"I like your brother."
Min Hosung could've sworn he was hearing things again because this didn't seem like what you would hear on a daily basis. He tilted his head with a confused expression, looked at Yoo Jinsook before turning his eyes to Lee Shinwoo.
"What?" Min Hosung believed that his ears were playing tricks on him, he really did. In fact, maybe the wind of everything had caught up to him and he was hearing things now.
"I like your brother." Lee Shinwoo repeated the same thing once again, albeit this time with a more confident tone. He looked straight at Min Hosung without looking away, his eyes blinking slowly as he waited for an answer.
"You like my brother," It was meant for Lee Shinwoo but it almost sounded like Min Hosung was trying to convince himself.
"Yes. And if you don't mind, I would like to confess to him. As you're the older brother, I thought that I should get permission first before chasing after him." Lee Shinwoo didn't seem embarrassed from his choice of words. He stood tall and straight with a serious face, much different from his usual demeanor.
Min Hosung tried to digest his words, watching as Yoo Jinsook smiled a bit at him. His brain felt like it was malfunctioning. Sure, he had knew that something felt different about the atmosphere between Lee Shinwoo and his brother but he also didn't want to assume their relations. In fact, they felt like an old married couple.
But that wasn't the focus. Min Hosung wasn't going to say a stern no and give a scolding but he was a little shocked by the fact that Lee Shinwoo asked him for permissions first. It just felt weird.
Min Hosung coughed into his hand, clearing his throat as he stood up and adopted a stern look on his face while saying, "I give you permission to confess, but if he refuses you, just know that you'll have to give up then. He is my only brother and if I find out that you ever do anything to hurt him, I will find you. Yongjoon is a great man, I've watched him grow all these years. You and him are a good match. Go on, confess to him. I'll tell your parents and our guests about your plans."
Then, Lee Shinwoo showed a smile as he said, "Thank you, brother-in-law." And with a final nod of his head, he left the room.
As the door closed, Yoo Jinsook turned to Min Hosung with a questioning face. "He just asked if he could ask your brother out and you're already acting like he was proposing."
As he heard that, Min Hosung covered his face in his hands, groaning as he muttered, "I totally overreacted. Ah, I'm so embarrassed!"
Yoo Jinsook walked over to hold Min Hosung. "Don't worry, I'm sure he knew that it was just because you worry for Yongjoon. With all the dreams he has experienced, it did roughen him up at times."
Min Hosung looked up at Yoo Jinsook, his face lit up as he replied, "I know. I've been with Yongjoon so long and I've never seen him smile so brightly at someone. I watched my brother grow with my eyes but I've never seen such intense love in the ways his eyes shone when he looked at Shinwoo. I'm glad that it's Shinwoo though. Shinwoo doesn't seem like the type to break a man's heart once he gives his own."

Yoo Jinsook held Min Hosung's hand as he kissed Min Hosung's cheek. "Of course. Any older brother would be worried if their younger sibling is stepping into a relationship."
"Now I should go and break the news to his family while he's confessing," Though Min Hosung said this, he showed a bitter expression. Then, wrapping his arms around Yoo Jinsook's neck, he asked, "You don't think they'll freak, right? Aunt and uncle don't seem like those who would get angry."
"No, they'll support anything that Shinwoo does. They love him truly and I'm sure that they won't push him away just because of this." Yoo Jinsook didn't stop Min Hosung from sulking, simply bearing his weight.
"Alright then, time to go. You wanna drop the bomb or should I?" Min Hosung couldn't help but as, as he stepped closer to the door.
"Hosung, they're not getting married, no need to be so jittery."
"I know."
Lee Shinwoo looked at his hands on confusion. When you want to date someone, how do you ask them out? Invite them to a dinner? Give them a card and flowers? Lee Shinwoo couldn't do any of those and he wondered what he should do instead.
He had confessed to Min Yongjoon in the last world and it was simply a confession, that was all. It was nothing fancy, merely words. Should he just do the same? After all, what mattered was that it came from the heart.
Lee Shinwoo braced himself, entering back into his room. The bathroom door was still closed, Min Yongjoon hadn't come out yet.
Lee Shinwoo sat on the bed, his hands at his side as he waited for Min Yongjoon to come out. He wondered what Min Yongjoon's reaction would be. Lee Shinwoo was sure that Min Yongjoon was also having his own internal conflictions but Lee Shinwoo knew that he wasn't going to get pushed away. He wouldn't give Min Yongjoon that chance. He still had a lot to do too.
The bathroom door slipped open. Lee Shinwoo turned to look at the door. Min Yongjoon stood, rubbing his wet hair as his eyes focused on Lee Shinwoo whom was sitting on the bed with a smile.
"What are you doing?" Min Yongjoon asked as he paused his action, his eyes narrowing to look at Lee Shinwoo with suspicion.
Lee Shinwoo merely smiled as he replied, "Nothing." But the light in his eyes made it seem all too suspicious and Min Yongjoon was still riled from the kiss so he was also confused at the moment.
Min Yongjoon couldn't help but feel that something was wrong. He looked at the way Lee Shinwoo was suddenly obedient and quiet. He was never like that. He was usually snarky and haughty. Min Yongjoon couldn't help but keep his caution up.
