《The Transmigrated Me is A Lowly Commoner [BL]》1.2

The name of the kingdom is Lydia. It was known for its great military strength around the world. Second to Kingdom Ave.
El looked around with a smile on his face, the district is bustling with people moving here and there.
Some elders greeted him and he took his sweet time to help them, since the original Elijah was a kind hearted boy, he can't suddenly change his attitude.
He finally arrived in front of the market. Really, it's called THE MARKET. El sweatdropped at the people's naming sense.
The Prince has short gray hair. A natural gray one, people didn't dare to tease him for it though.
Elijah had seen the Prince's little brother tease him once and it was hilarious.
El chuckled, he searched the crowds for a gray hair. The Prince's existence is hidden very carefully by the Royalties, since he's the Crown Prince.
He searched all around the market but he didn't even see a strand of gray hair.
That was until he heard fighting noises near an alley.
"Brat ! Just give up and give this old man your money!"
"Uuu..."
"Stop whimpering, ya coward !"
El ran to the sound and hid behind a wall. The man holding a glass bottle is hitting the boy beneath him with his foot.
Still, even if the boy is not the Crown Prince, he would still help him. The boy has a light brown hair and he wore fancy clothes. Clearly a noble child.
"Stop !"
El ran to them, he grabbed the boy's arm and dragged him out of the alley. El stuck his tongue out at the man.
"Let's go !" He carried the other like a sack and ran back to somewhere far away faster than light.
They stopped at what it seems to be a park with children. As a 15 years old, El felt embarrassed. He dragged the boy—who's clearly a teenager— with him.
When El finally faced the other, he instantly recognized the boy's pair of red eyes with a hint of purple.
He then eyed the boy's stature.
Is this wimpy looking boy, our Crown Prince ?!
El could feel his System laughing and rolling. Who knew the Crown Prince was a wimp before he was acknowledged as the strongest general ever ?
How ? Only in 4 years the Crown Prince is able to beat General Ivan, his teacher, and then taking over his position as a General ?
All El could think of was Captain Am*rica's transformation.

"th-thank you..." The boy said, breathless.
El nodded with a smile on his face. "Hey, is this your first time here ?"
El asked the boy, he led the boy to sit on a bench.
"Yeah.."
"What's your name?" El tilted his head questioningly.
"Leo..."
El eyed Leo once more, he seems like your typical highschool nerds in a romance story. He wore a pair of black rimmed glasses, his brown hair is messy yet it made him more appealing. Comparing this version of Leo with the future him is like comparing heaven to earth.
The difference is just too mindblowing.
El took Leo's hands and shaked it. "My name is Elijah, but call me El." El's smile grew.
Leo's eyes widened and instantly, he got El's smile carved in his mind. He would surely remember El for a long time.
"Why are you here ? I can see from your clothes that you are a noble."
Leo frowned. He thought that this clothes was decent at the start.
His wardrobe is full of clothes so he just picked out the most decent ones and it still looks like a noble clothes ?!
Or maybe the noble aura around it ?
Leo cursed his wardrobe deep inside his heart.
El let his hand go and stared at the children playing ahead. His childhood was full of happiness even though he lived in his grandpa's house, constantly crowded by his greedy relatives. It did not strip him from his happiness.
He remembered playing here but at the same time he did not feel like he played here before.
Memories and the feelings of a different soul is weird.
"My home, it's boring. People always tried to curry favor with my father. Father is too gullible, i have to protect him." Leo began to speak, or rant.
"Then why are you here ?" El raised his eyebrow, but he did not look at Leo. He averted his gaze to a laughing child, building her sandcastle. His smile turned into a serene one, not the wide one full of cheerfulness.
"I came to learn the lives of the commoners. So that when i fall into poverty i can stand on my own two feets. Relying on the likes of my aunts and uncles are....how do i describe this... It's that i don't want their help. Maybe like that."
Leo sneaked a glance at El's face. El is an attractive teen. Leo knew he's different when he was a child. So he didn't find it weird when his heart throbbed.

