On that moment when she looked up. On that exact moment, she realized something. Something that would change her life overnight.

It could hurt everyone she'd ever met, friends or enemies. The damage would be done, no matter what. She knew that once she started she wasn't able to stop.

Seeing the blood stream down over soft skin, over the lips and chin down the chest. This was the first time, the first one, the first moment.

On that exact moment she realized she was a psychopath. And she'd probably stay killing people, this being her first one. It was just the beginning.