"You sure?" Min Yongjoon asked once again as he slowly inched towards Lee Shinwoo, his footsteps rather slow.
Lee Shinwoo couldn't help the chuckle that left his mouth at the way Min Yongjoon was acting. He was really trying to be serious but how could he when Min Yongjoon was giving him such an adorable look.

"I'm really serious. Here, sit next to me for a second." Lee Shinwoo patted the spot next to him as he looked at Min Yongjoon.
Min Yongjoon hesitated for a second before finally walking towards Lee Shinwoo and sitting down.
Lee Shinwoo could smell the shampoo Min Yongjoon used and he didn't know how to feel about that. Since he had just taken a show, there were still some water droplets on his skin. His hair was still wet and unorganized.
Lee Shinwoo wrinkled his brow as he said, "Give me your towel."
Min Yongjoon looked at the towel in his hand with Lee Shinwoo's sentence before he handed it to him.
With the towel in his hand, Lee Shinwoo immediately got to work and began drying Min Yongjoon's hair.
Min Yongjoon was startled by the sudden contact but he soon melted and let Lee Shinwoo do whatever it was he wanted.
"You were just sick yesterday, if you get sick again I don't know what I'm gonna do with you." Lee Shinwoo said as he rolled his eyes, quickly wiping Min Yongjoon's hair dry with the towel.
Min Yongjoon cracked a smile, "Well, you're gonna watch me anyway so I'm not worried."
Lee Shinwoo could almost see the cheeky smile on Min Yongjoon even though he couldn't see his face. His hand got rougher but not too noticeable. "Hey, do you remember what you told me yesterday?"
Min Yongjoon was silent for a second, thinking about everything he said before he replied, "I told you a lot of things last night."
Lee Shinwoo merely said, "You know, about your dreams."
Min Yongjoon nodded his head as he said, "Yes, but why do you ask?"
"You told me about your dreams, the man who always appeared within them. You said that you loved that man with all of your heart and you would give anything to him." Pausing for a second, Lee Shinwoo let Min Yongjoon process things before he added, "You said that I felt familiar to the man in your dream."
Min Yongjoon listened to what Lee Shinwoo said earnestly. Then, the last sentence struck him and he panicked for a second. He knew that he said a lot but he didn't remember saying that. Did he give himself away?
"I did?" Min Yongjoon asked, his mouth feeling dry, then, a gust of hot air hit his ear and he flinched.
Lee Shinwoo smirked as he put his lips right next to Min Yongjoon's ear. "You did." He loved fooling around with him.
Min Yongjoon could feel his ear turning red. He had accidentally lured himself out, now he understood why Lee Shinwoo had done what he did. But did that mean that he reciprocated the feelings Min Yongjoon had?
Lee Shinwoo could already see that Min Yongjoon was getting flustered and he couldn't help the joy that came upon him seeing that.
"So, do you like me?" Lee Shinwoo asked, his voice a bit cocky but with good intentions.
Min Yongjoon began wishing he could just hide in a hole and run away. His face felt like it was on fire. Deep breathes, he told himself. Min Yongjoon knew that this day would have come sooner or later, his feelings weren't going to be hidden for long.
"If I said yes, what would you do?" Min Yongjoon knew that Lee Shinwoo already knew about his feelings by now, he just wanted to know what Lee Shinwoo thought of it.
Lee Shinwoo raised a brow as he set the towel aside and turned Min Yongjoon's face towards him. "What do you think?" Min Yongjoon's reaction was rather cute to see.
Min Yongjoon was faced with Lee Shinwoo's smirk, his raised brows that seemed to dare him to make a move. Then, he closed his eyes in a panic. He couldn't stand being so close to Lee Shinwoo like this, their faces barely separated as Lee Shinwoo closed the gap more and more.
Lee Shinwoo grasped Min Yongjoon's chin. "You know, in all honesty, you are rather cute. You have a kind heart but you are also easily flustered. You like to joke around but you also get embarrassed quickly. There are so many parts to you that I just don't understand and it bugs me. But, I like that. I like figuring out the new parts that add up to you, those that make up who you are. Sure, it was nothing at first but the time we spent together, through all of it I felt so use to it."
Min Yongjoon heard every single word and his heart sped more and more.
Lee Shinwoo's lips were almost touching Min Yongjoon's before he said, "So after all of this, wouldn't it just be impossible to not fall in love with someone like you?"
And then, Lee Shinwoo kissed him, a sweet and light kiss that held all his love, all his emotions. He felt Min Yongjoon's arms wrap around his neck, slowly but surely, Min Yongjoon responded with a more passionate kiss.
(Male lead's love percentage is at 99.9%.)
Breaking away from the kiss, Lee Shinwoo smiled as he asked. "Min Yongjoon, would you be my boyfriend?"
Min Yongjoon smiled as he nodded and quickly embraced Lee Shinwoo.
(Male lead's love percentage is at 100%. Congratulations, Host. Since you are staying in this world, I will hope you the best. The road ahead is rocky, keep going at it, Host.)
Lee Shinwoo smiled as he kissed Min Yongjoon's cheek. He would protect this man until the day he died.
