they find the skeleton of an Ancient, their lives take a strange turn. Suddenly, Talents straight out of fantasy novels become theirs. While they try to make sense of what happens, eyes turn to them, to the four who seem to break all rules. Or are they merely following them? Because, in the Beyond where he's spent 150 years waiting, one dead Ancient knows the truth. Douglas Moore has played those games often enough when he was alive to make sense of the System that rules the Changed world. He can no longer act on his own, but he has access to the Interface. And four people for which he can bring whatever it takes to face the world. Change is coming. The Changed Ones is a slow-burn litrpg fantasy trilogy (Ancient Bones, Ancient Books, Ancient Bonds) set on Earth, 150 years after the RPG Apocalypse... which mostly failed. Keywords: LitRPG, realistic setting, low-leveling, post-post-apocalypse, fantasy earth, slow-burn, secondary POVs, female primary MC, team adventure, worldbuilding. Trigger warnings: casual swearing, adult innuendo (no explicit scenes whatsoever, though). Oh, and potentially a bit of politics. Bonus content: a Litrpg Easter Egg hunt. With lots of eggs across the book, some easy, some hard to find. Current score: 6/20 (20 eggs, 6 found) Publication schedule: on hold until September for book 2.

The Loyal Ones [Dark Biopunk Fantasy]
TLDR; A slave monster survives horror, war and servitude, while trying to live with himself. Thralls are a race of monstrous slave soldiers, in a universe where biological magic takes the place of technology. Centuries ago, their ancestors were desperate humans, who volunteered to be transformed for the Poison War. Today their unfortunate descendants are still soldiers and laborers. In contract law they are 'corporate wards'; slaves owned largely by arms dealers. Dally Harper starts this story as a champion cage fighter. He is one of the 'lucky' ones. It's all downhill from there. Content Warning: Explicit violence and gore, slavery, implied sexual assault. None of these are framed as positive or glorified, however they do have a strong impact on the plot and main characters.
