《Deal》Brothers

"Brother," I smiled.

Amol seemed shocked and surprised.

Yes, He was my brother whom I had loved with my everything but he left me all alone when I needed him the most. Yes, he was my brother Yugal before he became Zar.

Decades ago we lived a very happy life. We were orphans but we had eachother. As a big brother, he took care of me and I did the same but one night something happened that changed our life.

While I was walking home something strange happened to me. Something came in the thin air and bit me on my neck. At first, I didn't know what had happened to me so I ran home screaming Yugal's name.

"Yugal, Yugal," I screamed in pain as he came out of the house. He had worry written all over his face.

"What happened?" He asked me coming towards me but stopped right away when he understood something wrong has happened to me.

"It... hurts, Yugal. It hurts," I showed him my neck from where blood was coming out.

"Something came and bit me here. I don't know if.... I am hungry or thirsty," I looked at him begging to be saved but he didn't even say a word.

"Please, help me," I begged him. He was learning to be a wizard and I knew somewhere that he would find a way to save me.

"Just stay here," he said as he ran inside. He came out with a bag in his hand. I thought he brought something to help me with but I was wrong.

"I will be back after I find some help,"

I wanted to tell him to hurry up but I couldn't speak a word.

"Lock the door and stay inside and whatever happens don't come out," he told me.

I was confused why he didn't help me get up or even touch me. I was smelling something that was making me more hungry but I didn't know what. After he left the smell left too. I did as he had asked me to do. I locked myself inside the house and drank water and food but it didn't quench my thirst. I waited for hours for him to come back but he didn't.

I ran out of the house, towards the forest. I screamed in pain and after some time I saw someone standing in front of me. I didn't see anybody coming. Maybe I was in pain and that's why I didn't notice anyone. It was a woman, without saying a word she picked me up and we were like walking into the air for some time then she stopped. She took me inside the house which seemed very beautiful.

"Drink this," she handed me a glass that had something red in it. I smelled it and realized it was blood. It made me more thirsty and I liked the smell too. Without thinking anything I drank it. I quenched my thirst by drinking one more glass of blood. I was confused about what was happening and then the woman who had saved me told me about everything. That now I was a vampire. That some vampire must have bitten me. She was beautiful and made her even more attractive in my eyes when she saved me and that's how I met my wife Anima.

Anima saved me and was with me when even my own brother left me alone. He ran away when he found out what had happened to me, coward.

"My big brother, Yugal," I sat on the couch. "It's been a long time,"

He didn't say anything. Amol was still looking at me.

"I am here to show you all your place. I want you to know what happens when you go against the King," I said it more to my son.

"I am not going to let you hurt my wife," Amol glared at me while I rolled my eyes.

My stupid son was in love with the curse and instead of trying to get blood out of her, he fell for her. How stupid my son was.

"And how you gonna save her?" I asked knowing now he can't save her.

"I have my ways," Amol replied and I laughed.

"You think, you can win against me?" I ask getting up and going towards him.

I was slightly angry but Zar used his power and threw me towards the wall. I was about to get up when wolves attacked the witches. Witches used their power but the wolves were fast and witches seemed weak in front of them. How was this even possible? I thought witches were strong and they had defeated them earlier. I brought them here to help me kill wolves not get killed themselves. These stupid witches.

"What's happening?" The one who was wearing a Blue necklace asked. I don't even remember their names.

"I don't know," The one who was wearing a Blue bracelet witch said, and before they could do anything two wolves killed them.

"Well done, Hunter and Reed," Zar praised them which made me angry.

"How is this possible?" I asked in shock.

"You can leave, Amol. I will take care of him," I heard Zar say.

I was more than ready to fight and finally kill him but Amol stopped him.

"No," replied.

"First let me drink Gurans's blood. I will fight him and then I will leave," he said looking at me.

He slowly took the tube out of his pocket. He was about to drink the blood but before he could pour it into his mouth, I used my speed, took it from him, and drank it. After drinking it I have him my 'I won' smile.

"Finally," I laughed. "Finally, I got to taste it. Now, how you gonna fight me?" I asked.

Amol didn't seem angry.

"I will be stronger and when I will take the blood every day I will be able to fight everyone whether it's a witch or werewolves," I looked at Zar but he was still smiling.

"And you," I went towards Zar.

"I won't kill you but I will make every day of the rest of your life painful and unbearable as you had made mine," I gritted my teeth.

"You are still holding on to the past," Zar whispered.

Amol was looking at us with question-filled eyes.

"Long story, son," I said to him.

"First you should face the past, Father,"

"What do you think I am doing?"

He ignored me and started to walk out.

"Where are you going? Do you think you can save her? They must have already drained her out of the blood and how dare you not to tell me about Rima," I said and he turned to look at me.

"You..."

"Know," I finished it for him.

"You think, you can hide anything from me?" I asked him.

"I swear if you hurt her," he warned.

"You think I will hurt her? She is my daughter and is all safe in the palace. Think about it again, Amol, if the blood is more important than that girl,"

He ignored me and left.

All the wolves left with him and I didn't bother to stop any of them.

I turned my attention towards Zar with so much hatred in me.

"I despise you so much, Zar," I let him know.

"I know," he replied.

"That's good that you know about it," I said in the most hateful tone. " And I will always hate you,"

"I know that too,"

I don't know why I wasn't doing anything to him or he was doing anything to me. I stood there looking at my brother waiting for him to attack me but all he gave me was a smile. His smile made me angry and I tried to use my speed to attack him but I couldn't. I was confused.

"You won't be able to use that speed ever again,"

I tried again but couldn't.

"What did you do?" I asked.

"I didn't do anything, the blood did,"

"It was supposed to make me stronger. Amol became strong after drinking it," I said more to myself.

"Amol drank Gurans's blood when she was a Vampire and you drank her human blood,"

What was the difference?

"I cursed you with a blood which was inside her when she was a human so tomorrow you will fully turn into a human,"

He was about to leave when Anima entered.

"Why aren't you doing anything?" She asked me and Zar told her everything.

"This is impossible," She almost screamed.

"Enjoy your human life," Zar said and left.

Anima clenched her fist and left. I stood there knowing that now we were screwed up and the only thing we could do is go far away from here.