"Hm... The lives of a commoner huh? We are not that different from you guys. It's just that, we tend to cherish things and when we managed to feed our family for a whole month, sometimes a week, we feel happy. We tend to work hard i guess. Rich people sometimes just sit on their leather chair and money comes through like water flowing from the river." El chuckled. His tone made it like he's just joking with Leo.
"I might be wrong. Are you sure your guards aren't searching for you?" El turned to face Leo.
"Guards?" Leo raised an eyebrow.
"You know, Nobles usually have guards on their side when coming to visit this part of the kingdom."
Leo shook his head. He scratched the back of his neck while laughing softly.
"I sneaked my way out. I want to try some bread from the upper commoner district's known bakery, Avalon."
"Oh. I can take you there !"
Leo's eyes brightened. "Really ?!"
El nodded enthusiastically. He grabbed Leo's hand once more and grinned. "I'll show you the way!"
Leo nodded and the both of them eagerly took off to Avalon.
( う-´)づ
El finished his bread first and after that Leo came second and last. El grinned triumphantly at Leo, whose face is gloomy.
"I won ! Hey how about—"
El didn't manage to finish his sentence before Leo cutted him.
"Wait !"
His face is pale and he's sweating. El clicked his fingers in front of Leo's face. His face grew concerned.
"I should be back right now ! They will be searching all over the Kingdom for me !"
Leo shook El's shoulders frantically. "Hey—" El frowned. At this moment, El remembered that Leo is actually a Crown Prince. Leo's demeanor is too friendly and he didn't exude that kind of powerful and noble aura. The one that says 'Bow down to me, peasants' .
"Okay wait ! Let me give you a memento! I won't forgive you if you forgot all about me in the future !"
El stared at the earrings on his ears. He thought of giving one to Leo just a second ago. He took the black one off and gave it to Leo with a sweet smile on his face.
"Leo ! I'm going to be a well known Singer in the future ! I'll perform on the Spring Flowers Festival! Wait for me and don't you dare forget about me !"
El stated it in such a loud voice, though their surroundings doesn't mind. Just two teenagers making promise, that's all.
Leo nodded eagerly. "I'll wait for that time, El ! I won't forget you, after all you're my first friend ever!"
Leo then hugged El and ran away.
El grinned widely at Leo's fading back. His grin then faltered when Leo is no longer to be seen.
"You better not forget about me, Crown Prince. I'll be sure to visit you in the upcoming 4 years.."
El giggled like a child even though he's a 15 years old teen. Well, he made sure to cover his mouth before grinning widely.
"System, Let's take our first step." El murmured.
"I already entered you in the Entertainers Garden Audition. I'm useful aren't i? Anyway, i'll be your acting manager for the time being."
"Hoo~? Usually, Systems like you in stories are useless or unreliable."
El walked back to his house with a serene smile on his face, waving to some children on the way.
"Ha, don't compare me to them. I've collected a lot of points for the past 140,000 years. I've attained a nice solid body too you know. I'm a once in a lifetime reliable system. Be grateful, Mr. Mongrel Host"
Suddenly, System Happy's tone became arrogant. He used the term 'mongrel' to mock humans. This made El annoyed.
"Oops~ sorry. That's not the right one. Ah, Mr. Host do you want to talk telepathically with me instead? People are looking at you like a weirdo."
El sighed. He nodded his head.
"Just think inside your head that's all. After all i'm the same as the 'voices in your head'. When we get home i'll practice your singing, okay? Apparently i'm a good teacher !"
(A/N : "hi" is El meanwhile, "Yo!" is System Happy)
"I want to see your human body. That black mist is not okay."
"Of course~! BEWARE ! I'm super handsome, don't fall for me okay ? Apparently, i'm dangerous~"
"I see."
"No you don't—Anyways, We've arrived."
El opened the door to his house and closed it back when he's in.
He nodded at an empty space and suddenly, a tall young man appeared out of thin air.
"Yo, Mr.Host."
The young man saluted at El.

Tone: Despair at the firsts chapters (which makes sense for a story that begins with the end of the world, doesn't it?), and lots of humor and stupid situations after to lighten the tone of the story. (Oh, and the MC is NOT a psychopath, a rapist, a hypocrite, or human garbage, so sorry for those who like that, because I don't like that). Note: Expect this story to contain grammatical errors and occasional random conjugations. I am learning English, and I have made a lot of progress, but I still have some gaps. So if you're allergic to it, don't read this story, you would inevitably be disappointed.
