He shook his head "Let them come, Rima. I know, Ratna was planning this for months and Himal was also on her side," He said refusing to move.

"What are you saying?" I asked.

He looked at me.

"Remember Himal ?....he wanted to take you out?"

I nodded in realization. He had left saying something came up and Amol wanted to take me out but I refused.

"Thankfully, I stopped him from taking you out cause later I found out he was trying to kidnap you,"

"What?"

He was trying to kidnap me?

He nodded.

"Yes, last time you were attacked. I found that vampire and killed him and told others to find out who was behind all this and some days before I found out it was Ratna. At that time she didn't know anything about you. She tried to kill you out of jealousy." He said.

Of course, she had feelings for him.

"And the twist is that Himal and Ratna are in a relationship. She wanted to marry me so she could become a queen and then kill me taking my place," he said with rage in his eyes.

"What ?" Rima asked in shock. "I thought she had feelings for you," Rima was already near us.

"The funny thing is they don't want her blood they want to change her,"

Now I was in shock too.

"But why?"

"You will be the strongest of us all and they think even after you become a vampire your blood will be of use. For the experiment, they gonna need a lot more blood that can make you weak or even kill you but if you are turned into a vampire, no one has to worry about anything,"

So that's what he meant by he didn't want to hurt me?

"And?"

"But that's not true. After you become a vampire your blood won't be of any use. That blood will only make you stronger,"

"I am not gonna let them hurt you," he said holding my face.

I didn't know what to say. That was too much hell of information.

"They gonna pay for this," I said.

He looked at Rima "I am ready,"

"Wait," I said and they both looked at me.

"What if you tell them everything?"

"Then, they will want to take you and for the rest of your life use you,"

I thought for a while.

"What if I say, I want to change?"

"No," he said in a serious tone.

He shook his head.

"Come on, I want to help,"

"By sacrificing yourself?"

"They gonna try to harm me and use me anyway but if I am already the one I could fight for myself and you don't have to worry about me,"

"You don't understand,"

"Then make me understand," I went close to him "I want to live with you for the rest of my life. This is my choice and sooner or later I have to change 'cause I can't live to be an old lady while you stay this hot and sexy," I winked.

He looked at me "My stubborn wife. Why don't you understand?"

"Take me somewhere and teach me everything, I want this please," I said.

He looked at me without saying anything and blew a deep breath.

"Fine, if this is what you want then I can't stop you,"

"Can you handle them for some days?" He asked Rima.

Rima looked at me then at him and nodded.

He took my hand "Let's go then," and we were in the forest in a second.

In the middle of the forest, there was this secret house and a lake beside it. He took me inside and made me sit on the bed.

"Look, I want you to rethink it," he said holding my face.

I took his hand "This is what I want, I want to be with you forever,"

"While you have time, enjoy your human self. I am here to protect you, you don't have to do this," He said still trying to change my mind.

I stood up, shook my head, and started to take a tour of the house. He followed me and I went inside the room which looked like a lab.

"You have a lab here too?"

He nodded and we saw a doctor. Amol was in front of him in a second and then others came.

"What are you doing here? I think, last time I told you no more experiment,"

"Forgive me prince but queen ordered so.."

"What do you mean by order? Don't tell me you.., oh, no and how was it even enough? You said you need a big amount of blood?" He cut him off.

"No, no, prince..... I mean.... yes, the queen ordered so we experimented with it. I even said we need more but as the queen ordered we had to and we did too but couldn't create the same blood. In her blood, there is something different element like I don't know, something magical, so it was impossible but we were successful to create artificial blood that can satisfy any vampire's hunger, and of course, with the help of her blood, it was possible. Now you don't need to depend on human blood."

"What?" He asked in a surprised tone.

"Yes prince, we were successful to create artificial blood,"

"Thank you," he said placing his hand on the doctor's shoulder and then looking at the others.

"So, it means you don't have to change," he said looking at me.

"No," the doctor interrupted. He turned to look at him.

"I am sorry for interrupting but this blood is just quite the same as any normal human blood. The difference is, that it can quench a vampire's thirst but it's not anything near as princess blood. It can't make a vampire stronger,"

"It means, they won't leave her alone. You all can leave now," he said closing his eyes and they left.

He was standing there hands on both sides of the head, looking up. He was always so calm, no anger, no anything, how could he control it? He doesn't snap or shout at anyone.

He turned to look at me.

"What are you thinking?"

"How can someone be so perfect?" I asked.

He smiled and then kissed me.

"I guess, it's time then," I said.

"I want you to think about it again. I am always here to protect you, always,"

"You can't always protect me, Amol. If you turn me, you don't have to always sit worrying about me and the most important thing is, I get to live eternity with you and this is my final decision,"

"Fine then, I have to bite you and leave the venom in your system and then you will be turned but it will be painful for you to bear it,"

I nodded. He then took me inside one of the rooms and then I lay on the bed.

He came near me "I am sorry," he said and bit me on both sides of the neck.

It was so painful, that I nearly screamed. My body started to burn and then I blacked out.

I woke up to find him beside me.

"Hey... Are you Ok?" He asked.

"I feel better, how long have I been sleeping?" I asked.

"A day,"

I got up and looked at the mirror "I hate to say but I looked beautiful," I said surprise in my voice.

"You were always beautiful," he hugged me from behind.

"Don't lie, you know I was ugly. I wonder what you saw in me and fell for me?"

"Love is love. It just happens, you know. We don't fall in love with a person just because they are beautiful or say attractive, it just happens,"

"I never believed in that shit," I said.

He laughed.

"Now you should," he said.

I turned and hugged him, "I am so lucky to have you. I can't tell if I am hungry or thirsty?" I said with confusion.

"I have already brought your food," he said bringing a glass of blood in front of me.

"Ew, blood, no," I said closing my eyes and turning my head to another side.

He laughed at my reaction.

"It's an artificial one," he said

"My blood is mixed in it too,"

He laughed.

"You are too cute," he said and I rolled my eyes.

I took it from him and drank it.

"Now, I guess it's time to show them the new me," I said in excitement.

"Not now, I have to show you some fight moves," he said pulling me out of the house.

He taught me how to fight for some days and we still hadn't heard anything from Rima. I told him to call her. He looked shocked when he said hello,

"Where is she? Don't you dare do anything to her. Rima ?.... I am on my way,"

"They have her," he said after hanging up the phone.

"Hell," I said "We should leave, now,"

"She gonna pay for this," He said anger in his eyes. He then clenched his fists.

I slowly went near him and placed my hand on his arm and rubbed it gently hoping he would calm down.

"That bitch so gonna pay," I told myself.
