You unlocked the keys to your apartment as you went in closing the door behind you, not noticing you didn't lock it..
You sat down as you sigh, your phone rang as you jump, " who the hell is calling me this late?!" you said to yourself,
You picked it up, it was your mom, you pressed answer, as she quickly said,
"My darling! Are you alright?"
"Yeah.. Mom I'm okay, why are you calling me this late?" you asked with a yawn,
"Just checking up on you, since you know.. Cletus Kasady and this monster is roaming free! " your mom says in a worried tone,
" w-what? I thought only Cletus Kasady was roaming free?! " you stutter
" didn't you hear about the news?! Theres a black monster killing everyone!"your mom shouted
As you were pissed, "mom, please I need sleep.. I can't take this much stress," you said as your mom reply,
"Stress? Dear what did you mea-" you ended the call as you went straight to your bedroom, as you plopped down your bed making a little bounce on the mattress, your phone beeped as you checked the notifications, it was a unknown number, " I can't take this anymore" you said as you check the text, It was Eddie Brock!
" hey y/n how are you doing? Still awake?"
The text said, as you quickly reply to it
" yup! About to go to sleep but I'm good, is it alright if I text you tomorrow?"
" alright sounds fine to me" Eddie replys, as you place your phone to the bedside table,
Your eyes slowly opened looking at the time,
"Shit! I overslept!" as you heard a knock coming from your door
You quickly put your hair in a pony' tail as you went to the door, leading it to be Eddie Brock,

" hello!" he said with his calm voice, " h-hi" you said with a unexpected yawn,
"Looks like someone overslept" Eddie said as he let out a small laugh,

He sat down at the coach, " mm, nice apartment" he said, as you handed him some coffee,

" yes y/n? Is there a problem?" you take a sip of your coffee as you sat with Eddie, " alright, so good thing your not dead right now," you said as Eddie looked at you in confusion, " w-what?" he stutters, "look, what I mean by that is
Well.. Did you heard about this black monster guy in the news? 7 feet 6 inches, " you said as Eddie widen his eyes," u-uh no.. " he said as you continue" it says he had been eating people, this alien type thing escaped from the life foundation, " you said as Eddie began to sweat," well, I will take that as a no, " you sigh having no luck,
Eddie looked at you, " sorry," he said, as you glanced at him, " why do you have to apologize? It's not your fualt, I got that from my mom, shes probably reading fake news and sending it to me, besides the serial killer, " you said in embarrassment, as Eddie nodd not knowing what to say,

" can we do something fun im getting bored.. Maybe go outside?" you asked Eddie, as Eddie replied with,
"O-oh gosh sorry I just came to visit,"
"Oh.." You said in disappointment but you nod,
"Your free to go then" you said with a awkward smile,
As Eddie walked up to the door he looked back and apologized again,
"Sorry y/n I'm just a bit busy that's why" he explained as we opened the door and shut it,
You sigh as you collapse yourself on the couch,
You and Eddie aren't that close, you just met last night, you walked towards the door as you felt a craving for ice cream, you got your keys as you locked your apartment door,
You went outside and walked to the ice cream store, while you were close you heard screaming from a ally,
Once you heard it you wanted to check it out as you slowly walked up to the noise going deeper and deeper to the ally,
