so i have been slipping in and out of headspace at school, because of things :) and i wanted to tell you guys how you can feel more in headspace at school! so here we are:

1. when you regress right in the middle of class, do things that aren't too obvious, but that make you feel little. i personally do things that a toddler might, like kicking my feet against my chair or smiling a lot.

2. if the teacher lets you, listen to music! i made a playlist that helps me regress and stay small on spotify, and you can look up some others too :)

3. draw if your teacher lets you!

4. watch littlespace videos from little youtubers like little moo moo and lil kitty's life

5. talk to yourself quietly, this one makes me feel smaller :3
